I wish I could give negative 100 stars. Do NOT purchase from them. Single mom trying to get something nice for me and my children. I received an email stating that my item shipped on Sept2. A few days later I contacted Walmart because it said that it was still at the warehouse or this company. I also emailed the company they told me that it will ship out when it becomes available but the website said they had 4 so why did I have to wait until it became available. Then I never received a email back. Received the package today which it was well packaged no defects on the box get it all out I have everything on camera me opening it. The whole monitor screen is cracked. They tell me it’s fedex fault when there is absolutely no defects to the box. They sent this with a cracked screen and now want to blame FedEx so they can scam and get money. This is sad that we live in a world of people who do this. Walmart should stop allowing them to sell on their website ASAP!!!!!!!

I ordered a laptop on March 25 but FedEx didnt receive product until April 2 it is now April 6 ... the day it was to be delivered but ofcourse its late but FedEx still would have delivered 4 5 days. You cant call Nettradez unless you want voicemail 24/7 This Vendor should be dropped by Walmart

Purchased an open box laptop. Battery failed in 6 mos. Looked at date on battery. Dated 2014. A six year old battery should have been replaced at QA stage.Response:Nettradez....We only provide 60 days of warranty based on bestbuy and our warranty on refurbished products.This is 10 month old and customer would have to replace the battery on their own. We dont record battery date etc as for refurbished we make sure there are no battery life issues and battery is charging 100% which it was when shipped. Thanks.Nettradez then followed up after initial email and promises replacement.

Sold me a laptop in April, in the original listing it stated that the screen was a non-touch screen, no other issues were listed. When they shipped the laptop they told me the battery was dead and a new one would be shipped separately. Now its the end of July and I still havent received the battery. Now theyve changed their company name and website to UR1Stop.com... They seem to be either very poorly run and disorganized or trying to scam people. ***BUYER BEWARE***

Sellers please be careful if you are selling your devices to this company.I sold them my MacBook Pro and its charger through eBay, almost two months after the initial purchase they requested a refund citing remote management issues. I thought it was weird because I had wiped the device and factory restored it twice. However, I accepted in good faith assuming my university programs may have been at fault. To my surprise I had to message them multiple times to return my device and they never responded back. A few weeks later I received a package from them, but my charger was missing and I found out it was someone elses laptop, that was also stolen. I messaged them the same day and a few days afterward, again no response. Their phone line was also down during time and is still down.This all went down back in May, I emailed them again two weeks ago and told them I was leaving a review to warn other sellers, this time they got back to me the next day. Through out the conversation, I had to reach out for updates, I initially waited 6 business days for them to look into my case after providing the item number, before asking for updates. Their responses also lacked any of the standard courtesies you expect from customer service and I could really feel their lack of care. If the owner wants to refute my review, I have several records through eBay, PayPal, gmail, as well as Twilio (the company where the laptop was stolen from) that I will send.

I as well ordered a computer through Walmart. Ca and got the computer and they “upgraded” without telling me and then sent the computer with missing cords so I now have had a computer through these people that I can’t even turn on to see if it even works and then they send me the missing cord and it’s not even the right one . So I call once again and the lady is so rude and hangs up on me and so I state I want a refund and she tells me I’m sorry it’s been longer 30 days ....... oh so mad right now 😡

Received a refurbished T430 in what seemed to be new condition.Will definitely be using them again for future purchases.

Ordered a MacBook Pro (2015) four months ago. Came exactly as the description stated and works like a charm! Customer service was also great when I had questions during the delivery process.

I ordered a hp all in one off of Walmarts website everything seemed fine at first. I received a confirmation email from Walmart then a email saying it shipped and a expected delivery date. 10 days after it was supposed to be delivered I get an email from nettradz saying they are out of stock and want to upgrade me. I asked how it was on back order when I have an email saying it shipped and their upgrade had less memory. I received an email back saying ya but its touch screen ignored the fact that its been a month and I have an email saying shipped but now its on back order. Anyway I reluctantly accepted the upgrade since Im tired of waiting and told them to ship it next day i missed a call from them in their voice-mail it said they need to discuss my order. Very frustrating. Not happy at all buyer beware. Response still does not explain how I have a email saying my item was shipped then to be told its on back order 10 days after it was supposed to be delivered.

WARNING:: Please do not buy their product. They are scamming innocent consumers by sending defective products. They keep 10% of the price when you return the product. They are selling the same product to another customer and thereby making another 10% profit. They are making money without actually selling anything. I ordered an HP desk top from Walmart and it turned out to be from here since it was a third party purchase. We paid $52 extra to receive the items sooner because it was incredibly important for my husband’s job. However, when we received it today the items were damaged and to make it even worse, the monitor was SAMSUNG not HP. This is incredibly disappointing. We can’t even get ahold of the company. I tried speaking to customer service but it kept saying it was unavailable. The offices close at 5PM and it was 1:30 when I called. Since that didn’t work I tried to go into the website, which seems to be in a different name now, and clicked on the live chat. I waited after the person said “hello, how many I help you” for an answer to everything I had said but received no answer. All I need is a refund. I’m hoping the company sees this and helps me get my money back.

I ordered a laptop that I want to return so I can purchase a new one. I called Best Buy customer services where I ordered a Mac Book off their website. I was informed by Kayla V to contact Nettradez as I have to go through a third party vendor. I have already received two separate emails from two agents from this firm Ella & Mike giving me the run around, when I was informed by Kayla V (Best Buy Rep) to email this company, once I do so they will respond with a return slip that I can use to return back the Mac Book & get my money. Also she informed me that I was not supposed to be charged for boarder fees so she advised me to take a screen shot of the amount I was charged $80.16 & send it to them so I can be reimbursed. All I’m getting from this company is the run around! I have had a death in the family I’m dealing with, the funeral is on Saturday I do not need the unnecessary run around. I just want to return the Mac Book I haven’t used and get my money back.-Michelle R

I have tried to call them several times and i get sent to voicemail. Frustrating when i need this laptop for college and i’m leaving in a few days!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that we received by this company. We purchased a computer through Newegg with them and they sent us the wrong item. It was an absolute nightmare from there and was promised a refund that we have still yet to receive almost two months later. I have reached out multiple times and received not one response. I honestly dont think they are a legitimate business and are scamming people out of their money.

My experience purchasing from the company was as expected. However, the Mac Mini that I purchased crashed within a week. Upon returning three weeks ago I have had nearly no contact from the company. I was initially told my return would be proccessed and I would be refunded in 2-4 business days. That is simply not the case as I have been calling them for the two weeks after my last conversation, leaving messages that get no return. I would not reccomend this company to anyone as there are so many other refurbished computer companies to choose from, and if you have a problem, it could take a month to resolve. My advice to Nettradez is to improve your customer service as my experience has been as unproffesional as it could be.
