My android cellphone phone went blank while I was holding it my hand! 😳 I was devastated! I took it to My Cell Repair and after a quick diagnosis, they worked on the motherboard to download all my data that I thought was lost forever! Then they downloaded all my old data onto my new cellphone! I cant thank them enough! Im so very grateful! They were kind, efficient, reasonably priced, and saved me a lot of heartache! Usually I bring my wife’s iPad or iPone in and have the screens replaced, this last time it was my iPhone. To make a long story short my phone hit the asphalt at about 60 mph and exploded. Brought what was left of it in with wires sticking out in hopes to just recover some data. Kris was somehow able to replace/fix the camera and screen! It’s been a couple weeks and my iPhone 11 works, feels and looks like brand new. I would absolutely recommend them every time. Thank you MyCellRepair!

Thank goodness for Kris Myers. I had a major issue with my iPhone 6S not charging. He explained all my questions so I could understand them. Ive been putting up with an IPhone 6+ that I could hardly hear my callers. All google suggested fixes to increase the volume failed and I was preparing for the assault on my wallet to get a new unit. After pricing the new IPhone-12s I decided to try one last fix and took my phone to My Cell Repair in Rohnert Park. I met Dan who heard me out and did a quick test of the volume on my phone. He told me that one of two things were wrong. He suggested that it might just need an internal cleaning of the ear piece or if that didnt work he said he could replace the speaker. I was envisaging a few days to a week without my phone and asked him how long it would take. When he said,30 minutes I couldnt give him the phone fast enough. A half hour later I returned and had a phone with an earpiece volume that I had to turn down!! He informed me that the cleaning was enough and charged me the minimum. I cant say enough about this service and they will get all me phone problems in the future. Thanks Dan.

Trustworthy and Humble! This place has helped me before, though I dont remember what about. I remember that the service was prompt and I wasnt worried any step of the way, however! Then I went in today with an odd situation- had dropped my phone and popped out the front panel, bending the back. I explained that the phone was functional and I just didnt know what to do to fix it further than that. The person there talked to me while he took a stab at fixing the issue right there, and didnt bring up payment at all. He had popped it back in within a couple minutes and warned me nicely that my phone was pretty much doomed from now on, that its end of functioning life was only a matter of time because of the conditions of the injury. He did the whole little fix for free and sent me off with some well wishes! I will be back as soon as I have another issue, because this company is my favorite in the area!

Went to get my screen/digitizer replaced. Paid for a new one, he replaced it with a b grade with a very noticeable burn. Told him about it and he said it would take weeks to get it replaced and I would have to go without my phone, an impossibility for someone with 2 small children. He seemed nice, but BUYER BEWARE.

I have had phone repair done twice at myiphonerepair in Rohnert Park, Justin is quick, and knows what he is doing. Last week I brought my daughters I-phone in without an appointment and he stopped everything to put the screen saver on for us. Great service! Highly recommended

Justin is awesome. I knew I was paying more than I would to buy off Craigslist, but it was worth it. I spent several hours going back and forth between there and my service provider. The first phone I bought had something wrong with it and after Justin tried calling my provider and nothing worked they switched the phone free of charge. He was informative. The phones do cost a bit more than craigslist, but youre guaranteed a phone that is truly unlocked. Youre not getting a phone that someone could have lied about. As soon as I went to my provider with the second phone it worked instantly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
