I went in to print out my business cards, flyers, banners/posters, amazing staff. They recently got a new supervisor, Luz who’s simply amazing. Highly recommend getting your printing jobs done at their print and marketing department.

Thrilled that they recycle old monitors for free - great service to provide so Ill be sure to shop here in the future. Wish Id gotten the name of the young dude who processed my recycling one @ close Wednesday since he was very polite and helpful even at the end of the day.

The managers are terrible. Especially Renee. She has an ENORMOUS additude problem. Ive also seen her treat her staff poorly. I feel bad for all those employees who have to deal on a day to day basis. Other than that all the employees are just wonderful. They helped me find what I needed, in a timely matter.

This Staples location is fast, easy in & out professional. I was greeted at the door and escorteddirectly to the correct aisle for postage scales. Ashwin, the expert, was waiting for me to answerall my questions. Thank you!!!! Staples. I am extremely satisfied with the scale I purchasedand will be back for all my office supplies.

Asked the lady for help in laptops and she called one person who never came yet have so many employees walking around who can’t stop and ask if you need assistance this was a piss poor visit and I’ll never come back

Returned a battery back up battery ordered on line that was larger than the original. The original was 10 years old.Manager explain that they dont make the 350 anymore and the replacement didnt fit into the old casing. They were able to process a credit for the new battery.He also explained the marketing of the battery backup. I was more than glad to purchase a new battery backup from this location.Thanks.

Found everything I needed to complete the final touches for a baby shower!!!With well stocked options, I was able to polish off the final details...who would of thought? Thank you, Staples, time and time again for assisting with my needs, both at home and at the office!

It doesnt have a lot of employees running around, but when i need something the people working there are always around to help. It is hard to expect of office store to have 20 people working with customers when there us not very busy, so I really dont understand previous reviewers how they can complain about the service.This is my local store and I visit it not so often but it is always quiet and nice to have help any time of the day with any office relating matter.

Guilty pleasure!Okay so stationary is my fetish and this store is like a Disneyland for me. Throw quality stationary in well organised stations and I couldnt ask for more. Really friendly staff whod assist you when you so lost enjoying all the paper and accessories around you

The staff is kind, resourceful, and patient ! They always assist and never fail to intrigue in you in multiple products . For the amount of difficult customers they receive and the amount of patience and character they have, I give them an 11/10! Always have a great experience at this store :) .

Came here to fax documents for my college cause mine was broke. They want $1.79 PER PAGE for local numbers & $2.29 PER PAGE for long distance. Absurd pricing for no reason at all. The only paper they use is the confirmation page they give you to pay. And its $0.80 per page for a color copy and 25 cents per page for a black and white. So its cheaper for a physical copy but more expensive for a virtual copy. Where is the sense in that? Never again

Came in to buy a desk. Liked a desk which they had on display. They did not have it in stock. Was referred to buy it off Amazon. This is exactly the reason Staples is going out of business and exactly why Amazon is thriving.

Serious problems here. James (Sales Associate) is on drugs or smth, he is slow like nobody else. No hi no any form of greeting. I was standing at the checkout counter and he did not ask a single time why I was there. I have been avoiding Staples and will keep on rolling...

Check out process is a tad crazy..scans to a handheld and looks for something before scanning to register. I found what i needed i dont need more product information or up selling. Seemed slow and a waste of time.

After a bad experiences here two years ago I forgot how horrible this store is. Five handicap spots out front and no electric shopping carts to get around the store. Cant shop here anymore. I guess they dont want handicapped people shopping here - we can only park here.

Do not fall for there protection service plan like I did. I have had a chair since April and its now August. If you have a problem well fix it right away, they said. Buy the protection plan and youll be fully covered, they said. No hassles, well take care of everything, they said. Untrue! Now I am calling the manufacturer and they are sending me parts to see if it MIGHT be the problem. The protection plan did NOTHING except give me another number to call. So much for no hassle guarantee! Complete hog wash!

The employees here seemed to be unprepared. When I was in line. Two other customs decided to walk away, cause it was that bad. Plus there was scrapes all over the place. Im just glad that I got lucky enough to get out of there with what I needed.

Get to the place at the moment they close and they wont help me! I needed cardstock for a convention but not from this place! Wouldnt even let me in the door! Thats customer service there! I spend at least $100 a month there and not any more! My business went elsewhere!

A young homeless man came in wearing a turban and tried to take a sharpie, he didnt know where checkout was so as he was walking towards an employee by the exit the manager confronted him about the sharpie, and the man kept claiming he didnt know where checkout was but the manager ripped off his turban thinking he was hiding other goods in it. Taking my business elsewhere.

The most terrible service I have ever had. I came to print 2 papers . There are 3 person in the checkout and printing area and they don’t even know what to do. 3 people for what?! I was waiting for 40 mi and they they let me know that their sistem is down and need to wait more . So what did the do all that 40min before nobody knows. Terrible and unhelpful service.

The staff seems completely uninterested in helping out. They showed me where to get what I needed with much displeasure. I felt like an unwelcomed annoyance.

I would recommend another Staples, at least for printing services.
