My bathroom renovation is complete and I love everything about it! Kitchen and Bath Concepts has given me exactly what I asked for. I recommend them wholeheartedly.Lets start with Alireza who came by to measure, listen and design according to what I wanted. He was flexible and open to changes which I requested to the original plan. They offered very competitive pricing and a reasonable time frame for the start of the project and completion - both of which were as promised. Alireza came by frequently to check on the work being done and I was reassured by his precision and attention to details.Then we have Leo who made the choice of every single element manageable. My brain gets overwhelmed with thousands of choices when planning a renovation so I very much appreciated Leos quick understanding of my style aesthetic and his ability to help me put together cohesive and harmonious colors and looks. By the way, the customer is responsible for purchasing the faucets, shower heads, towel bars, and toilet paper holder.Two teams of workers did everything. Team One was made up of Jesus and Byron who took the project from demolition to completion. Team Two was made up of Celestino and Angel - the tile and grout guys. Both teams were extraordinarily hard working, conscientious and professional. Because of my condos cut off time for contractors they had to leave at 4:30 or they would have gone on working. They cleaned up after themselves each and every day and did not leave the work area in chaos.I have no complaints; only delight in my new bathroom. Here are two photos of the highlights of the renovation. I wanted to replace the Jacuzzi which I never used with a stall shower and replace the original, small corner shower with a more usable corner unit.

It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Alireza Pour of Kitchen & Bath Concepts. We hired his company for a full remodel of an unsightly 1950’s bathroom. Although his price point appeared in line with our two other estimates, his company offered a compelling reason to sign with him: he would measure and order all of the appliances such as the vanity, tile, shower and toilet.At his shop, Mr. Alireza showed me an array of design choices. Although I might have chosen specific models after sifting through a variety of catalogs, I described my design style and then Mr. Alireza provided an first-rate bath mockup. He provided this plan without my spending hours in various area showrooms: the other two contractors I contacted required that I order and arrange delivery for the appliances at separate bath showrooms. Thus not only did Mr. Alireza’s method save time, it saved me a lot of unnecessary worry about proper ordering, shipment, and delivery.In addition, the workers were courteous, and thoroughly cleaned and removed trash from the work space on a daily basis. Unlike numerous contractors I have encountered, the workers even appeared on time—excellent. The actual work flow occurred within the contracts stated time frame.With regard to the actual work, my husband and I are extremely happy. Not only does the bathroom look beautiful, but it functions much better. Also, there is a year warranty. If I have any questions or concerns, Mr. Alireza promptly responds. I plan to ask Kitchen and Bath Concepts to remodel another bathroom and will not hesitate to recommend this company.

Reza and crew did a great job at upgrading my kitchen for me, last year.. I chose shaker style dark bottom couple white top cabinets, and white counter. My kitchen now looks very modern, and professionally done. Work was completed on time and on budget, which is a dream come true for any project. I highly recommend these guys for your next project. My wife and I were expecting our first child in a few months when we had a sewer back up in our finished basement. Long story, but it was gross and required a lot of the flooring and drywall to be removed.After consulting with several contractors, we selected Alireza Pours team at Kitchen and Bath Concepts. He was referred to us through family and friends as he had completed two bathroom renovations in the area.It was a fairly straightforward project involving repair and restoring the damaged elements in our basement bathroom and installing vinyl flooring in the bedroom. Through consultation with Mr. Pour, we also added some closets to our bedroom and improved the bathroom shower with a glass wall.Best of all, Kitchen and Bath Concepts was able to complete the job very quickly, as we did not want the construction underway as we prepared for the arrival of our baby boy.We are very happy with the results. Our basement is better than it was before the damage and we are ready to host Grandma and Grandpa when they visit their grandson.

Ali provided a very prompt and detailed estimate and came up with extra touches like an inset shelf that we hadn’t thought of. His crew installed an immaculate new bathroom for a reasonable price. Ali was always available by phone and email, and his crew arrived promptly, worked hard each day, and completed the work on schedule. Ali promptly arranged for a faulty piece of tiling to be corrected. The crew cleaned up after themselves each day, and were neat, professional and painstaking. At the outset Ali explained the full scope of work and the timetable, which proved to be accurate. Were very pleased with the new bathroom and grateful for a job very well done.

I was very happy with the work that Kitchen and Bath Concepts did remodeling my bathroom. I did not have much knowledge about bathroom remodeling, and Alireza and the team walked me through every step of the process. They are open on Saturdays as well as Sunday’s (by appointment only), which was great because I am busy at work during the week. Everyone at Kitchen and Bath Concepts is very friendly, experienced, and passionate about what they do. They helped me select a beautiful combination of materials for the project including porcelain tiles for the walls and floor, brushed nickel facets and towel handles, and vanity with a quartz surface. Kitchen and Bath Concepts did all the ordering and construction but still kept me involved in the process. Their design provided a perfect combination of function and form, and the construction team worked efficiently and with a high degree of craftsmanship. The end result was stunning and I would definitely use Kitchen and Bath Concepts for similar projects in the future.

I had a very good experience using Kitchen and Bath Concepts. Got a small bathroom renovated. Alireza was respectful and courteous, answering any questions I had, through phone and email. Their prices were competitive. I ordered bath faucets myself (through Lowes) which were delayed but Alireza had his guys come over again a couple weeks later to install them. His install guys worked efficiently and threw away all garbage. I would highly recommend.

During my home renovation, I went around shopping for quotes to install new carpet in 5 bedrooms. This company offered the best selection of carpets. The prices were around the same as other carpet stores in the area. Alireza listened to my needs for each bedroom and rapidly narrowed down the selection to a few. He was able to give me an initial quote at the store based on my selection. Once I decided to go with this company, he came out for free measurements and the final price quoted was very close to the initial quote. It took about a week for the carpet to be shipped once I signed the contract with them. The installers came out to my home and had the old carpet out and new carpet installed in hours. Alireza did stop by to check on the job and make sure everything was going smoothly. All in all, it was awesome. I love my new carpet and am really happy with my decision. I highly recommend going with this company.

Alireza and his team were great to work with. During the planning phase, Alireza got to know what styles we liked and came up with a beautiful combination of cabinet, granite, tile floor, and paint color. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the cabinets he was able to get us, which were solid wood and all came with easy close drawers. He also thought of the details by replacing all of the light switches and air conditioning vents to finish off the job right. The crew worked quickly, covered furniture in the joining rooms, and vacuumed before they left each day.

April 2018 - After checking and comparing several kitchen and bath companies my wife and I decided to select and hire Kitchen and Bath Concepts (KBC) to design and install our new kitchen. We discussed what we wanted and needed done with our kitchen with the KBC owner, Alireza Pour, and after he provided us a modified layout of our kitchen he quoted us the best price. Alireza provided his expertise in helping us select the kitchen cabinets, cabinet door handles, countertop, sink, backsplash, paint color, number and location of outlets/light switches, etc. We did not need a new floor. After the demolition of our current kitchen the KBC crew lead by Jesus did an excellent job in installing our new kitchen. Since I am particular and pay attention to detail Jesus and his crew did not disappoint me. Jesus, Alireza, and I maintained communication throughout the whole installation process. Alireza periodically stopped by during the week to check on the kitchen progress and even provided assistance on occasion. Alireza and Jesus are very friendly and easy to work with to ensure the customer is satisfied. KBC exceeded my expectations bar none. Alireza and his crew of Kitchen & Bath Concepts did an excellent job on our kitchen and floor. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. Kitchen & Bath Concepts was the only provider (we checked about four in total) that was able to start the job very quickly, in approximately two weeks after signing the contract. With others the wait was at least six weeks.Alireza helped us with the kitchen design and picking up the right materials in a style that we liked (cabinets, backsplash, countertops, hardware etc.). Once the job started, he stopped by periodically to check the job status and was always available for questions and/or additional requests. Alireza’s crew is very detailed oriented and very skillful. Everything in the kitchen turned out to be perfectly done without any follow up corrections. The materials were very good quality as promised. His crew helped us with a couple of small repairs around the house without any additional charge.We love our new kitchen/floor and highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Concepts!!!

We had part of a wall that separates the kitchen from our living room removed in order to get more light to the living room. Alireza assessed, planned and implemented the project with professionalism, attentiveness and courtesy.
