An awesome place to take care of many errands at once. You can shop & find amazing sales, fill a prescription, get a vaccination,drop of a package (Fed-Ex), etc :)Some pluses are - The store is always clean. The employees are friendly and inviting.————————————————————————Regarding Covid Vaccinations if you don’t want to wait here, I recommend getting it done at your local health department. I had difficulties at two Walgreens with getting my vax. I understand though as they may sometimes overbook and may run out of supply.Also, be patient waiting for your medicine. The pharmacist and the techs want to ensure your medicine is correct, this takes time. The drive through also takes a long time, but that is expected. I recommend calling your script in or dropping it off, and then signing up for alerts. This makes it easy to track and you can run errands while you wait.

The absolute worst pharmacy on the planet!! We waited over an hour for a COVID vaccination that was scheduled two days ago!! I wish I could give them no stars!!!!!!! I will never go here for anything else in my life! They need all new staff!!!!! We actually arrived 15-minutes before our scheduled appointment! We arrived at 6:50 and are now just leaving at 8:06!! There were 5 employees in the pharmacy section and two others stocking items! I will patronize any other pharmacy in the future! The absolute worst!!

The low reviews are definitely deserving. Went to resolve an issue for my elderly mother at the pharmacy and the manager was just as rude and unprofessional as the cashier. No customer service whatsoever. Have never used Walgreens for personal services and wont be.

Black woman, employee, in the cold medicine isle, was very rude and hateful. Ill never shop here again.

I cant begin to imagine how much gas I have wasted waiting in their drive through for the past 2 years. At least a 10 minute wait for each car in front of you. Just transferred everything over to CVS. Good riddance Walgreens.

They take too long with your prescription.On the drive thru they don’t even respond to you def going to switch to CVS

Left 2 extremely vital prescriptions approx 1:50pm. Went back for those and another from another doctor at 4:15. Was told not ready; pharmacist on break and not checked yet!!!!!!!! 99% people here 100% nice and helpful. Others are just here!! Merchandise is overall TOO expensive: Harris Teeter pharmacy & store beats the prices here. My insurance is pushing me to leave and probably will.

I have yet to have a good experience at this particular Walgreens. They are slow to respond to customers and the clerks and pharmacy assistants behave as if they are new to their job. I have spoken to the pharmacy clerks and asked for them to stock my special meds, and even Have shown them my prescriptions. Since I am now spending most of my time in the Rocky Mount area I need a pharmacy that I can rely on . As it is I am still 20 minutes away from Rocky Mount so it is difficult to spend as much time as I have to in order to get my prescriptions filled and picked up in a timely manner.

I switched from CVS for the convenience of the drive thru, but twice now I have received a call saying my prescription is ready for pickup and both times they have not been ready. Really, why would I get the call if they have not been filled? This time I waited 2 days before going to pick it up and ... hasn’t been filled. Thanks for great service!

Nice clean store. People in pharmacy are polite and helpful which is hard to find these days.

Have stayed being optimistic, BLAH, HA HA!When Richard Nelson was pharmacy manager, no waiting, no parts of prescription now and whenever. Always felt business was appreciated instead of being a bother and always greeted with smiles for everybody. After a week I was told did not have complete prescription that had to argue for refill on 30 day date!!!!! April Lewis ALWAYS has excuses, hung up on me 4 times rather than explain (truth) why not have full amount after a week. THEN! MIRACLE said she had it. Need something done by somebody who is willing to see that business is going out the door. I am starting somewhere rather than continuing with district mess. ALWAYS BUSY yet dont do drop in bucket compared to Richard .

Good size Walgreens has a little bit of everything! Nothing special about this Walgreens though

Pictures were not ready I placed them and cane back an hour and a half later and they still werent ready only printed 118 pictures CVS usually does the same in about half an hour
