Ordered my daughter a zombie unicorn ice cream cake for her birthday. It was delicious, and the employee was so sweet. She was busy, but made me feel extremely welcomed and tended to all my needs. The cake was delicious too. Thank you!

I ordered a 2 tier cookies and cream cake for my daughters birthday. It was gorgeous. The lady who does the cakes listened to what I was looking for and made some adjustments for me. My daughter loved it. Plus it tasted awesome!!

Staff was not wearing gloves or masks. They were accidentally touching the ice cream when scooping our ice cream and were coughing the whole time. I asked for the manager and told her that it was not hygienic at all and she said they were not required to wear masks or gloves. When I addressed them touching the ice cream she said that it didn’t happen and I can go elsewhere.

The family has taken over the store and they all hang out there. There scoops are a lot smaller and not worth the effort. Momma was doing the scooping, daughter was doing the redecorating on the ice cream cakes. And I think grandpa was back there watching in greasy cloths, while it looked dad and son sat in the sitting area watching videos on there phones. I wont be back Im done there.

Dont allow your child or recommend your teenager to work here its under very poor management they dont show any respect to the employees and the store manager is very unprofessional. She pulls family to mainly work there tp only disrespect and treat them like they arent worth anything. And they dont pay very well.

My husband I come here at least once a week, the employees and manger are so friendly and hardworking!

Went to the store Friday night looking for a cake, they were about to close and a guy was moping, they didnt greet us, instead we got a horrible look because we were walking on a wet floor, (the guy with big attitude) They were a total of 4 employees in the store and They saw each other, and the look in their faces were clearly “we do not want you here” I didn’t say a thing! I got 2 medium cakes and took them to the register, and asked the 2 girls at the registered, if by chance they had one big cake in the back? instead of me buying 2 medium ones, neither one of them answered or even looked at me, they simply ignored me, so went ahead and asked again this time one girl said “no” didn’t even looked at me, I still didn’t say a thing and paid for the cakes, and asked if they could write happy birthday on it? The person who normally writes the message on the cakes got mad and made a big face and attitude,(I believe was the manager, not sure) I told her not to worry about it! That I wasn’t going to take the cakes and that I needed my money back! She tried to convince me that she was going to do it, but by then I was already feed up, with all the negative experience! The guy who was moping then said that they were closed already and didn’t know why we came in, when clearly my husband told him they weren’t close because the doors weren’t locked. Glad I returned the cakes! I went to Tom thumb, in Heath, they have a big selection! Got what I needed with out all the negativity that happened in less than 5 minutes at this store!

Was disappointed the server didnt have a mask and wasnt vaccinated. Not coming back. Love the ice cream and shakes.

I love this store. Theresa is awesome and very helpful. There has been a definite improvement since she has been there. If you want good service go to this store. 💜💙

Ice cream and quality are great, but customer service definitely needs to be worked on. We had 4 cones today and the female cashier had a big attitude problem. I dont know what we did to her to have her snatch the receipt out and rudely give it to us and her sarcastic attitude, but all we wanted was ice cream.

My husband & I arrived at Rockwall Basin Robbins tonight, Friday July 16 at 9:40pm. The door was locked & the employee was mopping the floor but they close at 10PM. The employee unlocked the door and said, were opened. I didnt want to fall on the wet floor so I wanted to leave; my husband insisted we order. The employee made the comment, weve been slow all day and then at 9 PM everyone wants to come get ice cream. Ive lived in Rockwall for over 20 years and I can count on one hand how many times Ive visited Basin Robbins. Tonight was my last time. Employees were all young people & unprofessional. Whoever manages this establishment might want to do some training on being hospitality & mopping the floor before closing is a lawsuit waiting to happen!

Such a forgettable location but the few times Ive been there I really enjoyed it. I had the girl make me a Mexican chocolate shake (just add cinnamon) and it was delicious.

Ordered a dinosaur cake for my sons birthday. They ask for 24 hrs notice on custom cakes. I ordered the cake 3 days before the party. When we picked up the cake it did not look anything like their design photos. The dinosaurs looked like skinny lizards... not 2 big triceratops. The colors were not correct, and the rest of the decoration on the cake was far less than what was shown in their design card. When I complained, I was given the option to return the whole cake for a refund and just go without.( party was in an hr. Btw), or a few free scoops of icecream. That solution is absolutely ridiculous. I paid $40 for a custom cake, and gave ample notice.! A few free scoops of icecream is not equivalent to a a messed up custom cake. DO BETTER!

Ice creams ice cream but it was really unsanitary The kids serving had more ice cream on his shirt because he would just wipe his hands on a shirt!

I was there tonight around 7pm and do not know the names of the young man and woman working there but they are awesome! I see them a lot and wish I would have written a review sooner. They always say welcome and let me sample a few flavors before I figure out what I want and she packed 2 flavors in a pint container to go quite perfectly! They are packed to the left or right side so that I can try both flavors at the same time, rather than having to eat a whole top layer flavor before getting to a bottom flavor (that takes too long! Haha!). Thanks also for the military discount!

Black Walnut milkshake is still the very best. Friendly, happy service. Clean. Milk and cottage cheese are higher than at the grocery store but well worth it.

I would recommend this location to everyone. Hannah helped me so much when I had a medical issue and was so pleasant as well. Hannah is a real asset to Baskin Robbins. There is gentleman that also helped me while it is raining but I didnt get his name. The staff is wonderful, the quality of the ice cream is great, the store is always clean. I usually bring my wife and daughter here every two weeks for a little treat. First time we came here I had gotten the cannoli flavor ice cream and fell in love with it. Upon our second visit I regretfully found out they don’t carry it year round it was the flavor of the month. Please bring it back. The other ice cream flavors are good but nothing could compare to the cannoli flavor.

I been going to Baskin Robbins since I was a child. Same flavors as my Dad used to buy for me. Cant beleive they still have them. Daiquiri Ice & Pink Bubble Gum! They young lady that helped was great. I havent had a rude emploee yet.
