I love going here. They have many shirts for people for people who like anime/manga, and they also have band shirts for people who dont want to buy them directly from the band. I will admit theyre a bit pricey though

Store and Staff are nice and helpful. However, store is a bit smaller than expected, yet a wide variety of items to look at or purchase!

The staff is so friendly and they always have fun, funky stuff! 😊

Only dont like that they old refund my cash purchase on a gift card even with my recept.

I’ve lived in Rogers for a little over twelve years now and Hot Topic always has what I need. Sadly, though, they’re more pop culture rather than what it used to be.. Ariana Grande and other more popular artists are climbing the walls. Luckily they still have the wall of fame and graphic tees and such. I just wish it was the 2010’s again, ya know? Like I said, they’ve still got stuff so don’t let my comment stop you from going. Hot Topic just isn’t what it used to be, sadly enough.

An employee helped me so much! She ordered a dress online for me and went out if her way to show me things in the store I had questions about.

My daughter lives how topic!! We have to make an agreement on how long we will be there before we go in our we will NEVER leave!! Everyone is always friendly!!! They have cute little mystery bags now. My daughter bought one and it had good stuff in it!!!

Great anime variety

Peggy, the manager was very helpful and a savvy salesperson. She helped me order a shirt that was not in stock, assisted me with paying my HT credit card payment, and made sure I got the best deal on all my purchases. The store is clean and well stocked.

My teens love it. I love the Disney stuff. Shhh dont tell them I was actually in the store that would be soooooo embarrassing 😉

Its pretty tight nit but otherwise as good as any other hot topic. Staff is really friendly (not to be generic but they really were!) My friend couldnt find what she was looking for and so I asked the clerk if they might have it, they didnt unfortunately so she goes and calls another store for us when she realized theirs didnt have it in stock, so considerate. We found it and they had what my friend needed. Also nice to browse and be goofy in there while waiting to see a movie at the malco movie theater nearby.

Found some pops on my trip today and picked up and order. The employees were friendly. I would say that the store is a bit crowded though. Not because of people, but all the merchandise is so close together it can make it hard to get around and not knock something down.

I live for Hot Topic, let me tell you. Id honestly work there if the pay was good. However, the store here is small, so the selection isnt the best. They do take recommendations, though, so thats nice. The staff is honestly really cool and understanding, and the edgy atmosphere is top notch. Music selection? 10/10. I honestly have to check it out whenever Im in the mall.

Cheesy over priced items. By cheesy I mean cheap. There on a Friday afternoon, the young lady who checked out my granddaughter was wonderful though. She purchased a bracelet that broke with in 15 minutes of wearing it. Let her exchange it. Bracelet broke before even getting out of the store. Third time..finally one that didnt fall apart. So as far as the jewelry goes really look it over.

The pink hair manager is only here to chit chat other employees and not help checkout customers. I will drive to Fayetteville next time.

Hot topic is always so small, hot and over crowded. They do carry nest things, pop culture. Shirts, pins, belts just weird fun stuff. But way overcrowded.

My twin and I had to make some returns, but both females that we were working at the time were super helpful and friendly. I know returns can be annoying, but they did it with a smile on their face. The store was super clean and they had an amazingly large collections of Pops which was impressive.

The location is small for what they are trying to accomplish. Often play musical registers when I have been. A line could be open, but then you have to change to the other side when it is your turn to be checked out. I get it may be a sales thing. Such as people getting their sales goal, but it is ineffecient for the customer. Associates are generally friendly though. They need more space for merchandise and customers. I understand current situations with the world and how customers and businesses interact. I wish I could have known about making a reservation ahead of time. I checked the site a few hours beforehand, and did not know. It would be convenient for the site to say so. I dont think there is much of a wait. I left without purchasing because the door was locked when I tried to enter. I saw the sign as I was walking away. I assumed the signs were for current promotions. I understand why, but I want to get in and get out as quickly as possible. I would prefer not interacting with the employees any further with all the questions they already ask attempting to make more money for the store. A physical location allows for the convenience of getting something that day. I understand being safe and dont disregard that as bad, but if I have to wait an half an hour or more it loses appeal. A stores goals is to make as much money as possible, and making the experience good for as broad of a range of customers is important for profitability.

Great place honestly, got a nirvana hoodie today really comfy just wish there were more hoodies there. But other that that it was a really cool place to shop and the people are really nice there.

This place had gone down hill in style and in size of store. I would have to say the wall of Ts is still amazing as they add to the selection, but they has focused on the lame things in general what it seems like.

As is typical of hot topic the store is very over crowded and disorganized. Very dissatisfied with the size selections that seems to keep getting smaller. There was not any of the plus size clothing for womens and they didnt seem to have anything bigger then 2x in the mens anymore.

Always great and freindly service. Not a store be overlooked. Love the people they hire there because they go out of their way to help everytime.

It has less emo and vampire things that I would have expected which is good and now offers a good variety on anime and comic stuff

Used to love this store. When I was a kid it was some pop culture and for the most part, music related clothing. Now its 90% pop culture and 10% music. Fortnite, DBZ, random anime, memes, and whatever else show a nerd might watch. Ill stick to buying band T-shirts from bands websites and if I ever want a doctor who turtleneck or a fortnite jock strap. Ill head on down to the local hot topic.

The staff was excellent and new exactly how to help my daughter.
