Seriously BEST coffee around, I was a Starbucks girl until the owner Carlitta made me an iced coffee, I would rather come and support this business then a Starbucks ANYDAY! Also, her homemade pumpkin rolls are too die for seriously…,she also makes very delicious salads, flatbreads, & much more! Definitely worth trying and I promise you will be back for her delicious coffees that she makes!

I wish that I could give 5,000 ⭐s. Beautiful atmosphere. My husband and I got pedicures and it was by far the best pedicure we have ever had. Upon entering the beautiful space, we were treated like family. The owner is an amazing woman. She literally treated us like royalty. She is very professional and friendly. We sat back and sipped coffee, and enjoyed the experience. My feet still feel smooth, and relaxed. The massage felt like it renewed our feet!! My husbands feet look incredible, he was shocked 😲. I absolutely loved it there. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and will DEFINITELY go back. Thank you so much for everything.

My neighbor and I stumbled across this rare gem. What an amazing place for breakfast, lunch, or light dinner. Or, simply stop in for a cup of amazing coffee and a homemade sweet. We felt so relaxed, and Carlitta (owner) made us feel at home. We cannot wait to try her foot spa, with a cup of Java on the side. Her bistro is pet friendly. All are welcome here. So stop by, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We already have made a few visits.

Stumbled across this place today while on a walk with one of my friends. We walked in and Carlitta made us feel right at home. I overall loved the atmosphere of the place and all of the different options for drinks and treats. Carlitta was beyond sweet and made me one of the best coffees I have ever had in my life! I also had a mini apple pie which was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back! So many great things to say about this place. I loved my experience at Java Bistro! I went in for a pedicure, and its such a cool ambience in there. Carlita was wonderful, and gives an amazing reflexology massage. Ill also be back to try the coffee she makes, which sounds delicious! As well as some of the food. Excited to come back for another pedicure and to try out the bistro!

The atmosphere is simple beautiful. My overall experience was exceptional! She was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to educate. To top it off, I ate the best homemade lemon ice cream.

My wife and I stopped in for ice cream and were treated to much more. The owner is very charming and passionate about her business. The ice cream was home made and delicious. I had a great cup of coffee with my apple pie and ice cream and my wife added a bagel treat to her dessert. Chatting with her was a memorial experience. We definitely recommend this as a must stop place.

I bought a pedicure Groupon and a few days later, tripped down my stairs and tore my meniscus and MCL. I was housebound until whenever I heal. 10 days later I got an email that my Groupon was redeemed. I did not redeem it as I wasnt able to leave my house let alone drive. I called, left a message then contacted groupon and got it unredeemed. GREAT! I can use it when I am mobile again. Today I am finally able to walk with a cane so I went to schedule my pedi and guess what-the coupon was AGAIN REDEEMED on July 5th.... WTAF?!?!?!? Sorry but something isnt adding up here. I dont know if they arent typing in the voucher number or what, but mistakenly redeeming a vouch twice is unacceptable. Ill go elsewhere.

They’re scammers. She does pedicures TERRIBLY and really rushes. She is very rude and unprofessional. She also favors customers that pay the most money and treats the other ones like garbage. And she is a scammer. Her prices on her website are different in person. She tried to make me pay $40 (which was already payed for) and added an extra $26 because her prices are lies on the website. $60 for canolis, acai bowls, and a smoothie. Will never go here again, do not recommend.

Bought Groupon before and they some how redeemed it for me when I never went there or made an appointment. Bought another one and tried to call and make appointment and was told to text instead. Tried to call back and no response.And yes, you already redeemed it without my knowledge and I contacted Groupon about it and they fixed it for me. So, that was a lie on your end. No, thanks. I love how she claims no one has redeemed the groupons on HER end when it happened to me before and multiple people on Groupon have also had this experience. If you read her review back on someone’s feedback, she’s very nasty and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t waste my time with someone who’s like this. I’ll take my money elsewhere if I were you.

I called Claretta out of the blue today to ask if I could photograph a client in her Java Bistro for a local magazine (due to inclement weather) and she was incredibly receptive and welcoming. When we arrived, it was as if we were arriving at my familys home for dinner. She treated all of us as if we were old friends and the experience was really heart-warming and relaxing. The environment she has created is calm and rich. If you havent visited Clarettas and done business with her, youre missing out on a gratifying experience. If youre giving your money to the Corporate Giants like Starbucks and Dunkin and not supporting a small business like Clarettas, you could be making a much better decision with your money and having a better time doing it. Shop local and support local families! Clarettas is worth your visit!!! Youll be pleased with your decision to meet her. A+

Getting appointment took weeks.No foot wash, no toes separotors, not very professional. From her yelling at people walking in the door. To a sloppy pedicure.she useda 3 pieces of wet cotton wipe for my 10 toes. No fan to dry. Polished smudged before I left the door. I will not be back!

I recently had bought a Groupon for my friend and I because she recently had to put her dog down, so she’s been really sad. We were both really excited to try this new place and have a nice relaxing day!!I called yesterday to make an appt. the woman who answered said she was busy on the Bistro side, and would call me back to schedule. Never received a call back that day.Tried calling early this morning to make the appt. after they were open. Called a couple times & no answer. The woman called me to explain she was in with a client until 9am & she heard the phone ringing.She said that another team member would be coming in at 9am & to wait for a call back. 9:30 rolls around... no call back.I tried calling again & the woman texted me and said “Please text me.” She then called me directly after the text was sent to me. That conversation was the most rude interaction I’ve had, I must say this woman really made me feel like a complete inconvenience. She basically yelled at me for calling so much, and said she’s booked up (when she had told me previously this morning we could get scheduled for today....which i didn’t care about anymore- I was just trying to call to schedule my damn appointment) She basically didn’t let me get a word in, told me to return my coupon and go somewhere else. “I doesn’t have time for people who don’t have patience like you” The lack of care and professionalism skills I received from this person over the phone as a customer really showed me (as someone interested in paying for a service here) what kind of business this is/how they want to treat customers.I am one very patient and understanding person who works and healthcare and with the public for years, and this was just very unacceptable. I understand being short staffed and how frustrating things can be, but maybe don’t advertise coupons on Groupon if you don’t have the people/recourses/interaction skills available to schedule and carry out these advertisements professionally and pleasantly....because this experience and that woman was anything BUT.LOL at your response because i was never rude to you. I stand that my review was 100% honest:) Please post the call log!!!!! Your # is posted on the website and it is the business number.....It will just show you never answer the phone. And to even comment on how I treat friends and family has nothing to do with my bad experience and treatment from you. This was 2 days of me calling to get an appointment scheduled. I was never rude to you lol stop lying on here, you didn’t even let me talk. you were just super dismissive and rude. I just went here for the first time, and I had a amazing experience!! Parking was good.The pedicure I got was the best one I ever had! I got gel nail polish. The massage was amazing! I could have fallen asleep. Carlitta Was amazing and she has a awesome personality! She makes amazing cannolis, I got two to take home and ended up eating them in the car, didn’t even make it home! She gave me a coffee to take Togo and it was so yummy! I had a awesome experience there, I finally found my place to get pedicures at! No more looking around for new places. I definitely recommend coming here! I’ll definitely be back too.

I stumbled upon Java Bistro and Foot Spa during a walk one weekend in Downtown Rocky River. Upon going in, I met Carlitta Renee, one of the friendliest people I have met. I dont know her recipe, but she makes THE BEST cup of coffee I have ever had in my life. That is also saying alot because if I dont have 3 cups, I am not a functioning human. She also makes the best food you will ever have!! Through talking to Carlitta, I found that she helped out my wife the day of our wedding. Any chance I get, I swing by and relax in this shop. I have met some really interesting and friendly people in there. I consider myself a regular!

Very lovely and clean here.I came in here for a pedicure and a gel manicure very friendly atmosphere and the owner(Carlitta) was very nice.It was a very relaxing place, I ended up staying there and getting a salad which was fantastic, along with her homemade tiramisu and it was so delicious.Later i told my friend about it and she went in there and got some cannolis which she said she loved.I highly recommend going there.Loved it can’t wait to go back soon!!!!

Not only did I receive one of the best foot massages in my entire life (and I’ve been getting foot reflexology for over 6 years now) but the pedicure was also very meticulous and outstanding. This is the perfect curated spot with boutique gift options and a variety of services that are truly spectacular. The food is all homemade with an expansive menu ranging from teas, shakes, soups, paninis, flatbreads, cannoli’s, tiramisu, pumpkin rolls and much more..And let me tell you the cannolis are out of this world....some of the best I’ve ever had with exception of being in Italy. The coffee options are also very quality sourced and versatile with almond and oat milk options...Overall the bistro, the spa, and the java are an exceptional experience. Whether you want to pop in for just a cappuccino, or pick up some tiramisu to go, or shop for a special curated gift for someone like from their jewelry & CBD options, or have lunch with a friend, or best of all have a full on girls night with the spa and dinner, this place offers it all.
