People are always friendly and knowledgeable. Store has definitely seen better days, product has kinda diminished over this pandemic but I dont think it is the stores fault. Would give a five star but because there was a lacking inventory from what it used to be it has lost a star. Still in my opinion if you are looking for a real store and not online this is one of the best places to go.

Always very helpful, pricing is the same as anywhere else, when it comes to new games, or pre-owned. So get out there and support your brick and mortar stores people.

Pretty bad service. Had a person who is not technical thier words test the ps4 I was selling. When she could not connect it to the network the shift manager tried for 20 minutes. When I grew impatient after half an hour and asked whay was going on I suddenly became the bad customer and they started treating me badly. I took my stuff elsewhere and had it tested and sold in 15 minutes. No surprises games top has always been bad but I at least expect a video game merchant to be able to set up a Ps4. Go somewhere local and support someone that will maybe treat you nicely.

Playstation announced the PS5 price and release date at 4:00 PM Central time yesterday, 9/16/2020, and indicated pre-orders would begin on 9/17. This Gamestop closes at 7:00 PM. At 6:30 PM I called and asked an employee about the pre-order situation. I was explicitly told that there would be no on-line sales and that the store had a limited number of pre-orders that they would be selling on a first come first serve basis beginning at 12:00 NOON today. He said 12:00 PM and I confirmed he meant NOON which is when the store opens. He said if I wanted one I better be 1st in line, which I was. When I arrived at the store at 11:30 AM I foudn a sign on the door that said Pre-Orders were sold out. I couldnt believe it, so I waited until Noon when the store opened and went inside to ask. Sure enough, the employee told me they were sold out and had sold out the night before. When I confronted him about what I was told he said he doesnt work at this store normally and only knows what he was told. My mother-in-law went to the Gamestop in Malvern, AR at noon today too, and she was able to pre-order a PS5 for my son, which makes me think this Gamestop sold all its pre-orders out the back door to employees, friends, and family. What I was told prevented me from exploring other avenues to secure a pre-order and caused me to waste several hours of my time. Needless to say, I am not happy and will never be doing business with Gamestop ever again. Also, while I was there I saw 2 free to play PS4 games (Destiny 2 and NBA 2k20) being sold for $$. I have been a loyal Gamestop customer for more than a decade, but I am done.

I went in with my grandkids. I have a hard time standing and the clerk noticed my discomfort and brought a chair for me to sit on. She was so polite and courteous.

Not much of a selection on the older stuff but very up on the newest of mostly all gaming systems.

Clean store, fair prices on new stuff. Employees didnt even recognize I walked in though. Not a word.

The selection is kind of limited and there isnt much staff.

I am what you would call an uninformed gamer. I dont understand the terms or all the additional content. The people at Gamestop keep me feeling happy about my purchase and always let me know of things to come or ways to bundle.

Staff very helpful. Buying requested gifts that I know nothing about. Thank you!

Gal working the register was very polite and when I asked for (hard to find these days) a used Xbox 360 wireless remote, she helped place an order for one and got it shipped right to my house... for a great price Id say.

My trip to this store today was a good one. I just stopped by because I was right by it. I was able to get the shovel knight amiibo that came out today, that was a pleasant surprise. The employee was helpful and not pushy in anyway. I dont really like some of this companys business practices, however this store I would recommend.

Horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes while Nicholas helped two customers. They each purchased one game. Ofcourse being the only one at the store he felt it was appropriate to BS with them despite the line of customers behind them. When I get up to the register he asks if Im willing to wait 10 minutes while he helps other customers, when I told him I was not willing to wait he said he wouldnt help me because exchanging my console would take too long and he didnt want people to wait. I told him to return my items to me and I would go elsewhere. He could have cared less. This is a place where people of poor character get a small incling of power and if your not into the latest Furry simulator that they like they will just flat out refuse to help you. You have many other options go anywhere else. Gamestop lost a loyal customer of over 16 years and they could care less.

Never had a problem here. Always helpful. But the store is VERY SMALL!! Hardly any room to move around. Still a great place with a great selection.

The store is kind of small and they really dont have a lot of options.

Nice local staff, but cooperate is clearly run by dinosaurs. Traded in some games to preorder a new game. Asked if it could be delivered directly to my house on release day. We can, but it costs $15. On top of a $60 game! Do yourself a favor and get Amazon Prime. 20% off list price, no tax, and delivers to my house on release day. Even started trading games into Amazon.

While the employees are fantastic, GameStop has some questionable trade-in values. A local store such as Vintage Stock usually pays more. Shop here for specials and on sale items not for trading in your games and consoles.

This place knows how to be organized and has a vast selection of games for diff systems.

Inconsistent each visit. The staff seems to be better during days. I have been in line and the staff let their personal friends cut in line in front. The staffs product knowledge is inconsistent, and I have incorrect preorders because the associates input was wrong in their system. I get accidents happen, but I seem to have had many there.

One of the many game stop stores that are looking inside the mystery boxes to find out which ones have the gold vinyl pops. Its blatantly obvious that the boxes have been opened. Dont waste your money if youre looking for these.

Went with a friend, bought a bunch of used video games! One of them was Friday the 13th. Going home, and watching the reactions of the family as I played Jason Voorhees strangling teenagers to death pretty much changed there minds about the type of game they were looking for and my personality change while playing the game...hey, Im not the one that bought it, sheesh!☆☆☆☆☆💀🔪🤘

Good service but prices are too high for games nowadays

Ive noticed most of the other reviews are about arrogant, rude employees. Despite these reviews being up to two years old, they still hold true. I went here with two friends of mine to pick up the copies of a game we had all pre-ordered. (T rated game, mind you) One of my friends was the first to try and get his copy, and they asked to see an ID! Hes 6+ and has a beard, obviously over 13. He didnt have one on him, so they refused to give him the game! The same happened to my second friend immediately afterward. I had driven us there, so I had my license on me. When I showed my ID and tried to get my copy, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME. On the grounds that I might just be buying it for my two friends without IDs. Thats some abuse of whatever power they think they have right there. This issue with employees should not be going on for two years, and needs to change. Soon.

I went in to the store to trade in a game for cash that was advertised on their website, for an amount I was sure to get. I was told that I would not get the advertised price from their website. I drove 15 minutes there just for them to not acknowledge it. I use there system to verify trade prices quite a bit and I trade all the time there, but now I am going to gamexchange to do my trade-ins.I rarely have good experience with the staffers, they often suck and are only friendly if you buy something.

One of the best GameStops that I have ever been to, and I have been to different GameStops in 5 different states (only started being a Pro member though back in 2014 -- Now I am Elite Pro!), and this Rogers AR branch is one of the finest! Excellent customer service, spearheaded by Lee and Summer (I think thats the managers name!). They both are excellent when it comes to gaming knowledge and superb customer service skills before and after Point-of-Sale! They are honest (will let you know about good deals!), kind (very friendly!) and very trustworthy (wont jip and/or nickel & dime you!). Because of the kind of service I get at this store and how I have seen them interact with other customers, this branch has become my go-to-stop (GAMESTOP) for my immediate (pre-orders too) gaming needs. They have everything, even still Wii Remotes and nunchucks and Wii/DS/Gameboy Advance games! They even accept Retro Trade-ins! AND also have some nerdy (in a very good way) gear due to their aquistion of Think-Geek (they are planning to sell more gear in the store!!). I just bought a Super Mario Kart painting at $4.99, and it looks cool! There are many great things to say about this Rogers AR GameStop, but dont take my word for it; go and see what they offer and how they can help you achieve your video gaming goals! The store is a bit small and cramped. Thankfully it didnt smell like virginity and Doritos the way most GameStops do.

I love going to game stops. It just stinks when you get ignored and the store isnt even busy. Where you at customer service. Not even a hello?

This GameStop was the worst one I have ever been into. The store had only two employees and neither one knew what they were doing in any capacity. I went in to trade an Xbox one console in to buy an Xbox One S. This would normally be a quick and painless process. As soon I got there I immediately made sure that they had a One S in stock. I was told that they did. I then waited for nearly an hour while they tested my Xbox.The associate couldnt figure out how to connect to wifi which made it take much longer. After waiting an 45 mins i was told that they did not have a one S in stock but that I could buy a bundle for $50 more. I took my Xbox and left. I would not have waited an hour had they not told me that it wasnt in stock.I highly recommend going to the Siloam or Fayetteville gamestop locations instead.

The associates are extremely helpful at this location, and know their stuff. Parking is a little tricky if this is the only store youre going to though.

Meh. Its gamestop, a store that wont exist in the future. Dont sell to the places. Buying certain things is ok. Disney infinity figures were buy 2 get 3 free. Sometimes they have good deals. Most the time stay away. There was also a rude kid working at this one that thought he was super smart, and ended up looking like a tool.

Location is amazing. the staff are the friendliest ive ever met but your online ordering system is an absolute nightmare.
