Absolutely amazing. They have an amazing collection and very nice and friendly set of people. If you love to explore and see different knives and would like to know about them, this is your place. Their COVID safety protocol is very tight. They won’t allow people inside beyond certain numbers. So if you hit the place in the weekends ( like we did), get ready to wait in a line. They have knives from an wide range of prices. We bought two kitchen knives, total worth of ~ 35$. They look nice and we are happy with them. If you buy knives from here they provide lifetime warranties. You can go back for sharpening service too ( 5$ for each). Please visit them, you won’t be disappointed. We will go back again.

Small store with a large selection of knives, including knives from Benchmade, Spyderco and other top brands. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are requiring masks inside (as of August 2021) and are nice enough to provide them. Their prices are pretty competitive so, if youre in the market for a new knife, check A.G. I met Mr Russell 4 times before he passed away. He was genuinely a gracious man and I admired his passion for knives and his customers! I make the homage to his fabulous knife showroom as often as time allows and no trip to NWA is complete without a visit there! He even sold me a knife from his desk that I didnt get to purchase before the supply ran out. I cherish that original pocket beak! Great service great values and a great company founded by a great American hero!

Fully stocked and the nicest folks in Arkansas! They have a great selection of AG Russell-made knives as well as all the other major brands. They also have a nice selection of hatchet and specialty blades including a unique obsidian blade. They have a small showroom, but every inch is covered with goodness. If you prefer to shop online, ask for them to out you on their mailing list so you get their catalogue throughout the year. Shop local...you will be glad you did!

Nice enough place. Cant give anyone more than 3 starts if they are covid-19 crazy. Prices werent bad and selection was fair. Relax a little, meeting people at the door demanding they wear a mask and wear it properly is over the top.

I love knives a lot and I obviously I had to stop here because of my name but the knife selection here was absolutely phenomenal. The owner was a real kick and makes some beautiful knives! I recommend stopping and checking the place out if you are a knife enthusiast!

I placed an order 8/20/21with Tina via phone. The last rep. I spoke to Amy on 9/8/21 at AG Russell C.S. She said the reason for the delay is due to the fires. What??? Im still waiting for the items purchased.

Im disappointed by the number of Chinese products.. There are just too many items in the store and on the web marked, Made in China.I was puzzled by this, so I looked up some more info on the website. There is a long article by the late owner rationalizing why they shifted production to China. The gist of the argument is that it is no longer economically feasible to produce knives in the U.S.A. Strange to read that on a website where there are other wordy sections about patriotism.I own knives from three other companies that make them in the U.S.A. So, I guess they find it economically feasible. And these knives are high quality.Russel knives are good, dont get me wrong. But many (if not most) are made in China! They are made in a country with a vendetta against my own country. They are made in a country that illegally subsidizes its industries to kill competition from free countries in Europe, Asia, North America, and elsewhere. And they are still pricey knives.I dont dislike Chinese people. They are great. But, many of them are kept in practical slavery producing American consumer goods. Yes, Ive been there. Whenever possible, I buy U.S., Korean, or Japanese.I had originally given an unfair rating of one star. I came back and changed that to a neutral 3 star. If they start sourcing steel from a free country, Ill be happy to reassess.

Visited today and purchased a couple of AG Russell knives. Great showroom and tremendous service. When I settled on the knives I wanted, she brought out all of them so I could choose the best of each. Mr. Russell designs and makes good knives! My only complaint: their AG Russell knife boxes are plain white boxes. As a collector, I love a good box to go with the knife. Some of them have as much character as the knives (almost).

Placed an order in the early afternoon of 1/8 with standard shipping, which states 4-8 business days. Had not received my order on 1/20 and called to see what was going on. Was told that my order had been placed on hold and did not get fulfilled. Including the day that the order was placed, the order sat for 13 DAYS on hold ????? What would have happened if I didnt call? It would have been on hold indefinitely? Including day of purchase, today is the 9th business day since my order. I asked for the order to be shipped to me as soon as possible, considering the delay is not my fault AT ALL and probably wouldnt have even been acknowledged if I hadnt contacted customer service. Does A G Russell expect purchasers to follow up after purchasing online to ensure that an order is actually placed? Have never had to experience this inconvenience before. Instead of sending me my order as fast as possible, A G Russell refused because it would cost them $30. I purchased this order as a gift and expected to receive it in the expected time period. Instead, the order wont be shipped until TOMORROW, 1/21 and again, only because I called to ask where my order was. Who knows when the order would have been fulfilled, if ever, if I hadnt contacted them. And I have no idea when I will legitimately get my order at my door step. I told A G Russell that I wanted the order ASAP because i will be going out of town and want it before I leave because if the package isnt received before Im gone, I wont actually get my order until 22 DAYS AFTER PURCHASING. The customer service representative provided literally no help. I dont understand how I ran into this situation with A G Russell and how they arent going above and beyond, like normal customer service at any other company would, to make this right. I definitely will not be purchasing from this company ever again.

The customer service here is amazing, oh my god. Sue Ellen was so helpful the moment we walked in. She let my boyfriend see anything he wanted (with his hands, because hes a total kid in a candy store). They have a huge selection with multiple brands, and a decent amount of cutlery knives (hello, wedding registry!) The prices are AMAZING, the customer service is amazing, and we will so be back. Im so glad we stopped in!

Nice little store with HUNDREDS of knives on display and available. If its sharp, they have it. The ladies behind the counter could not have been nicer nor more helpful. I was picking a gift for my brother and they provided me with all the help I needed. Got him a good one!

Ive been by this store many times but never stopped in. Went in to check it out. Great assortment of fixed and folding knives. Woman there was very nice and showed me around. Would recommend to any knife collector.

I absolutely loved all the knives they have. The employees are beyond knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The best part was meeting Mr. Russell himself. It was an honor to talk to the man who is responsible for some of the greatest knives ever made!

Took my big Beak with me camping in North Georgia. Used it to carve a great walking stick on a fairly cold trip. knife performed as good as expected and even with its great size it was not difficult to use and helped to create a nice hiking stick.

Probably the best knife shop I have been to. It is a shame that AG has passed, but the family is carrying on the tradition. Quality knives abound wall to wall, but I come here for the AG Russell knives specifically. My most recent purchase is the folding cooks knife.

Nice store with tons of knives from different brand names. I was surprised to discover my AG Russell knife was made in China. I went with the sole purpose of buying a knife actually made in the USA. They even placed the knife in an American flag printed bag. Disappointing.

Grew up going to the original shop, recommend stopping by or checking out online.

The best knife store i have been while visiting Arkansas-Visited a knife store in Hot Springs claiming they were the largest knife store in AR-I would say false that is a flat out lie after visiting the Russell store in Rogers AR-Wow the service and people are awesome and they have any knife you may want-i would encourage all to buy from this store and by all means by-pass the one in Hot Springs for sure-awseome

Very nice place. Great looking items and lots of selections. Really liked that they had a range of prices, from quite affordable to a bit pricey.

I called them ahead of time and told them I was on my way over: I arrived ten minutes till close and the open sign was still on; but the door to the store was locked with employees watching me knock on the door and shake it. They just stood there watching me; with my cane in my hand” I’m a disabled veteran” knocking on the locked door; with the open sighn still on. I finally gave up and went to my truck. I will never buy anything from these people again. It was a total waist of my time. It’s hard for me to get around anyway and to have them stand there and stare at me like I’m some kind of freak is unexceptable to me. No one even bothered coming to the door and tell me they were closed. I was there several minutes but no one cared. So before you advertise you support our troops; you need need to mean it; because we damn sure supported you.

I ordered several knives on a Thursday and received them two days later on Saturday. Both knives (Benchmade and Buck) were priced well below prices for exact same knives found on other sites. I have purchased several knives from Russell from its brochures that I receive and plan on doing so in the future.

Good product, Terrible customer service. Lead times given are most likely not going to happen for you ours will be 2 months late. If you get Mary when you call you may want to hang up and try later what a rude person to have answering the phones and dealing with the public.
