Total waste of my time and gas! I called them to first make sure they could get a water pump impeller for my Yamaha 30 HP outboard. The guy at the counter said yes after I gave him all of the numbers and to come in.I got there with every ID number and numbers off this thing. He looked it up and got one. I went home and started to install it...way too big!!!!I made another trip back. He looked it up again and said he couldnt even find the part listed!!!!I got my refund and went straight to Waypoint Marine in Rogers and within minutes, it was up on the computer and he even showed me the diagram on the screen! I had the part in 3 days!!!!They either are computer illiterate, dont know about Yamaha and the name brands, or the counter guy is just a goof! Either way, I wont ever recommend them!!!

We had a great experience here. Rick and Mark(owner) were very nice and honest. I got the history of my boat and all looked good. The pricing was reasonable.Our first outing we had throttle problems. They took it back, fixed it, and we were back on the water the following weekend. Thats a genuine dealer. Mark even helped us with our payment options, getting us on the water quicker.

Our boat needed repair when we brought it to the shop, and six weeks later when it was ready it still needs repair. Just dont use these people to repair your boat !

BEWARE OF Bella Vista Marine, Inc. !I do not normally post reviews, but in this instance, I feel that everyone should be aware of the shady business practices of Bella Vista Marine in Rogers, Arkansas. This shop not only tried to scam me as a customer, but even after acknowledging their culpability in our interactions, refused to make things right in any fashion.I purchased my boat from them a few years ago and had to take it in to have the engine worked on this spring. While in their possession the entire trolling motor and motor mount was stolen and had been ripped off the boat causing significant damage.This is when the issues, lies, poor service, and attempt to scam me started.Initially they were very apologetic, admitting they had run off a few people from their back lot over the previous weeks, and stated they would make it right, even asking the type of trolling motor and motor mount so they could replace with like materials. They asked us to file a police report so they could turn it in to their insurance. Everything seemed to be fine.Nine weeks of going back and forth with Bella Vista Marine about the damage later, they have gone back on their word and completely refused to fix the issue. All that has been done was them hammering the bent metal down and absolutely nothing had been done to permanently fix the problem.Every step along the way they would say one thing, but then the next time I went in it would be denied. From my interactions with them it seems that they are a dealer that is not to be trusted and one that will take full advantage of people when they know there is not enough money on the line to take them to court over.After pricing out all the parts needed for repair everything happened because they did not want to spend $205 on a replacement mount and $400 on a replacement trolling motor.

I shopped at 3 other boat shops before i found them. they worked with me in getting everything i wanted. Everyone there is very friendly and professional best customer service experience i had comparing to the other boat shops. Had a few issues with my boat nothing they did wrong just the manufacture but they took care of everything including a few they didnt have to witch made me respect them more. My family and i are extremely happy with our tritoon absolutely love it!!I Am a business owner myself they do a fantastic job of taking care of there customers just as i do too. i definitely did not see anything these other bad reviews are about. Just remember everyone there is always 2 sides to a story and some people will never be pleased no matter what. Thank you to the hole crew you guys are doing a fantastic job! Oh and they have the biggest engines on tri toons i could find in nwa that is affordable so for you guys or gals that like speed and a lot of space here you go!

Apparently they have modernized and updated their name. Bella Vista Marine is still at that location, but they are under a different name.

I have dealt with literally every marina in the area. Never had an experience like I had with this one. I called to get a simple part to extract oil from dip stick. I was VERY explicit that I wanted the hose to fit the threads of the dipstick. I was assured they were providing the right part. When my wife brought it home, it did not fit as promised. Returned it to the shop but the man at the counter couldn’t get the refund to work on our credit card so he wrote down cc and said he would get someone to help him with refunding cc and then would destroy number. Meanwhile a week later, I get a call stating they decided not to accept the return. What?? Oh, I could have the $20 part back. Of course I would have to drive clear back into town and get it. Tell you what Bella Vista Marine, you just keep it. If your profit margin is that tight, you need it worse than me. However, I will NEVER visit this shop again. My guess - they won’t be in business in two years.

I recently ended my search for a new bass boat with the purchase of a skeeter zx190 from Bella vista marine . I visited many different boat dealers within 100 miles of Rogers . None of these dealers even came close to demonstrating the professional and knowledgeable experience I had at Bella Vista Marine . Thanks .... I will be back

Horrible experience with the salesman. Went to look at a boat and the salesman knew nothing about it. And told me he could get me a brochure to look at if I wanted. I had already researched the boat and decided on it. I told him I wanted to buy it and he seemed to careless. And when I told him I wanted to trade my BassCat in 98 Jaguars with a 2010 pro xs 250 he told me it was told old and they wouldnt take it in on trade. The salesman acted like my 50k wasnt worth his time. I have never been treated like that when you want to spend that much money.

Nice folks, seem honest.....I am adding to my review. What I previously stated was what I thought, the following statement is what I now know!!... It has now been about 3 months since I bought my 195 C Stinger from Bella Vista Marine. There have been a few minor things happen that really shouldnt have. I would call them bugs to be worked out... Bella Vista Marine has fixed all of the items to my satisfaction. When I came to pick my boat up today I discovered my battery was dead. It may not even have been there fault, and I sincerely believe it wasnt their fault,but Mike when he noticed the problem,went above and beyond what he needed to do to make things right for me, and ensure my satisfaction. If I had to buy another boat right now, I would buy it from these folks.

Mark and Rick were a awesome experience for me and my wife buying a new skeeter boat. They went over all the details and knew everything about the boat. We discussed the maintenance on the motor and they have a mechanic on site to fix or answer any questions. Bella Vista Marine is a great place to look if your looking for a boat and service. Service work was just completed on my zx250 and I am very pleased. Work was completed in a timely manner and pricing was very competitive with service Ive had done at other Yamaha service centers. I would definitely recommend Bella Vista Marine if you are needing service on your Yamaha or Mercury motor.

Its a shame that five stars is the max I can rate these guys. Owning a boat has been a dream of mine for the last 15 years. I thought I had finally become a boat owner when I purchased a fixer-upper from another shop. After that boat was lost in a fire after just 3 months I thought all was lost. Then I met Rick. I told him my story and he took me out to look at some of their boats. I got a great deal on a much newer boat (no more fixer-uppers for me) a 2005 Monark. Older models of this boat were listed on other websites for several thousand more than what they were asking so I jumped on it. If this was the end of my story I would still rate these guys 10 out of 5 but there is more. After my first trip on the lake the engine kept making a beeping sound anytime I went over 5 mph. I took it back to them to see what they could do. I was a little scared because it said right on the bill of sale, boat is sold as is and no warranty is implied. I was really afraid of a massive repair bill. They had it for 2 days in the shop and when I went to pick it up I was told they replaced the fuel filter and changed the prop. When I asked how much I owed them they just laughed at me (in a good way) and said nothing. Not a dang dime. Needless to say I was pretty shocked. They just told me its what they do and they stand by their boats. They even fixed my on-board charger at no extra cost. Any place can sell you a boat but its the after care that matters the most to me. I never once felt like I was less important of a customer compared to guys buying brand new $50,000 Skeeters. When I took it out later that day it ran like a champ and there was nothing wrong with the boat at all. I know my family and I will have many fond memories with this boat and I will be a life long customer. No matter your budget give these guys a look. If your on the fence about this place I hope this convinces you to give them your business. Like I said earlier, any one can sell you a boat but the after care is what matters the most. If you cant tell by now these guys are awesome and I wont go anywhere else. Flipping great place!

Very dishonest sales and mechanic. We brought our boat in to be winterized. They told my husband the manifold was bad and the head was cracked...so they winterized it and we took it down to way point where they looked at it and there was nothing wrong with the boat. So i would never trust them to be honest to the public. They tried to say we had $6000.00 in damage when nothin g was wrong with our boat.

Top notch service, knowledgeable staff. BV Marine was able to get my electrical issue quickly resolved at a reasonable rate. Not only did they fix the issue, but recommended upgrades to prevent ongoing issues.

Do not try to sell your boat here. We were told they would sell our boat and get over 10k for it. We drove by a month later and it was still in the back. They never cleaned it (they stated they would thoroughly check the boat out to accurately sell the product and clean it to help sell it) and it was hidden away. Later, a different person at BV Marine called us and asked us to come pick up our boat. They weren’t aware they were selling it! We reminded them they had agreed to sell it months before. Well, it’s the end of the summer, the end of the prime selling season for boats and now they “cannot sell it.” Would have been nice if they had done any of the things promised. If a thorough inspection had been done (originally promised) and they had let us know they couldn’t sell the boat up front, we could have sold it elsewhere or on our own.

Met with the owner of the business yesterday while I was there and found him to be very personable. The staff seems to be very proffessioal in their duties, attitudes, and the business itself is very clean and proffessioal looking. I would return again and recommend to others if they are looking for a great place to buy boats, parts, or have service completed Bella Vista Marine is the place to go.

This place is horrible. These people will steal your money and give you the worst attitude while stealing your money! I paid these people to winterize and de-winterize my boat (you have to pay for both at the time of winterization) . When I dropped my boat off in November they had my boat for almost a month and dozens of calls into them asking if my boat was ready to pick up with the rudest attitude they kept telling me they would call me when they got an update from their in-house mechanic, they never called me, I had to call them twice a week after several weeks of the run around before I finally got my boat back. Then hear we go again with the de-winterization that mind you I already paid for when I had it winterized, I dropped off the boat almost three weeks ago and they told me it would take 1-2 days to have it ready. Well that was another lie, after the 5th day of not hearing from them I called and was given the rudest attitude telling me they would call when they had an update and kept asking me for my number that they already had in their system. After calling for 3 Weeks I finally went up there today and asked them for my boat back because they still had not de-winterized it, surprise surprise I had to argue with them for over an hour for them to pull my boat out so I could take it to another mechanic to finish what they were paid to do! On top of all of that, my boat came home with me tonight absolutely filthy! There is greasy finger prints and muddy/greasy boot prints ALL OVER MY WHITE INTERIOR AND WHITE UPHOLSTERY ! It will take me a week to clean my boat the way I had it when I dropped it off to them. The owner thought it was funny or something because when I told him he had lost my business forever he just smile and chuckled like it wasn’t a big deal!Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50-100 dollars and go to a professional boat mechanic that actually cares about their clients and their boats! Bella Vista Marine will go out of business if they continue doing bad business like this!

Dont waste Your time or money!After three trips talking to the owner and service tech. the plan was to install minnkota ipilot and compatible humminbird sonar. They gladly accepted My $2K deposit with the expectation of ordering and installing the system in 7-10 days. A month later I finally took My boat and left disgusted at the quality and service I received. The sonar power supply wires were left hanging down in a storage opening sure to be damaged first time something was stowed. The first time I tried to pick up the boat the only staff member with any integrity advised Me that the sonar they ordered and installed was not compatible with ipilot. WHAT!!The owner nor his counter help had mentioned this at the time of accepting another $1200+. Thankfully I didnt drive away and suffer the frustration of finding out about the issue on the lake. After another week or so passed and after another $100 invoice for what Im still not sure I left with a nonfunctional system. They said he couldnt find a lakemaster chip to make it work which I ordered from humminbird in five minutes. I tried to spend My money locally and help the local economy when I could have and SHOULD HAVE just ordered and installed My own system. Take My advice,DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT BELLA VISTA MARINE!Very unhappy customer, Joe B.
