Fair price and great service with a smile, ALWAYS. Every single staff member has great attitude and it flows from the owners, managers and trickles down. There was a minor hiccup on my last visit and the issue was immediately corrected accompanied with an outpouring of sincere apologies!!! I got several quotes to have my transmission serviced. CBA was not the lowest bid but they asked what transmission I had since some require a special fluid. Once I arrived they were super friendly and got my service completed in under an hour. Would definitely recommend them for any auto service.

I needed to do the safety inspection and emissions test. They will try to cheat you and tell you to replace the most expensive item. Long story short, they stated that I needed a new catalytic converter to pass emissions. They kept using the scanner to find any little thing wrong, they wouldnt run the emission test to see if it would pass. They were fixated on trying to replace my catalytic converter because it was a huge payday for them. Went to another shop and it passed no problem. Please stay away from here.

Phenomenal customer care by Tony. He made the process very smooth and honest from dropping my car and leaving it over night. My family only has our one car but the peace of being able to go one day without it because of CB is amazing. I had taken my car to 2 other locations to figure out the noise coming from my front left tire. I was told from the first location that it could be the wheel bearing and that rotors and brakes was suggesting to be replace but need to get the brakes even though I had them service 3 months ago to carry warranty. This momma wasnt satisfy with that answer so I took it to the actual dealership just so they could tell me just the wheel bearing needed to be replace and it was going be about 1.5k to fix the issue. I said heck no. When I took it to this location, I let Tony know what was going on and he stated that he will need the car over night to make sure what the issue was and the next day he called to let me know the bearings were good and my tire was missing a lug and I came just in time before my tired popped off. Im very pleased with the service, transparency, and overall that they saved us hundreds by being so trusting.

We have been going to Christian Brothers for several years. When our sons Jeep was in need of serious repair (replacement of 3 wiring harnesses due to a squirrel). We assumed that it would require repair at the dealership, however, they werent interested in taking on the work so we went to Christian Brothers. A week later, the Jeep is running like new. Just in time for the snow!

I have a regular shop I use, but decided to try Christian Brothers in Rockwall for the first time. After I got my quote it seemed a bit pricey. I had 2 leaks (transmission and oil). Over 70% of my cost was labor related. However, I figured give it a try.They were courteous, respectful, efficient and notified me of any changes immediately. They delivered exactly what they promised and on time. Which is very important to me with my busy schedule. Very happy with the great service and end result.

Indians gave a name to the body of water located between California and Nevada, up in the Mountains, Tahoe for Tall Lake. Recently, my Tahoe presented quite the Tall challenge to me, and the folks at CBA in Rockwall. What started out as a Service Engine Light that needed to go dark, to get my State Inspection, tested their knowledge and all of our patience and perseverance. Remember P3400, the Code from way down under. Its the Fuel Management System designed under certain driving conditions, to give us better fuel economy. Basically, it reduces 8 Cylinders to 4. Didnt know I had it, dont want it, never need it again!Ok, after normal maintenance, Electrical Diagnostic Checkup, replacement of Sensors, light it still on. Engine is opened up where some damage to Lifters and Camshaft is discovered, so we wait for Adjuster from Warranty Co. to authorize work, he does, they do. Upon putting engine back to together, a small fracture is found on the wall of the Engine Block, and its leaking Coolant. So I need a new engine, CBA goes to battle again for me with the Warranty Co. and we once again wait for Adjuster to inspect, he does, they do, but say they cant get 5.3 Engine here until mid May. Not acceptable, CBA gets me one in about 2 Weeks and guarantees their work. Fasten your Seat Belts now, new engine is installed, 4 test drives later, P3400 Light comes on! Cant make this stuff up. CBA goes through the complete Wiring Harness again to find the possible Circuit thats causing this nightmare. None is found. CBA brings in outside experts, GM Techs and they learn the Computer can be reprogrammed to eliminate the Fuel Management System and its light. Yes, do it! My Tall Tahoe passed inspection, got my Sticker and she runs great. Mark, Amy and their Staff are simply honest open people to treat people right and along the way theyre pretty good a fixing Rides. Thats kinda rare in my experiences at Auto Repair Facilities. Ill be back.

Came in for state inspection schedule is tight they let me leave my car there while I worked until I got off. Thank you Alvin for getting me checked in and updated me when my car was ready! Everyone there was extremely friendly and greeted me like I was vip. Keep up the great work and atmosphere.

Run away...they broke a bunch of stuff on my car and are not trustworthy in my opinion. They broke my stero mount, hood guide, misaligned my exhaust, broke the door panel, and put 2 scratches and 1 dent on my mint condition 1999 Z28. Not to mention charged me over $1000 for a $500 exhaust. Never again!

Professionals who do a great job and give you a fair and honest price. They were $500 less than the quote we received from another auto shop.

So this service started as a check engine light that was for a small evap system leak. After what seemed later as a halfhearted attempt to fix it they found a tsb that required a pcm update. Which did not fix the issue. Came back with an appointment (the appointment apparently didnt matter since they have only 1 technicians that knows how to test evap leaks, with the excuse that because its a VW they need a specialized technician to look at it, that they have over booked to push of any warranty repairs) and they stated that they cant find the issue but noticed the gas cap was not original. So we agreed to change the gas cap. Now the issue is still present and my wife and I have spent too much time back and forth with a vehicle at their shop to take any more time off work so they can delay the repair longer. At this point my trust in this Christian Brothers is completely gone. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially if you have a specialty vehicle that they claim VW to be. This is after receiving multiple warnings not to take it to Christian Brothers I accept it as my own fault for trusting them in the first place, I just hope someone else can be saved from my mistake.

The entire team at this location has Great Customer service, friendly and look like they are very happily employees.Every time I visit, I am greeted with a smile, offered a ride or something to drink while I wait. Services completed are always done right the first time and Im confident of their ability to work in my vehicles. When Checking out, services performed are always explained and if I have a question its always answered. My last service, required a question where tech had to come to vehicle and explain and answer my question. The Tech came out, was very friendly and personable and happily answered my questions til I felt confident. I do most my work on my vehicles, I only use Christian brothers for work requiring computer diagnostic to perform repair or when a tool I dont have is needed. I trust these guys to do anything needed on my vehicles, they are honest and knowledgeable, unfortunately we are all on budgets so if I can do it I do it, if not I look nowhere else.

Tony did an excellent job inspecting a used vehicle that we were considering purchasing. Amazing value. The dealers 100+ point check completely missed a factory recall and mandatory software update. They delivered a detailed online report with lots of pictures showing you every possible concern for the vehicle. It was great, and has given us a lot of piece of mind moving forward with the purchase.

I have used Christian Brothers for years and will continue to give them my business. It is not cheap to maintain a vehicle and all that most places have to offer is trust and bottom line is i trust them to be fair and honest with me and they always have been.

I had the opportunity to work with the manager Austin while he diagnosed, and assisted me with my car. Initially it was a starter issue and after a repair, the car died a week later but Austin at Christian Brothers helped me arrange for a tow. In his professional opinion it would cost more to repair the secondary issue than the cost of the car so Austin and Christian Brothers went the extra mile and called their suppliers to obtain a quote (which ended up higher than what I found online).All in all, Austin was an excellent partner who assisted me with professionalism, efficiency, and patience while we worked through my car issues. It was so refreshing to have that experience at an auto company, and I highly recommend Christian Brothers for any and all of your auto needs.

Terrible customer service. I called and made an appointment to have my rear brake pads replaced. Guy informs me that they didnt have those pads so I went and sourced them myself. Go up to have them installed, and now I am informed that they will not replace my pads unless they replace my rotors as well. I inspected my rotors before coming up there to make sure no grooves or anything was cut into them. They have zero damage. Which they would have known had they even took the time to inspect my car. However I was simply told, New ones must be bought every single time pads are redone. Funny the dealership did not mention that when they did my front pads 8 months ago. These were all questions I asked prior to coming up to the business, and get completely opposite information when I walk in the door. Seemed to me like they just expected me to go ahead and fork out another $350 on rotors that are un-needed. Terrible customer service.

I also appreciate their integrity; I asked them to check several items that a local dealership indicated needed to be replaced, and they confirmed no replacement was needed. I have been getting my car serviced at this location for the last three years. Every employee has been very kind. The last two weeks I’ve had starter issues with my car. Upon replacing the starter it continued to have issues when I got home. When I brought it back they ran a diagnostic only to find the replacement starter was faulty. I was not charged for the diagnostic or the next starter. I’ve drove away happy every time.

Way to pricey for a battery plus labor git the same thing done for way cheaper and no labor charge

Took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection and they were very thorough and honest about every issue with the car for a very affordable price. They provided us with a packet containing all problems found to take back with us, complete with photos and quotes for fixes. Saved us from buying a car with a $2000 problem!

At first I thought Christian Brothers was a nice place to be. My girlfriend went to this location based on her wonderful experience in Boise Idaho her last residence. Her A/C was out blowing hot air. April came and almost $600 then by July which the last trip was two weeks ago, my girlfriend and I spent a whopping $2600 and yesterday blowing hot air again. We called and were not treated kindly. They told both me and her that we can take our car somewhere else. We Will but throwing away $2600 is hard to do. We could justify the cost if the problem was solved, but same issue persist and my girlfriend is upset and I am mad. They are not friendly people. Take your money easily. Just my opinion and hers is the same. Watch out who you trust.

Christian Brothers Rockwall was amazing! I took my minivan to the dealership and was told I needed over $3000 in repairs. I decided it was worth a second opinion since I would be spending so much money. Christian Brothers staff was so easy to talk to and work with. They were eager to help, returned my calls, called me with pricing and worked to get my car in the shop quickly. Their repairs saved me over $1500. They had better prices and were so nice. I will ALWAYS take my minivan here first from now on. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are a JOY to work with and I am a BIG FAN!

These folks were honest about what needed replacement - a slave cylinder on the hydraulic clutch system. Unlike a dealership I had taken it to for a diagnosis (where is the leak?), that insisted I need to replace the flywheel, pressure plate and master cylinder...as well as a leaky U joint and axles. Christian Brothers indicated there were no leaks on the U joint and axles. Further, they listened to my protest - though the car is 10 years old, it has only 30,000 miles on it - that I only needed the slave cylinder replaced - and agreed. They came in $200 less than the dealership and provided a 3 year/36000 mile warranty on the repair...the dealership offered 1 year/12,000 mile warranty.

Such a friendly customer driven group of people. Had to have my car towed here, received a call to let me know when it arrived and followed up with me timely with diagnosis and expectation of repair time. Even gave me my AAA discount without me having to ask or remind. Will definitely use them again if needed!

I took my car to Christian Brother’s late last year and was quoted a price to repair the realignment of the car for approximately $300. I explained that I would need to wait until until I got my income tax check to come back. When I did so yesterday, I was informed it would be over $1300 to have the car realignment including struts, which were not discussed as part of the $300 repair last year. My mechanic referred me to a different company after I told him how much Christian Brothers was going to charge me. Upon taking the car to the other company, I was informed that the struts are not needed and that the total cost to repair the car will be just under $600. I was also informed that another customer at Christian Brothers also came to the other company after being quoted $1400 for similar diagnosis. I find it sad that a Christian business would seek to take advantage of a situation by quoting high prices for repairs that are not needed.

I love how you serve! From customer service to actually doing the service on my car. I recently read a study about successful business practices and how to have loyal customers. Something they said, I can testify is true because it happened to me. They said something to the effect of when you GIVE something of VALUE for free, you get a customer for life! This does not include things given on contingency of purchase like 10% off or $25 off purchase of $100. Years ago, I was a loyal customer of a Toyota dealership here in Rockwall. I felt like they really cared about me because they always went the second mile, did more for me when needed and didnt charge for everything. They just told me afterwards, Hey, you needed this so we went ahead and took care of it. Dont worry about it. Because of this, I never hesitated to run to the dealership anytime! I would spend $100s of dollars and never feel bad about it because they were taking care of me. I trusted them. Then things changed. Quality didnt go down. They just started doing everything straight down the line. Business was business. They simply charged me for anything I needed. They never did anything more or less. Soon I felt bad about all the money I was spending. I felt like they didnt care about me and even started thinking they were overcharging for their services. Eventually, I refused to go there anymore. I even bought a different brand car! You, Christian Brothers, have begun to earn my loyalty and trust. I dont hesitate to come spend $100s of dollars here. I think it all started the day you discovered critters had eaten through my washer fluid lines and you replaced them and didnt charge me for it. That was a turning point for me. Thank you! Got my pickup inspected here. didnt have to wait long. Filled my wiper fluid without even mentioning it. Even gave me a soft drink while I waited. Very happy with this place

Took my daughters Prerunner in for an overall check for maintenance. They provided me with an itemized statement with price. 👍👍

In short I spent well over $2000 to fix things they said were wrong with my grandsons vehicle. It still doesnt run due to the engine continually running hot, the same issue wth which I first approached them. They kept assuring me that the engine block was fine, despite mounting evidence that the problem was a head gasket. I paid them for replacing the radiator, water pump, thermostat and sensor (twice). Their guarantee means nothing. I was never refunded a dime when their repairs turned out to be useless and unhelpful. Please use caution when dealing with this dishonest business!!

The customer service at this location is unbeatable! Christian Brothers Automotive in Rockwall is the only place that I will ever consider taking my vehicles for service. Before finding this shop, my wife wouldnt consider taking our cars for service without me. This has never been an issue at Christian Brothers. In fact, my wife now takes the cars most of the time and my daughter actually likes going with her. They know us all by name and treat us like family. Fair and honest service. We had taken my daughters car to another service place for oil change and check engine light. The other place listed they checked all fluids and were good on the change oil report and gave a quote for repairs. We went to Christian Brothers to get a second estimate on the check engine light, same problem reported, and there it cost slightly less for the repairs and they discovered in fact necessary transition fluid reservoir was bone dry. The staff was friendly, down to earth and treated me with respect. They kept me up to date with the repair timeline, and always answered the phone.

I have been here with every vehicle I have owned. The consistency in service has been something I look forward to. The staff are kind and I have always been addressed with polite, empathy.On a small note, the front desk guy asked if I would like coffee,.as it was 7am, I said yes. He said if you want have a seat and Ill bring it to you. It may seem small but coffee shops dont even do that.

Took my truck for ac not cooling at times. They wanted $1700 to replace a part inside dash. Took it else where and I was charged $275. Turn out to be a simple wire that was causing random short. These guys will rip you a new one if you are not careful. My advice, go to the dealer and saves money and time.

This location in Rockwall, TX has the most friendly staff, customer service is great. The waiting areas are extremely clean and maintained. Their staff keeps me updated on my vehicle and the repairs it may need upon inspection. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will always take my vehicle to this location!

I had Eibach pro springs installed on a 2016 Dodge Charger Hellcat. They did an excellent job. Car rides and drives perfect. Customer service was excellent.

I took my Lexus to a local dealer and after paying $128 for a diagnosis I was quoted $3500 to replace a number of cam shafts and related parts. I called Christian Brothers for a second opinion, and told them the code that the engine was giving. They mentioned that Toyota have some service bulletins regarding that code and that what Toyota suggested is cleaning some parts, not replacing. So I took it in, and Kevin said he would get his Master Tech to diagnose it. He would not tell the tech what Toyota had quoted to avoid biasing him. The quote came back at $1600. They did the repair in a timely fashion. Ive been driving the car for a few weeks, and its working great.I highly recommend this company.

Christian Brother saved us. We were in town for only 3 days. Our car broke down and needed a fast turnaround. We towed the car to their location they had is fixed in less than 24 hours. They were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole prosses. I would recommend them 100 times over.Thank you so much Christian Brother.

This shop NOT even deserve a star. It should be close because of of fraud and lies from the mechanic / inspector. Do not go to this shop base on my experience today. I took my car for inspection at this location. They told me one of my hazard light in the front doesnt work and it will not pass inspection. They has to do a test for electrical circuit which cost $29.99. I can sense something was wrong because my car has a warning screen and it would tell me if something is wrong or tell me it is time for oil change. I left that place and went to another shop. My car passed inspection. Nothing wrong with the light. The inspector at the other shop showed me the light that Christian Brother said it was not working. It turned and working just fine.

Call them at 7 and had my truck pick up about 8:30. They never tried to up sell on something I didnt need. Had my truck back my 4:15. Very good place they have got me business now. Thank yeah I will recommend everyone I know. And this is after the Dealership tried to screw me out of 4k in work. They told me that my motor mounts are bad and should get that done next will they will be doing them for me.

The genuine hospitality from the gentleman in the office was beyond my expectations of a auto repair shop.

Christian Brothers in Rockwall has been a huge help to me over the past several weeks. Theyve helped with big things like diagnosing a problem that caused my check engine light to come on, to small things like an oil change and overall check of my car before going out of town. They even do a great pre-purchase inspection if youre thinking about buying a used car. The owners and employees are friendly and trustworthy. This is the ONLY place Ill take my vehicles!

My wife and I brought a used car here for a Pre Purchase Inspection. The inspection was thorough and well worth the price. This service has given us a great peace of mind during the used car purchasing process.However, we were most impressed by the staff. They kindly gave us a ride to a local restaurant to wait during the inspection, and were very patient with our many questions. They were friendly, warm and welcoming and made the entire experience very pleasurable.I cant recommend the service or the establishment enough.

Owner and 1 of the other employees were rude. Shouldnt have to take my car in 7 times in 3 months for the ac not working! It was expensive and frustrating! Will not recommend to anyone! Plus just went to Rockwall Ford this past Monday after being told to.take car elsewhere and allthe problem was was a clogged cabin so filter and the evaporator core sensor got replaced by Ford and $300 mot $2600. Avoid Christian Brothers.

Dont get fooled by the Christian name! Its just marketing ploy! Their tech school taught guys are NOT REAL MECHANICS. They only know what the computer scanner tells them and cant diagnose further than that!

INCREDIBLE Customer Service. Everyone, from mechanics to front desk was nice a patient with my questions and last minute requests. FREE evaluation to look at the power steering system on my car. Got a good price for the parts and replacement. They even gave me a ride to Oreallys and back while I waited for my car to be fixed. The front office is clean, nice and friendly. Everyone that walked in knew the staff personally it seemed. Thanks for everything!

I came in to get a new ignition switch installed. They told me they would run some diagnostic tests to make sure thats what was wrong with it. They do that and tell me that yes, the ignition switch needs to be replaced, as well as the fuel pump, water pump, serpentine belt, thermostat and gasket and radiator cap...well over 2000.00 worth of work. Well I had replaced my fuel filter a month before, so I knew the fuel pump was good. And my serpentine belt had just been replaced 6 days before by my local mechanic back home. Very disappointed in a shop that tried to take advantage of my situation. After paying the electrical diagnosis I left. I went up the street to another mechanic that replaced my ignition switch for less then half of what they quoted. 2 weeks later I drove all the way back home to Illinois and had my local mechanic look at my car and I showed him the paperwork from this place. He did a free 40 point check on my car and said Im really sorry, sometimes people like to take advantage of people, youre a woman and you were traveling out of state with your child. It happens. Ive looked over everything and double checked and none of what they said needs to be replaced, actually needs to be replaced Im thankful to have a wonderful mechanic who I know I can trust. This place is very disappointing. Just because Im a woman, doesnt mean I dont know anything about my car. And Im definitely not going to allow someone to take my hard earned money, for nothing. If you take your car here, make sure to get a second opinion. Big Ds is right around the corner and HALF the price.
