Pulled up, it being my first time here, and right away one of the techs came over and welcomed me and directed me to a bay. After about ten minutes of work on the car in front of me they had me pulled in and were already getting to work. The experience went very quick and everyone was extremely friendly from the technicians to the owner (I assume) who came out to make sure everything was going well, get some information from me and provide me with the bill. I got a synthetic oil change and an inspection of all my fluids, filters etc for around $35. A great price and great experience. Id recommend this place highly.

Quick service and owner was super nice. Needed a quick oil change, got a quick oil change. No upselling at all. And the smooth jazz Muzak playing in the waiting area was a plus!

I took my car here for a routine oil change Saturday morning and also asked them to look at my tires because my car alerted me to low tire pressure Friday afternoon. The front desk informed me that they looked at the tire and it was just low pressure so they filled it up with air. I drove straight home and didn’t use my car all weekend. Monday morning I pulled my car out to go to work and my tire was flat. Upon putting the spare on my car, I found a nail in the tire. The issue could have been fixed over the weekend if it weren’t for this company’s negligence and oversight. I am sad to say that I will not be using their services again, despite great care in the past.

Fast, courteous service and price for a full synthetic oil and filter change was fair. Took a star off because no one was wearing a mask so I stayed in the car with my mask on and used hand sanitizer and washed hands after.

Every customer was wearing a mask, but not the business owner. Oil change is the same as anywhere else, might as well go somewhere where the owner respects their customers.

Thats the only place I go to get my oil changed they are nicest people that work there hard-working young man their polite they always do a great job

I have used this place since the early 90s for simple oil changes to extensive mechanical repairs. Not one time have I ever left disappointed. They stand behind their work 100%. The most honest place you will find period.

Sadly disappointed. Referred from Burt Brooks oil change cost wS high with no filter changes or tire rotation and the shroud was broken

I had a what I like to call an Amateur Mechanic Moment yesterday involving my transmission. I limped my car over to Russ and without a hesitation he told me to pull my car into the oil changing area. I saw that they were busy but he let me explain my situation to Oscar (one of the managers) and they started fixing my mistake immediately. I did have to pay for some extra transmission fluid while I was there but I expected that. I drove away in a matter of 30 minutes from when I got there, in a now working car. I have brought my 4runner with almost 230,000 miles on it to these guys for years now and have never walked away disappointed. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle for a job big or small, they will help you out!

The owner is great to talk to and I dont feel the sales pressure that is normally put on at other oil change places. After several bad experiences at other places I will be bringing my truck here for now on.

Terrible place to go. Went to get an oil change done by them and ended up with a leak in my transmission line. Dont know how they managed to do that but due to that I have to pay more money out of pocket to fix their screw up that they didnt even want to offer to fix once they realized what was wrong with it. Before they knew it was the transmission line they offered to tow the vehicle to their shop to look at it and all they did was put a clamp on my transmission line to keep it from leaking any more fluid out. Yet they charged me 80 something dollars for a tow they offered to do plus a service they did that wasnt requested. WOULD NOT recommend this place to NO ONE else. Even if you think you can trust them now.. its just a matter of time before they mess your vehicle up too. Just trying to save everyone the trouble in advance.
