Jay was extremely helpful today. He assisted in helping me get the right office supplies that I needed, as well as going out of his way to help me order binders that I couldnt find. He managed to find another store that had them and got them shipped to this one. I would have had to go to a different store if it was not for him. Thank yoy so much for the wonderful service!

Junk! Guest chair missing leg glide and tore up the floor. The part is no longer available. Told to buy another chair and hope it comes with all the parts!

Very positive experience with this place. I ran into issues right after purchasing chair. The manager (sorry do not know her name) was awesome (emp. id per receipt: 644310). She was very helpful and did her best to help me out. It was very easy to exchange and she sorted out, kind of a complex thing, very easily and efficiently!!

Employees were helpful and friendly!! Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the guy who helped me today but he was so nice, and when I came back in the store 5 minutes later because I saw a price looked different on my receipt he immediately checked it and matched the price. He just overall made my day.

If you have a return good luck. They make you jump threw so many hoops that if your time is of any value you will just give up.Follow up... still a joke two weeks later no response after asking me to email them.

Printed my papers wrong that I sent as a .pdf and didnt give me a discount for the pages misprinted. Told me to come back tomorrow for the tech guys help. Super inconvenient considering I paid $55 for this booklet. Also used two different types of paper when creating my book and bounded it crookedly. Would NOT recommend.

Just went there for only one item but we all say that so after unloading the cart and filling up the cash register counter, I bought more than one thing!! Always a staff member asking do you need help but that is a good thing!! Need to go back as I always seem to want to purchase just one more thing!

Young man I spoke to didnt seem to want to help. Im elderly and tec stupid. Ihave always been treated with respect until today. Not only did he not want to help me I felt like a Lapper. Lost my business for sure didnt get his name I was so taken back by his disrespect and rudeness I didnt get his name. Hell surely lose you business. This was 12/8/18

Stopped in to buy a laptop desk. They had one for 129.00 with a 50% off sign sitting on the desk. I asked the workers at the front desk how long it would be on sale and they said until Friday. I left to go home to measure, then headed to the Santa Rosa location where they said it wasnt on sale. I had them call the Rohnert park location to check. The employee said he called and checked but the guy said no it wasnt on sale and hung up on him. So I drove back to the Rohnert park location where I saw he same 50% off paper on the same laptop desk. I asked the employee about it and he said that the table was not half off -even tho the 50% tag was still on it. I asked the manager to help me and he also said he would not honor the sign that was on the desk. I told him that I asked earlier in that store and they told me it would be on sale until Saturday. He then started telling me that the employee should have checked - that he just came off of vacation - all irrelevant to the fact hat he still would not give the discount. So, my advice is the price they show on there floor sometimes is not going to be what they charge you. And they will not honor the price on the item. Not a very good way to do business.

For a friday afternoon, this facility was significantly understaffed. One floor employee bogged down on the phone, with three of us all waiting for assistance. No acknowlegment from said employee. Fortunately, I found a cashier who was happy to help me locate a casset to aux. cable. Definitely priced for convenience not economy on that one.
