Customer service is better then your big name ones. At least they say hello to you here, big name stores your lucky to get an eye roll. The standard I dont know. This store has a great layout, clean, and decent service. Pricing is higher.. 4 outta 5!

This is my favorite grocery store now :) It’s nice, clean and they have a nice grocery selection. I also was delighted with the flower selection. The employees there are very friendly and everyone was wearing their masks.

Spacious aisles, very clean with a few organic options. Cashier was friendly and efficient 😉

Lidl isnt your typical grocery store. Its a place where everyone in the family can shop. Their products range from groceries to lawn and garden / power tools. Just be on the lookout for sale signs as they typically ring up as regular price. Happens to me all the time and I shop there frequently.

Food is not the lowest in price some food will go bad before the time i had got the yogurt an one of then had green in side of it the meat this last time had a lot of air in side it the boneless chicken this is the 2nd time i have bit on a bone in side the chicken brest

I like to shop here. Its quick,easy and I save money.

Good for prices but very Anti handgun carry. Have been harrassed several times by a security guard even when I wasnt carrying because 1 time I had mine on since the signs were covered and VERY hard to see. Their no guns allowed sign is about the size of a large watch face.

I enjoy their low prices on eggs and milk, which is just a couple. The Lidl brand food is even comparable to name brands which is saying a lot.

I like this Lidl. They often have really awesome, super random things I need like a tent, sleeping bag, grilling tools or a lamp. They also have great deals on roses from time to time.They’re food selection of pretty good too. If you’ve never gone to Lidl before, go in there with an open mind and don’t look for specific brands you know. If you do that you’ll have a nice, pleasant experience. 😁

Love the variety of items stocked for sale. Fresh food and low prices. Wine prices are great. Store even has floor markers for social distancing when cashing out. Impressive organic food selection. Trail mix is fresh and sold by weight of consumer choice. This store will not disappoint the most pickiest shopper.

Quick. Found advertised item I was looking for.

Pretty busy, I thought, for 11AM on a Thursday. Did have to wait for a few minutes in check out line but not too long. They are very efficient in checking you out. Social distancing not really practiced by customers but every one did have on mask. Selection pretty good. You can find things there not available elsewhere.

One of our favorite stores, till today. LIDL is not enforcing their own, number one, Safety policy: Masks mandatory! Over six other shoppers with no masks. We stopped shopping and left.

Clean open wide isles..Low Prices are in abundance ..Imagine .82¢ for 18 Large Eggs .65¢ Extra Large & .55¢ for Large👍 A gallon of Red & Blue Cap Milk $1.34¢There are many items priced lower because in this area theres competition from Aldis & Walmart. By far Walmart is larger & stocks a variety of items then both stores but, many common foods, fruits, vegetables, breads meats cheese wine beer and some house hold items are priced right!

Lidl has a few things I like but I cant get everything I need there. If you have time to look around you can find some good deals.

I went to the Rocky Mount store at opening this morning to take advantage of their weekly specials, especially the meat specials. I was told at the door, without asking, that the store didnt have the meat specials. I asked when they would be available and was told Maybe 10?. I was the only customer in the store and the help appeared to be taking notes on what they need to put in stock for the day, looking like they just got there. They also had none of their produce specials. This isnt the first time that this has happened to me or my wife. I dont know if it is this store that is so poorly run, or the company in general. My 2 cents, if you want to go to a discount grocer, dont waste your time at Lidl, go to Aldi. I wont be back.

Good prices on organic foods and vegan foods

I have loved Lidl and their products at this location since they opened and have been mostly satisfied. However, yesterday we stopped in for some chicken wings and when we opened the cooler the smell of rotten meat filled the area. Of course we did not purchase from there, but giving the company the benefit of the doubt that they just didnt know about the issue, we stopped and reported it to the cashier. The employee commented, Yeah, people were saying that yesterday. Mind you, it was later in the afternoon when we stopped. This tells me that the staff just allowed the case to sit with something(s) rotting in it. That is concerning, to say the least. Please, my wonderful Lidl, clean it out, check temps, inspect the situation, dicard if needed and provide safe food again.

I absolutely love this place. Its clean and efficient, and everything is laid out the same way from store to store, so I never have to waste time learning a new layout in a different town. The produce is great, and everything is reasonably priced. I also appreciate the way the receipts list actual words instead of jumbled, ambiguous product codes. The rotating selection of non-food items in the middle is also fun to browse. In short, this is a wonderful grocery store, and Im glad theyve made it to America.

This place is always clean and typically well-stocked. We enjoy the variety and the selection of fresh produce and international cuisine. I will be back.

Never have the meats that are in the add. Went in once and the employee said they got the special in and after the first customer it was all gone., not just for the day but the whole week. There are limits on these specials. So you only get enough for one customer? This has happened several times and I drive an hour to shop. Will not be making anymore special trips. Emailed to the home office several times and got no response.

The store is clean. The brand name items were few. The ice cream freezers were empty. The prices were normal. Shopping carts are available. Bring your own bags or buy reusable bags for $0.10 each. Fresh bread crumbs an be mechanically sliced for you. Plenty of parking.

Great prices on a decent variety of offerings. Love the produce and ready made items with international flair. Only drawback is that there are often too few check out lines open and staff has to be called from the back to address growing line.

Love this store. Great prices even on imported luxury items. Double Gloucester cheese with chives from England.....yum. fresh baked goods and everything fresh is organic. Yes, everything. The staff actually seem quite happy too. Take your reusable bags or grab a few from the recycling bins.

Went here with my mom. Unfortunately, despite the great prices they did not have whole milk. Super cold so take a jacket. Some prices are ridiculously low and others are market price. Worth going to look around. Very clean and greeted by several staff.

Lidl is a fairly new store to the area. The location is fairly clean and modern. The meats, produce and bakery items are fresh and the store has good periodic sales.My only complaint for this location would be the amount of time the staff spends on their headsets. It can be somewhat confusing when youre checking out and trying to determine if theyre talking to you or someone else, it can be downright frustrating when asking questions.The restrooms are also clean and theyll gladly open additional registers when lines form.

I like Lidl a lot, its similar to Aldis with a mix of high-end grocery stores like Kroger and Harris Teeter. You have to bag your own groceries so be prepared for that, but all in all its a pleasant experience and you save a lot of money. they have their own brands of mini items but also a lot of name brands like Coke.

In general we like this store’s offerings and prices. The negatives are their lack of the smaller more mobile carts; napkins feel like crepe paper, fresh brats are disappointing and whipping cream has foreign taste.We have enjoyed their other products and visit this store 1-2x per week and see a big savings!

Got this for 13.99 and it works great

Great baked goods.. cheeses and the wine was well priced, with a good variety of vintages. Lidl beat my regular grocery store wine price by 3 dollars off the bottle.But Im mostly impressed by the bakery, and the different breads. French bread was just .95 cents.
