The gentleman behind the counter was kind when I came in however I was told that my new battery was too large for my work laptop however that was not true. When I got home, I noticed one of my laptop screws was missing as well but I wasn’t going to go back for one, tiny screw. I decided to do it myself with guidance from my IT team via FaceTime and was able to install the battery. My laptop worked perfectly fine and saved myself some money. I don’t recommend for laptop repairs.

They were very helpful when I couldnt find ANYone else who would repair a Motorola phone. They not only repaired it, but for less than the quote. They gave above and beyond service including giving me extra free stuff when they in turn got it when they ordered the new part. Im very happy with the services given me and my phone! Great price if you need a repair rather than a new phone; very honest people.

Great Place to get your phone repaired quickly. and correctly the first time. The Owner cares about quality and makes sure the repairs are done right.

I took my PS4 here to have the HDMI port replaced and I was told it would take a week, week and a half. I stop in ten days later and am told that the repair guy hasnt figured it out yet. I stop in one day short of three weeks, and am informed that the repair man has been sick so he hasnt been in very much. So I ask for my PS4 back so I can can take it elsewhere. She tells me that it is in pieces, and will take a day or two to be put it back together. I came back three days later and it is still in pieces. A week later, I finally get my PS4 back, after them having it for a month. I live in Pineville, MO, so its a bit of a drive for me, but whatever. When I tried to call them instead of having to drive over there using the number they have listed, all I get is: Were sorry, the mailbox for this number has not been set up yet. Leaving with me no choice but to drive to the store. After I got that message the last time, I began reading reviews on this place and that seems to be a common theme with them: Were sorry, its in pieces at the moment. I dont know how the actual repair work that they provide is, as I have not had the chance to have anything actually repaired. But, had I read the reviews first I would have never taken it there. So, Im writing this review in the hopes that it will help someone else in the future. One star is too much.

Ive been using NWA Cell Repair for years at their first location in Springdale. The owner is a true gentleman, a real stand up fella honest, and STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK. Hands down the BEST cell repair shop Ive used. And were HARD on phones! The work is guaranteed for 6 months I believe. Id give Jason and the team ten stars if I could!!!!

I always went to the one in Springdale and have for years, Im so glad they opened one closer to me! As always the service was fast and friendly and the prices are always fair. Id highly recommend this store to anyone. Thanks guys!

This place is terrible. My boyfriend went here and got his screen fixed a couple weeks ago. It broke yesterday from just being in his pocket. NO HE DID NOT DROP IT!!! He took it back to the store today and they said they could not fix it because it was damaged. They charge a high price and get super cheap replacement parts. I will never recommend their services and I will never go here again. If I could give zero stars I would but that’s not an option.

I went to springdale nwa cell phone didnt have luck with getting my stove fixed with the springdale store but i got ahold of a lady named Christina she took care of my problem cause the boys in springdale dont know how to take care of people you rock christina thanks for doing your job plus other peoples.

We took my sons playstation 4 for repair. They qouted 3 to 5 days. A week later they needed another week for parts. Weve been super patient. Its now been almost 6 weeks now that theyve had his gaming station and still no ETA on when we can hope to get it back. Im only giving one star so that I can leave this review. One of the most frustrating customer experiences ever.
