Damaged Garage door and couldn’t get car out. Lady answering phone was kind and professional. She immediately dispatched a service call to technician. Technician called within 10 minutes. He arrived within 30 minutes. I received follow up text to advise of status. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, along with efficient. I would recommend for your garage door repair needs.

When I went to leave my home this morning my garage door popped and our cars were stuck inside. As we have busy schedules, I immediately started calling companies to get urgent service. Place #1 didn’t call back. I was on hold for 5 minutes with place #2, and the operator said she’d try and track down a tech to call me back. I then called Garage Door Medic and spoke to someone. Her technician Robert called me right away with an appointment time. I received a text with his picture and his contact information, and another message when he was en route. He arrived within an hour and a half, and had my door fixed within an hour. I’m so relieved! I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone having issues.

Robert was professional, efficient and quick. The original estimate was for a garage motor replacement. He checked it and confirmed that it did not need to be replaced. However, there was a cross beam which was bent that he replaced. He was well prepared and did a thorough job. He was also very friendly.

I used Garage Door Medic to repair my garage door opener. They were responsive, kind, and fast. After I replaced a broken part myself, I needed help adjusting my garage door, which they did, then my motor died unexpectedly. They replaced my motor the next day, and were kind enough to not double charge me for the service visit. I would definitely use them again.

Called one day and they showed up the next to get the job done. Needed new springs on the old wooden doors. He didn’t try to sell us new doors- which we didn’t want. I had a request to paint my garage doors to give them a touch up as they were faded from the sun. Chandler was the employee in charge. He communicated very well via phone and text. I called them at 7:27 am and the garage door was fixed by 10:45 am. They replaced my spring on the garage door with a 3 year warranty also. This place is awesome!! I called them at 9:00 a.m. and by 11:00 a.m. Levi was at my house looking at my garage door. It took him less than an hour to fix it and he had all the pieces he needed with him to repair it. He did not have to leave to go get more parts or schedule another appointment to come back and fix it after consultation. He fixed it right then and there, extremely convenient. Levi was extremely knowledgeable and professional as well.

When I called to see how much a service call was, the nice lady told me they don’t charge to come look. And there wasn’t even any pressure to use them once they determined what was wrong. Alex called me right away and was here within minutes. He worked on my sensors and replaced them. Unfortunately his parts weren’t compatible with my brand, so he put my sensors back on and gave me some recommendations as to who to call. He was honest and worked hard, didn’t try to rip me off and didn’t even end up charging me bc he couldn’t be sure HE fixed my sensors but it is working. When my garage door dies, I 100% will use this company to install the new system. The honesty and integrity they exemplified from the first phone call throughout the entire service call were top notch!

WOW! We had a crisis when I forgot to disengage the lock and twisted up our frame and cables. I was verklempt because another company basically told me that I probably ruined the door.
