The manager is very rude. My child support card is chewed on the opposite end of the chip reader. She even refuses to manually type in the card info into the system. I hope the poor lady has better days!

Too expensive for fried fast food. Just got hot dogs, mozzarella cheese and drinks.

Pretty busted. They wadded these squishy burnt onion rings up tight so I wouldnt open them right away lol. When asked them to remake them or give me tots the were laughing. Not a great look. Chicken sandwich atleast seems good. Update! They remade the onion rings and them suckers were raw. Awful place. Downgraded to 1-star

Rude, rushed me to order, annoyingly asked “and what else?” After every sentence. I said I had a long list, and he wouldn’t give me a second to think of talk. Very loud out there and the drive through is shut down. Told him we will just go somewhere else, and he said Ok with a tone. I called the manager immediately and told her, and she could not care less. She said she only had three people and at the moment there is nothing she can do. No apology at all. I have lived near this location for years and have never gotten bad service here. I’m sure the poor service and lack of staff is a reflection on the poor attitude of the manager herself. I have worked in the service industry and have managed retail stores before. I hate getting my Karen on, but the attitude from both the employee and the manager called for it.

Always come to this location. The manager isn’t the friendliest when I have interacted with her, she just always seems like you are inconveniencing her by ordering. I still would come here because it was close. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been a real bummer. The gentleman has been extremely nice but yesterday not only were all the stalls down so I had to go to through the drive through after sitting at a stall for a few minutes and then today the drive through is down and multiple stalls, but the app is down also. So they can not honor any of the daily specials or happy hour prices. Not a biggie but I hope the owner is aware of this and making it priority. It’s already stressful working in the food industry and then they come in atleast two days in a row having to deal with with this.

Rude - ordered 5 chicken tenders and asked for some honey mustered dip. They brought 1 little dip. Asked for two more and told they were going to charge. The sad part is the rudeness from the staff. I know it is hard to find people but it is sad to see how rude and entitled many of these kids are. Will not come back to this Sonic… not that they care but there are 3 others in Rockwall. Two sauces and loss of business… sad.

The staff got things wrong, they were rude if they missed your order. Wanted to argue about what we ordered vs what we got..Places like this ruin a business from the staff they hire

Great for a quick stop-N-snack or if your looking to pick up lunch somewhere fast! Though it feels like the food is slowly changing, it may just be my imagination. Still a 5 out of 5!

9/15/2021 i visited sonic at 2215 state hwy 276 rockwall they have the worst service ive ever seen, the person taking the order was rude & interrupted when taking my order and of course order was wrong,food was not even parr for a sonic, will never return to this location and i see why it is only open 2 days a week, this place gives sonic a bad name for sure, stay away from this location!

4:17 pm July 10thPlaced an order through the app. Pulled through the drive thru like I always do. The young lady at the window was very rude. Yells at me and says if you check in on a specific number, you need to be at that number and not at the drive thru window. There was nobody else there so I figured that I wouldn’t make a car hop come out. I frequent this location often because our company is just down the road. Just very disappointed in the customer service….

Place has gone down hill, they frequently shut off the sonic app for orders and then force you to only use the drive through when you get there

I was very disappointed when I ordered the oreo expresso master shake because I it was advertised at the window only to find out they dont really have it... this is false advertisement.

I wouldnt even give one star. This place has the worst customer service. I only go to this location because its 2 minutes from my house, so Ive bit my tongue for a wail and this one did it. You can tell most of them dont care about their job and talk very disrespectful to customers. I wont be surprised if this place shuts down.

After repeating my order three or four times today and the person on the other end of the speaker still getting it wrong, a #12 large, buffalo,and a mango slush, I have concluded that this location is too dumb to prepare food for my family. I suggest you drive 3-4 mies in any direction and find another sonic.

Sonic is one of my favorite fast food stops.. They are for the most part all pretty good.. Love the happy hour drinks and they have a nice variety of drinks and let you custom mix your flavors of the day how ever you want it.. Good food and usually pretty quick and polite with service.. I always give my hops a tip. They count on tips to make ends meet. They dont make a lot from their hourly pay.. I think one told me $3-$4 an hour with tips.. I am a high tipper and I go to the same sonics when I go, so they know me and know they will be tipped.. And I feel safe that no one is spitting in my food also..

The parking spaces were neat and clean. The staff who brought me my food was polite and quick. I highly recommend downloading the Sonic app to get half priced drinks and slushes, plus it makes it more convenient to order food too

I wasnt given my entire order. But, I was charged for it. When I brought this to the employees attention, she argued with me. After several minutes, I left without my entire order.

I live 1/2 mile from my closest sonic(Horizon), but there quality is the worst.I drove to this Sonic and got GREAT QUALITY, GREAT SERVICE.So I guess Ill just have to drive farther.

Used the Sonic app and ordered ahead. Within two minutes of check in the food was brought out to us. Friendly staff food was as expected along with the consistency of the Sonic food chain. Only personal request I have in case the business is looking at this review. Please make dill pickle slushes available as permanent menu item. Thank you.

Getting worse. Sucks. First time I have ever seen black onion rings. I hope it closes and something good opens in its location.

Typically Sonic is Sonic, but I went through the drive through, ordered a junior deluxe cheeseburger and onion rings. Holly took my order, was so very friendly, and my order was definitely better than at other Sonics. The bun was fresh and soft, the onion rings were fresh and hot!

Great place to celebrate a special event. One of the few places to get crab cakes which are basically all meat with no bread filling. Excellent service.

The food was good but the order was wrong. When I was checking my order I asked the girl to wait. She told me they could fix it but didnt want other food to get cold so told her dont worry about it. In the middle of that the Manager (Laurie??) Opened the door & yelled at the girl helping me that she had orders to deliver. I asked to speak to the Manager, she came out in a hurry to get away, I tried to explain, she was not so nice, I told her I had a problem with her attitude, she told me not to tell her how to do her job. We have lived by this Sonic for 14+ years & had some problems before, didnt go back much, then tried it again recently so thought would try again. Will not make that mistake again. Dont like to do this type of review but am retired Customer service person & she did not handle this well... hope your experience will be better than mine... she did tell me to have a nice day - but sure she didnt mean it by her ton... I just hope the young girl who was trying to help me didnt get into trouble..

Out of all the Sonics I have visited over the last few years, this one is the best for their food and service! Always delicious, fast and friendly service.

Normally very fast service here, but almost 10 mins. To get just a drink this time & only 2 other cars there. Hope it was just an off day for them.

Ordered a Medium M&M blast with Nerds, and it came out with literally 8-9 M&Ms and maybe 4 nerds. I was charged for extra candy. We went back to show them, and the girl who took our order was super nice, but then a Melissa or Megan came back and accused us of eating them off the top, which was a super bogus claim. We used the spoon to look in the blast to see if the candy was in the middle or at the bottom. It was a very bad experience. We will not be going back until the customer reviews increase and there is a change of staff. Super rude, unprofessional.

Believe oh not there was hot sauce our chocolate shakes. We immediately turn around and took them back. Well I decided to try their BLT & was amazed that I found something I liked on the food menu. I still think they are over rated on their menu quality for the price. Still love the Happy Hour half price drinks though.

My grandmother and I come here every Tuesday evening, to take advantage of sonic cheeseburgers being half off. Well tonight I was told they do not do half off of burgers tonight. So I told her that we’ve been getting them half off for awhile now. Her reason for saying they are not half off is because of covid. Well to me that’s BS because covid has been going on since March and they are just now saying we can’t get our burgers half off?! Very disappointed!

This was the first time Ive visited this Sonic. I made a mobile order. Got there, waitress brought the wrong food. I had to re-order (thats okay, mistakes happen). They brought me the wrong food twice. The receipt was correct. I politely returned it. I also paid for flavored coffee, which I never got.

Great place to cool off and get the best slushes in the city

I ordered food from the app and when I went to pick it up a rude lady told me they didnt have it and to wait to see if it would go through to their system. I waited and she said it went through and showed up but said it was delayed for some reason. A couple minutes later she tells me that my order disappeared and that I would need to reorder and pay again. When I looked at my bank they had already charged my card and I told her that but she still wouldnt give me my food. She told me to call the number on the app for a refund so I did and they were so nice and gave me my money back. They said they saw the charge and I told her that but she still would not give me my food. Horrible service. I would not recommend anyone to this location or to ever use their app. The woman who helped me was horrible and rude and had an attitude the whole time. After she took the food out of my hands she went inside the kitchen and started yelling and pointing at me to her colleagues. So rude, especially when they stole my money and refused to give me the food I paid for.

Hit or miss, sometimes the food is hot and fresh, other times its kinda cold. Cant complain too much though. They have great everyday specials.

I had the Super Sonic Double Stack, the gentleman taking my order spoke very clearly and respectful. The young man Troy who delivered my food was also very respectful, dressed clean and neat. My food was hot and freshly made (bonus points!)

Dont recommend getting ice cream cone tastes like oil but everything else is good👍

Ordered orange cream slushes after they said their blast machine was down, but i think they meant their ice cream machine was down in general, because they made them with whipped cream and not ice cream and i said something and got looked at like i was a moron, got home and the top 4 inches of the cup was slush mixed with whipped cream with a layer of unmixed slush at the bottom. I really dont care about the ice cream, just dont look at me and lie to my face....

I love the drink fountain aspect of Sonic, however I have many food issues, and only a small few of the staff are nice and seem to enjoy their day to day.... I often get the wrong order, or its incorrect. But the Cranberry Limeade is ALWAYS delightful! !

Ordered slush and coke through my app was late picking it up when I showed up they told me my order was cancelled. I spoke to the manager Brandon Martinez and he said i will get my money refunded 7-10 He never offered giving my drink he even argued that if he does it will be free ($3.55 drinks). I offered to pay again he said he can’t do that. Well I ended up going to another sonic to get my drinks. Manager is very unprofessional and very rude I won’t go back to this sonic again.

We had a guy take our order and I didnt know what this drink was on a picture, he came outside just to look at it and tell me what it was. So nice!!! Of n pretzel n cheese was so good... Yummmm

They cant seem to get a simple burger order correct after two attempts. When we did get the burger the bread was stale. Save yourself the headache and go to whataburger.

Carhop was especially helpful. Normally I pay in cash and give the carhop a tip. I couldnt get my cc to work and she helped me by showing me what to do.

My Reese ice cream was good ask for a small it was huge so I took about 8 spoon tastes& I had to throughit it away But it was good no complaints Im just trying to eat healthier and that was my cheat treat 😆

My family and I have tried this place on several occasions, and without fail they always manage to get something on the order wrong. We have given them multiple chances thinking that maybe it was just a bad crew or a bad worker, but I truly believe this is a horribly run restaurant that does not care that their employees are not paying attention and doing their job correctly. If you need your Sonic fix occasionally like I do, I understand, but find another one to go to even if you have to drive further. This place needs to go out of business.

I am not sure if Brandon is the owner or the manager, but he definitely steals people’s money. I ordered food on the app, and it glitched. When I checked my bank account, I had been charged a total of 5 times for the same order. I call the hotline given on the app, they tell me that I need to call the sonic it happened at because only he can refund it. He is refusing. It’s been six days now. Absolutely terrible service.

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 shakes because everyone left the kitchen to play in the bushes, not only that but the shake was spoiled. I’ve got a video of it if you would like to see it.

This Sonic is terrible! Every time Ive gone there over the past 2 years I order my blasts and they come back with zero mix ins! Literally the only thing I get with my soft serve is the little bit they sprinkle on the top. I keep going back because its 2 minutes from home, and Im always hopeful they will improve. Nope hasnt happened yet. Save your money on this location and go to Braums!

Wrong order 3 times in a row and no apology!I went to this location 3 weeks ago and ordered a treat for me an my boyfriend. When I got home I realized they were both wrong.My boyfriend went today to get me a caramel brownie blast with no whip cream. He came home and I realized it was an oreo blast. I drove back up there and asked for a caramel brownie blast, I repeated that I did not want whip cream. They brought me out a drink that was smaller than the one my boyfriend had originally paid for, and it had whip cream on it. The server did not make any attempt to apologize for the inconvenience. I ignored the whip cream and took a bite and noticed there were brownies this time, but it tasted like just brownies and vanilla ice cream. There was no caramel. I was fed up at this point and I knew I had caramel syrup at home, I had to come home to add caramel syrup to have the drink I had been craving.

Manager taking the order doesnt know how to take the orders correctly. After waiting 10-15 min after ordering a 12 pc wing, car hop brought out 6, told her I ordered a 12, mgr comes out nd asks to see receipt which showed 6 pc and says he messed up, but wasnt willing to do anything about it. Asked if we would like to buy another 6 pc which wouldve cost me more than a 12 pc if order was taken correctly in the first place. And I wasnt about to wait another 15 min for them to get it out to me, because I was on a time crunch to get to my next job.

The worst tasting chicken tenders I have ever TRIED to eat. Dried out, zero taste and looked like corn meal batter. Rather torts were full of salt, half burned. The grave was only half full and had zero taste. After a few bites it all went in the trash. Unfriendly service too. 8/7/2021 2:20p.m.
