Very patient and accommodating staff. My first time at this store was during the (infamous) Pay Your Age promotion and I was in line for 4 hours, sweating and sunburnt. I cannot imagine what it was like for the employees but when it was finally my turn, the girl was so sweet and didn’t rush my family through the process at all. Seriously, she must have the patience of a saint.As for today’s visit, I called while at work and the lady helped me with as much sincerity as if I had been in store. I could only get there on my lunch break, but since I only get 30 minutes she offered to have one of the bears (an Umbreon) stuffed for me so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I got there and my plush was waiting for me at the register so I was literally in and out in 5 minutes. I still had time to eat lunch! Thanks so much :)!!

Each build a bear workshop workers did an excellent job with the social distancing and making it a friendly and safe environment. We came in today for a birthday bear for my 7yo daughter and Nick did an incredible job making my birthday girl feel special and helped her name the bear Muffin. Thank you for a magical experience! 🐻 ✨

Amazing staff! They really make the experience special

My kids had great time. I have 4 kids and me and my wife were very nervous because of all this covid stuff. I am so happy to say my kids had the time of there lives. We were well taken care of by Caitlyn. She was so nice to are children and took very great care of them. She made them laugh and gave them the time of their lives. I would like to say thank you to the whole build a bear staff and thank you for giving my children the times of their lives.

The employee Nick was so fabulous and I loved his attitude. Heather helped me find an outfit for my newest bear. Laura, the manager, is always so helpful when I come. I am a collector and I frequent this store. They never fail disappoint

Great place to take the kids and tons of different toys to pick from they have toys from movies. That was the longest part waiting on my children to pick out which toy they wanted to be. The staff is super friendly and works with the children allows them to have fun while making their stuffed animals and allows them to think and their own special heart to put inside. I highly recommend a few plan on going to a Build-A-Bear use this one the staff was great.

Very helpful, friendly and engaged staff who clearly WANT to be there. That makes a huge difference in the atmosphere of the store.Give Laura a raise.

Best place ever always happy people and great service

The staff was wonderful!! They made us feel safe shopping in such an unsure time. My child is special needs and immuno compromised so we dont usually go out right now but it was his birthday and we wanted to make it special. The staff went above and beyond!! Caitlyn made the experience fun but the whole stuff all at one point or a nother joined in. This has to be the happiest hes been in forever. The made sure everyone knew to keep their masks on and sanitized. That really eased my mind about being there on a busy Saturday.

I came in the other day and Caitlyn was the worst. She had a bad attitude and seemed like she didn’t want to help. I heard her making rude comments about another customer and she didn’t help me until I had asked a few times. If it wasn’t for her I would have had an amazing time, but her bad attitude ruined it

Terrible experience. The manager Amber ignored my daughter and I when we came in for her Birthday. We waited while she checked someone else out for a very long time. Then she finally stuffed our bear. We gave her more time to stuff other bears while we picked out clothes ourselves. After about ten minutes of standing at the register while she helped a customer (that was behind us) pick out bear clothes and pretending not to see us, I went to ask her to please check us out. Amber immediately started waving her hands at me and said “mam, mam, there are other customers in here also”. I asked her to please not wave her hands at me. She said “I didn’t!” While waving her hands at me again at the same time. The other customer called me “hateful” for wanting to be checked out. I was calm until Amber was so condescending. I called to complain, but do not feel like it was resolved.

Rude service, they were still open for about 15 mins and at “max people” and told us to leave.

First time in a build bear for our daughters 1st birthday and we had a great experience. Staff was great at explaining prices and how the process of building the bear went. They where very patcient and sweet helping our one year old pick out and stuff the bear. So thank you for being so great!

WE havent been to build a bear in quite a while. However, we have been to this one twice. Every time we go it seems that the staff really love children, and really love their jobs. I know how hard it is to work with public, especially children, and these folks to skip a beat in making your child feel special. Really great place, really great staff.

If you got a kid thats a cool place mine grown-up I just have grandkids

My daughter loves this place. The price is a little high but we use it as a treat for when our daughter is good.

It is a wonder land of stuffed animals & clothes to dress them up. It is sweet & so much fun. I have seen little kids & big light up in there.

My daughter went in there with my son. So rude to her. If you think I will spend more money in there she earn that money by herself. Please stop treating teens like this. It was on 1/29/19. They ask her your mom payed. Are you have enough. Very rude. Not happy. Wanting to say more but being adult.

The workers were so considerate and sweet with the kids, my kids had an amazing experience building their own stuffed animals and being able to place a heart in them they got to dress them and fill out their own unique birth certificate which they loved! Will definitely be back they are a bit pricey but for the experience we will do it again!

After left standing in the center of the store near the sign which read wait here for 10 minutes. Two employees wondered around not paying any attention to me or ignoring me I dont know which. The young girl that finished checking out this other customer finally acted as though she just saw me for the first time and came over to help me. I them collected my items and headed to check out. Another employee had to call someone to check me out. There was only 4 other customers in the store the whole time I was in the store. I counted 4 employees in the store. So was not a happy at all. I would have gone to a different store, but my coupon was for this store only.

Just had my daughters first birthday party here. We had a blast. The party leader, Jennifer, was amazing and worked well with all the guest (ages 2 months - 11 years old).

Great experience! Weve been and superb service and went today and it wasnt as good as before. Overall, the kids had a great time :) Parking can be a pain though as its located in an outdoor mall.

I didnt get my bunny cause they were sold out but they offered me the display. But. They were super nice and friendly. It was clean and the bears were neatly stocked and everything was in order. The cleanest BAB Ive seen. But I also havent seen them all. Heh.

Kids have an amazing experience but it is very pricey we spent 50$ on one bear with clothing and shoes, shoes where 12$, outfits where 22$, bear its self was 18$

I took my daughter here for valentines day and things were going fine until the employees openly pandered to my daughter, stating her bear needed this and that. Who panders to children? Build a bears vultures do. I will never go back.

Overpriced. I remember going years ago and there was a lot more reasonably priced clothing for the bears. Luckily I was able to find a bear hoody on clearance that my child likes. Still $6 though.

This is a great place to help celebrate special moments or even just because. Also very popular around Valentines day among couples of all ages. The staff here is great and makes everyone feel appreciated and important.

The website says they are open until 9pm. There are people in line waiting to get in but they wont let anyone else get in line. Its pretty crappy that they advertise this sale, we drive for about an hour to get here well before they close, and we cant even get in the store. I wont be coming back. I recommend everyone stay away from this terrible store.
