Everything they have is USED but they sure love to charge you for stuff like it’s brand new. Also they will keep going to your house to bother you. James is the absolute worst he is rude and needs to learn how to speak with customers. Do NOT do business with them do business elsewhere.

They are so professional and polite. They have always been super nice and I love the furniture I got there. It is real leather and Ashley is the brand.

Worst experience ever i ordered online and then they tell me they dont have it but they can sell me a used set thats different! Not what I wanted and I already paid my deposit and down payment before they even told me it was not in there store for one your website should have known that, for two your employees and manager were terrible with customer service. Told me 3 days ago I would have my bed delivered and still 4 days later no bed no mamager has returned my calls and I still have no bed and I already paid so terrible and wont be sending anyone there for sure odds are im getting my money back and going elsewhere with my business... the manager needs to know how to manage a store. And his employees colton and Vincent need to learn customer service and manners definitely going to corporate with this complaint

This place has been great from the moment I walked in. Friendly, nice, caring. The manager is great about helping you out and making sure you get to keep your stuff even when a payment is behind(Communication is key). I wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank you Shaun and all youve done for me and my family. You are a blessing. Oh and I love my stuff !

STAY AWAY!We received a Repossessed Washer and dryer set for a cheap price. As soon as we got them homeq we realized the washer was broken. They acted quick and brought us a loaner as we waited on our washer to be fixed. We waited 2 months! We finally got it back after they told us multiple times that it was ready and we would be getting it soon! It never showed up! After it finally did it was still broken! It had the exact same issue as before! Now they are saying that they cant do anything about it because we told them we arent paying until it gets fixed correctly this time! They said they can replace the washer with a cheaper version thats around the same price we paid for our washer, which we got a good deal on because it was a repossession unit. So now they would rather give us a cheap washer then fix ours! When we were told that if it couldnt be fixed we would be getting that same unit again but new. They said that was worse case scenario! A lot of lies and they would rather not help if they dont have too!

I called the store yesterday because I am currently having financial issues and the guy I spoke with was very helpful.

They ran over my kids basketball goal a month and a half ago. They said they would send a check to replace it but it would be 10 days, at the most, before the check would arrive. Well that was a month ago. My kids used that goal every day. Guess Im suck with the bill since their management refused to be helpful at all.The local folks were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Obviously Ill never shop there and I hope you dont either. If you do and they wreck your stuff dont say you werent warned.Josh Blades

I came into the in early December needing help with trying to find a bed and a bed frame for a short time while family was in town for the weekend, the guys went above and beyond to help me and I was so thankful. I would highly recommend this Rent-A-Center and the employees within it!
