I had an appointment today with Dr Tran for my 4 year old daughter that’s never been to the optician before. Dr Tran was so patient and totally put my daughter at ease. Her bedside manner so to speak was fabulous. The assistant that did all our pre-tests was also wonderful but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I would highly recommend this establishment and will use it for all our future appointments.

Clean, on time and extremely knowledgeable!! Truly best eye exam I have ever had!. I went to order new glasses afterwards and I appreciated that they did not try to up sell me on all the extras. That helpful when my budget is so tight right now.

I waited 3 months to get in to see Dr. Britt and it was well worth it. She was so thorough in her assessment and evaluation of my eyes. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I love how I get in before or right at my appointment time. I never have to wait and they are always great at getting to the point and not dragging out the appointment longer then it needs to be. Staff is always nice and swift workers. This makes the whole appointment pleasant but still able to get in a get out so you can go about the rest of your day.

The doctors were great, but the front ladies did not setup my follow up appointment Monday, went Friday and they still didnt setup the appointment and I had to set it up myself. The first ladies where bad answering when I was trying to setup the appointment.

They are always very professional and very clean and safe environment.

First time visiting this doctors office and did not have the best experience. They did a great job of being able to book me in for an appointment asap since I had an uncomfortable eye issue. The doctor I saw was super sweet but unfortunately recommended me a prescription that was not easily accessible. After taking my pharmacy order to three different places I decided to call eye care back to see if there was an alternative as I had a lot of eye pain. I did not feel like they were professional in handling the situation when I asked for an alternative. I was put into a he said/she said situation between cvs and eyecare, with one saying they sent the order to them and another saying they hadnt received anything from eyecare. I was given attitude and being told cvs was lying to me. Its been more than 24 hours and I never received my prescription.

I was very impressed from the time I walked in the door till I left very professional very clean very friendly overall just very happy with the service I received. Not only was I treated better than ever and everything explain to me better than ever I also saved so much money. Unlike the big box stores or even the smaller businesses around I was not pressured to buy the most expensive frames or get the most expensive extras. I highly recommend this business Dr. Tran I thank you so much for your help and always being there for me thank you to the staff and for being so cautious of the coronavirus and keeping things clean

The staff and assistants were amazing.... friendly, efficient, and very professional. Dr, Vo was very thorough in her exam, as well as very personable. And the gentleman who helped me with my glasses selection and fitting was friendly, helpful, quite efficient in all my selections from frames to lenses. I have found my new optometrist practice!

She has worked with me diligently with trying to fit me with the correct contacts and has been so patient, kind, understanding and professional throughout each and every visit. I was experiencing vision issues after being hospitalized. Dr. Britt and Dr. Baden took excellent care of me and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Everything was quick and easy. They were even able to replace my lenses in 20 minutes.

I love using Dr Wiese for my eye doctor. She is so thorough, takes time explaining what is exactly wrong and has great bed side manners! She’s really great! Thank you for all you do!!

Dr Brit is AMAZING!! She always takes her time when trying to get me into the perfect lense and contact. I have been coming to her for years and highly recommend. Her staff is amazing as well.

Positives - Appointment times within a week, staff is gracious and friendly. Eye center is trying their best to get the lenses to work. Dr and staff working with me to make things correct.Negative - Went in for a contact and glasses visit with a concern around a dry eye. They charged me for a contact fitting to confirm that the contact lenses prescription would work but had me try a different type, and I informed the Doctor I had a reaction the last time I wore that material. Tried it for 3 days before they ended up writing a script for the current lenses I already wore. The eye glass prescription is still not working for me and they are currently working on a 4th set of lenses after a second office visit. They have given me two different sets of eye drops to try for the one dry eye, however they keep giving drops for allergies and my problem is not allergy related.UPDATE:. 4th set of lenses are basically the same as my current glasses and vision is around 20/40. At this point Im going to take the financial hit and go somewhere else to try again. All 4 sets of lenses contained reddish lines if not looking directly ahead.At this time I would not recommend.

I had a routine I exam here, they gave me a prescription in which I had filled there and bought the glasses when I got them back they did absolutely nothing I had no difference in eyesight and when I return them within 30 days they gave me a fraction of what I paid. I shouldve added that the Dr was very nice and the staff member was only doing what she was told. My understanding from the gentleman that sold me them was that i had 30 days to return them ! As they said i probably signed their paper that says what the return policy is buy i truly didnt read it obviously I just trusted what the man told me, I guess the lesson here is to read the fine print.

From walking in to the clinic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and very stylish.The wait was very short especially since I was a new patient and last minute call with an eye injury. They accommodated for me same day appointment. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very sensitive to my eye injury. She shared my out patient care for me to follow up at home. I definitely will be going back to this clinic! Went in for an emergency appointment due to being struck in the eye with yard debris. They had me seen an hour after setting the appointment and in and out in 20 minutes. Really saved the day since my regular eye doctor is closed on Mondays.Friendly staff, great environment.

Im SO glad we chose to come here!! AMAZING🤩customer service did GREAT with my 9 year old son!! The Dr. Was VERY thorough and spent time explaining and answering questions!! Our appointment was one of the last ones of the day and EVERYONE had such upbeat attitudes and spent all the time we needed even offered to stay for us to pick my sons frames out!! We will definitely be going back and telling everyone about how AWESOME this place is!!👍

Really bad experience with the front ladies.First time visiting this doctors office and did not have the best experience that I expected.

Dr. Britt is marvelous. She is attentive and patient while finding the perfect fit for contacts. She really cares about the health of my eyes.

Beautiful office, great selection of contact lens brands & eyeglass frame brands. I visited during Covid and they followed proper procedures regarding temperature checks, sanitation, and social distancing. I saw Dr. Weise and she was outstanding. All-in-all it was a wonderful experience and I will be returning again next year.

Took my 6month old to see Dr.Cates today and she was amazing with him. Front desk staff was nice and check in process was quick and easy. Very beautiful and clean office. Definitely will be coming back for my other son to see her as well.

Very friendly, clean professional and quick! Recommend my mom to take my brothers here to get their eye exams. I don’t live in the area (35 min away) and I’d rather make the drive to receive professional welcoming than go somewhere near where I live.

Rockwall Eyecare is the best! They take good care of their patients! They have gone above care and safety in these trying days to keep us safe and well. They all are wearing masks, requiring their clients also wear masks. They sanitize each room and testing equipment after each client’s use! Their staff are very kind and considerate! Really like my new eye doctor, Dr. Weiss. Great experience. It was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. And, my refraction is so good. So happy to have found someone like this since my doctor, who I had been with for many decades, has retired. Changing doctors is difficult, but when it’s as good as this it makes it so much easier.

This was my first visit to this group. Everyone at this facility was very friendly. Dr Wiese was wonderful. She took the time to listen to my concerns.

I took my daughter here for an updated contact and glasses prescription. She had been out of state for 18 months and was desperate for new glasses and contacts. She was only home for 2 weeks before leaving home again for out of state university. The doctor she saw was friendly enough but the glasses and contact prescription was completely wrong. She went back in for a quick recheck but still the prescription was wrong. They were unable to get her in again with another doctor to try and obtain the correct prescription before she left. The office was unwilling to refund my money or at least discount by half since there was no correct prescription received. They insisted that I was paying for the doctors time and refused to work with me. I informed them I was paying for a new prescription for my daughter and not to hang out with the doctor. In the end they wouldnt work with me at all and I ultimately had to pay another doctor for an exam. Thankfully they were able to get her prescription right! I will not take my family here again nor would I recommend this office.

I dont usually leave reviews but for some reason I feel compelled to after my appointment at Eyecare Rockwall today.I just went in for a routine eye test. It was pretty much like every other eye test Ive had. (All normal, vision got a little worse in case you were wondering).But what really impressed me was the people working there. Every staff member I interacted with seemed knowledgeable and good at their job. And above all else, they were friendly and they were relaxed--something we all need more of these days I think.Quite a joy to get my eyes checked today!

We’ve been going to Rockwall Eyecare and Dr Britt for 10 years maybe? Our family saw two other drs prior to Dr Britt and it just wasn’t an overall good fit for us. The entire family sees Dr Britt and we couldn’t be any happier. Dr Britt and her ENTIRE staff are terrific. The equipment is always undated, the facility is very very clean, the atmosphere calm and staff organized. From a customers perspective ER is spot on in all areas that come into play; communication, service and product. Adam, one of the techs is my favorite. He and Eric both are wonderful people and go above and beyond to make sure all insurance is being utilized and each dollar used to its fullest. It’s not often that you actually enjoy going to the dr but I do! So much so that today I was 45 minutes early AND they STILL worked me in! Now that’s service! Cannot day enough good things about Rockwall Eyecare. We’re customers for life.

Dr. Cates and her team at Eyecare Rockwall are absolutely amazing!! My son has worn glasses for almost 4 years and now that he’s in multiple contact sports, it was time we considered contacts. Dr. Cates and her optometric assistants were beyond patient in helping my son get over his fear of touching his eyes and encouraging him throughout this process. It was literally an eye-opening experience for my son once he had the contacts in!!! His smile was from ear to ear!! He looks so handsome in his glasses, but having experienced “life without glasses” provides a new found confidence in him I haven’t seen!! Not to mention the safety aspect during contact sports. No more broken glasses due to sports or facial cuts/bruises due to the glasses getting knocked against his face! Eyecare Rockwall is a wonderful and compassionately run local business! We won’t go anywhere else for our eye care needs!!As a healthcare provider myself, I wanted to mention to those concerned about Covid and cleanliness, they have all needs addressed, including all staff being properly trained and spacing out appointments properly! It was a wonderful experience!!
