Terrible customer service. Wouldnt exchange anything even with receipt. Acted too good to help. Wont shop here again and will continue to tell other about my experience. Very rude and acted like a valley girl. Kindness matters she should know better. Also this is the 2nd experience Ive personally had with this store. Another person I know did work for this business and she had the exact same experience . Couldnt get paid for the work and was horrible communicating and just acted put out to do the right thing. Shame shame. I hope you go out of business. It gives the rest of us a bad name.

Brighteon is my favorite store to buy everyday and special occasion jewelry. Everyone is really nice and very helpful and will shop with you personally and show you new ways to wear and accessorize like how to use their accent beads to lariat your necklace pendant. I only gave it 4 stars as sometimes they run low inventories on the bangle bracelets, charms and options for hoop style earrings. Their bangles are obsessive to collect. Everything is quality and can be handed down with care.
