I talked to this man on Saturday. Planned on taking my skis to him on Tuesday. I brought them to him (Google has his home address as his business) he didn’t tell me that on the phone. Says he opens at 10am but yet he doesn’t come in till 2. They weren’t ready on Wednesday because he hasn’t gotten to them. Thursday I tried calling him and he ignored me. Till he answered after 5 and again excuses. I’m the nicest person you will meet but I don’t like being lied to and people’s word is everything. He said they would be done today. (On Friday). Told me to call him at 10am and I told him I would meet him at 11 because that is what time he said he would be in. He wasn’t there at 11 and didn’t answer my calls. I had my husband call him and he answered. And said he was back up but was getting to our skis. I arrived again at 1:53 and he was not there and the shop was closed. My skis hadn’t even been touched. I had made the decision to take them and find business else where. His sister arrived has I was hooking them up. And the first words out of her mouth was “ Don’t give me crazy eyes I’m not the one that works on jet skis” She tried telling me her brother was on his way and these were his top priority now but I didn’t believe them. They are both liars. Hell I was okay with it taken till Thursday or even today. But if you say it’s gonna be done in this day then make it happen. I would stay far far away from this shop.

Excellent repair work on our 2 older 1996 Yamaha skis! Reasonable price also. We will be using them again.
