Great service. Doing some upgrades to my house, and Garret from Precision had my new 7x16 installed in a few hours and was kind enough to get me scheduled on a weekend. Helped set up the WiFi and walked me through all of the main features. Would absolutely recommend Precision if you need a new garage door or a repair.The best part is that they special ordered the color I wanted which is a huge help since I won’t have to repaint my whole house some other color to match it.

This was our first experience with Precision Door Service of NWA. Our garage door is 20 years old, but we love it, and we wanted to preserve it as best we could.Our technician Justin went right to work to identify the issues, and the obvious, our spring was broken. Our garage door is entirely glass and very heavy. The original installer only used one spring, which wasnt enough for its weight.So we now have heavy-duty bearing rollers, new hinges that replaced cracked ones. Luckily, the operator box was okay.We were very impressed with the technicians expertise and the fact that the company had sufficient parts on the service truck and was able to repair the door same day. We will use this company again in the future because the entire process from start to finish was professional and we are glad to have an upgraded garage door that is nice and quiet and will not put us in danger in the future.Thanks, Precision. We are glad to have had such a professional company with well trained service people. We did see that there are reviews about the service being expensive. You dont always get what you pay for, but in this case, we did, and we are thankful.

We had both our garage door openers fried by a lightning strike hitting our house. We chose Precision Door Service to come out and give us a quote for the repairs to turn into our insurance company. Trenton Dunn was the technician that came out and provided the quote. I was very impressed and pleased with his knowledge and expertise. Over a month later I contact Trenton to schedule the replacement of our garage door openers once the insurance claim was settled. I was able to get same day service which was fantastic. Trenton went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service he performed and answered any questions I had. He even helped me make sure the built in garage door opener functions in my cars were programmed and showed me how to do others if needed. When he was done he informed me if I had any questions or issues to not hesitate to call him. Thanks Trenton, for being such a courteous, respectful and professional technician.

Called with a broke spring at 8am, They were able to get a technician out between 8:15-10:15. Seth called me 5 minutes later and was on my doorstep within 15 minutes. They replaced our door and motor awhile ago. Love it and worked great until I ran into a sensor with my rolling suitcase- I worked on it and didn’t think I had fixed it so I called them. They were out within 30 minutes but it was working fine- so Seth said he wouldn’t charge me!!

This is the first negative review I have posted publicly, and unfortunately it is well earned. Justin arrived today to diagnose and advise on a garage door repair for our home. My wife was told the structure was so unsafe that he could not even touch the structure due to liability issues and hazards. Which of course, safety first. We were shocked and worried trying to find a solution. The only recommendation he could provide was a complete garage door replacement costing thousands of dollars, he said there was no other option. We got a second opinion from a competitor in the area who fixed the problem with a simple reinforcement bracket and new casters; our garage door is working perfectly. It appears Precision stands for up-charging, scare tactics, intimidation and unethical business. Justin missed the mark with the state of our repair needs and lost an opportunity to gain a new customer for his business. Do not recommend and will not use again for any service.Edit: In response to the reply from the owner: I have not received an e-mail, phone call or text from your company to discuss my review. Wesley was super nice and very knowledgeable about putting up the new door. He quickly installed the double garage door ALL BY HIMSELF!! I dont normally give negative reviews, but Precision earned this one. Technician showed up to my home to evaluate a bang coming from my garage door when closing. Technician while very nice attempted to tell me this was due to the door being broken on the inside, where it cant be seen. He also showed me the heavy duty steel drum that is obviously made of cast aluminum and talked to me about how superior their product is. Once done with that ridiculousness, I was provided with a quote to replace both doors and one lift motor to the tune of nearly $4k.I immediately called another company that showed up promptly, found where a screw had popped out of the door within two minutes, and had it fixed in another 30 seconds.Precisions techs are nothing but salesmen trying to take advantage of people that dont know any better. Stay far away.

WE HAD PRECISION COME OUT AND CHANGE OUT OUR GARAGE MOTOR . WE ENDED UP CHANGING OUR THE ROLLERS ON THE DOOR AS WELL . SETH MADE SURE TO OFFER A SURGE PROTECTOR (TO AVOID INTERUPTION TO OUR REMOTES AND SO ON) AND A SUPPORT BRACKET FROM THE ELBOW OF THE UNIT TO THE GARAGE DOOR ITSELF. . AS IT TURNS OUT THE BUILDER DIDNT INSTALL ONE AND THE BOLTS WERE GIVING WAY. SOMETHING I WOUDNT HAVE EVEN SEEN. GREAT JOB. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.

Precision Door answered my call on a Sunday morning. Their technician, Aaron was out to my house in about an hour to go over my options. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, but rather walked us through what would look good and meet our needs. The installer, Wes went above and beyond to answer my questions before, during and after the install. All employees Ive interacted with have been friendly, patient and helpful. The installation was convenient and efficient. Three months after installation some parts had adjusted with the cold weather and I wasnt able to close the garage door. I called to schedule someone to fix the issue and a technician arrived 45 minutes later to make the necessary adjustments. I appriciate their sense of urgency to correct the issue and the high level of customer service I continue to receive.

It has been a long time since we experienced truly EXCELLENT service from a company and its employees. Our experience with Precision Door Service of NWA was exactly that from the first call to completion of the job.The technician Trenton Dunn made contact about 20 min out, sent a photo text and arrived on time. He was professional and personable upon introduction.Obviously knowledgeable, he assessed the functional areas of the garage door and explained the current state/ condition they were in. Sadly, our 21 year old motor had completed its last lift and he delivered that news professionally, after he had completed a thorough investigation inside the box.Once we determined the scope of the job, Trenton completed the work in the time he had estimated and the difference between our now deceased motor (and a few other areas) and the new LiftMaster is almost indescribable. Polite and courteous Travis did a great job personally pointing out things that he saw during the inspection on both doors. This is an older house so I know some TLC was needed on these doors. Graciously offered 3 different options We fixed the one door which was giving us issues for now. The new garage door opener is great. Super quiet. We will definitely be in touch in the future when we decide to replace the other opener and both garage doors. Great job

Very quick service! They came out same day I called! That is unusual as we live in a rural part of Missouri. Good service people are hard to get out this far. They restored an old door and opener to like new condition. Stevey Colley did a phenomenal job. Highly recommended!
