This store makes you feel at home when you come in. The staff remember you, they treat you like family. Its a friendly, laid back atmosphere. Sometimes I get a little bit upset because they may not open on time, but all of us have days where we oversleep, or something happens, etc, and they always show up and open by 9 when they are running late. Other than that no complaints.
