Pumps work but its just passed 11pm and the store is closed....absolutely ridiculous. They are not 24 hours

Got $30 in gas and they took $100 off my card. Asked dude inside what happen he said There’s nothing we can do. So I left my name and number for manger she never called. Called again this man answered and said if you pay at the pump with card there is $75-$100 hold fee. But you will get it back in couple days . Yea right, the money was already took off my card never got it back.

Pump 16, charged for Premium gas when I hit the Regular button. Cost me $10 more for the cheap gas. The receipt said Premium but I know without a doubt I selected the low grade. Inside they looked at me silly and said theyd look into it. No offer of refund. Wont be coming back ever! Told them not to let others get scammed. I doubt anything will be done.

We will never step foot in this gas station again in my life. My wife and kids stopped in the other day. I was filling up with gas and didnt go inside. But my wife came out upset. An associate named Sam not only hit on my wife, but he made some very unacceptable remarks upon her rejection. We will be filing a formal complaint.

I go in here way more then I should, but the counter folks are always extremely friendly and courteous. It’s nice to have cashiers who actually like their job. Way to go Kum N Go! This location rocks.

In my opinion one the best Kum & Go in the area..Ive been stopping here off and on for about 5 years... Ive never had bad customer service..The bathrooms have always been clean anytime Ive needed to use the facilities....Great selection of Fountain sodas + bottled soda... Redline is one of my favorite energy drinks and as far as I know kum & go is the only place in the area that sells it...

I stopped in to order a pizza and I kid you not... A baby roach ran across the counter. This is in the kitchen area. Im obviously disgusted at this point. I bring it to the managers attention. Not sure of her name but she was the manager working Tuesday around 330pm. She was completely rude and I also noticed dirt under all of her fingernails. I feel like her hygiene was not appropriate to be working in a place serving food to the public. To be management in a store you should definitely carry yourself a certain way or it can make the whole store unapeaunapp. Needless to say, I wont be going back and Ill inform friends and family as well.

Good location coming from Hutchinson Ks to Sumic St where my sister is.

Im a regular customer at this kum n go. Everytime I gas up or stop for drinks and cigs its at this store. Thr old lady that works during the day, short white hair is s total bi*ch!! She refused to sell me cigarettes because I forgot my D.L. in my car. I look my age and havent been carded in years. She rude as hell and her customer services skills also suck. I understand why she asks for I.d. but not to someone who buys cigs there like every 2nd to 3rd day. She just really made me mad I guess. Rant over!

Not always impressed with this gas station. I got really sick after getting food from the deli here. Come to find out every employee was working sick.

Close by and always good quality fuel.
