Always love a Halloween store 🎃. Everyone was nice and helpful. They allow you to try on your costumes. All sales are final. Was a little low on supplies since its so close to Halloween but found what I wanted.😁

Huge selection, hefty price tag for okayish quality. If you can find costumes in stock at Walmart, that’s a viable alternative.

This place was really dirty and the staff was absolutely rude. They wont let you exchange the outfit you literally just got an hour ago. I wouldnt recommend this store atleast not the one in Rogers. Pretty disappointing.

This is the Absolute worst place to go for anything to do with Halloween!!! 💯 The whole store smells like Bad Body Odor and is dirty. And they wont even do a return on something you literally just bought because your kid changes their mind. Not a good place to be or people to deal with. Disgusted with Halloween Express!!!

Its pretty cool, the people are nice and theres a decent variety, but a single costume was 60 - 70$ for ones you can get on Amazon for 30$. And the quality isnt amazing either.. So I guess if money isnt an issue then its great. The atmosphere was pretty awesome tho.

Awesome place for ghoulish fun. Lots of items to go through. From costumes, masks, body parts, and all kind of mechanical props.Happy Halloween.

Really loved walking through the store, it was well stocked at the time, neat, and the nice staff was very active throughout the store. They carry an amazing variety of products, but all of the prices seemed a little over the top (It could just be my lack of desire for celebration yet!) If I do decide to celebrate the holiday, I will definitely pick up my supplies here and just have to be ready to spend for it! The quality and variety is astounding. Walk through and get an idea of what they have, but dont wait too long. The last week before halloween their products have been under stocked.

Lots of choices. Friendly staff and helpful. Prices are a bit high, but its understandable because it IS specifically a Halloween costume shop. Fun, because you can see all the moving horrifying decorations! All in all its a great place to shop. Love it and go to EVERY year.

Could not find the building, wouldnt answer the calls (I called 3 times) and when we got to the building it seemed as though it had permanently closed down and the website said open

I just want to let u guys know that u were always amazing to me and my dog very helpful. We were actually going to come by today but a man that I guess owns the mall that you are in was very rude and told us to leave because there are no dogs allowed and when I tried to explain to him that we always go here to the Halloween store and it’s never been a problem he said he didn’t care that dogs are not allowed and walked away. So unfortunately they lost business which has u guys lose business. So if there’s a different door I could go through just the Halloween store that would be great lol but there’s not. But I just want to let u guys know the staff at Halloween express has always been so nice and my dog loved it there.

The led mask i purchased was nonoperational upon purchase but after some tweaking to the battery pack i was able to get it to work. i was more critical in my original review but i believe this is one of the better halloween stores in the area, but be careful when purchasing electronic based items.

Small but very well organized and clean store. A lot of costume merch but very little home & decor type products. Friendly staff. It was hard to find via gps at first. Its IN the shopping mall type building on the back side of like the hobby lobby.

Walmart is cheaper, look there first before going to Halloween Express, and dont order from on-line system/store, package will not be received on time, as promised. Product bought was not sized correctly.
