I had some issues with my cell phone repair, but it was not the staffs fault. I had to go in several times and the staff was always beyond friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional they were unable to accurately convey an issue with receiving a valuable part to fix my phone. Along with not knowing when the part will be in they constantly and consistently told me to come back the next day and the phone will be repaired. With the phone still not repaired and the correct parts still not in they kept my phone for 3-4 days without doing anything but waste time, money, and any opportunity for anyone else to fix my phone at a reasonable time and price. Again very unprofessional group they didnt even call the 3 - 4 days they had the cell phone, I PERSONALLY had to call on 3 seperate occasions just to check the status of my phone which was never getting worked on or never really informed about. Highly wouldnt recommend unless you have some sort of iphone or basic android.

A great place to get your phone repaired! Very friendly and attentive staff. They replaced my iPhone screen and battery. They even gave me a veteran’s discount even though I didn’t ask for one. A few weeks ago my screen began to freeze up when I was using my iPhone. I called and went back to the store and they replaced my screen and said to let them know if that fixed my problem. There was no charge! I definitely recommend this great little store!

Absolutely terrible. told me i have to replace the whole back glass on my note 20 when all that was damaged was the camera glass. the camera glass is a completely separate piece from the back case glass.

I brought my iPhone 6s plus to battery bulbs plus to have my battery replaced and the screen aswell buy when I got it back my phone was in some type of lock down and they wouldnt even try to fix it so I brought it to cpr and they fixed it by typing on it a few times and handed it back to me free of charges and they have been good to me every since

After spending $320 to fix a $500 phone I have had for a month, I SHOULD HAVE an operational phone. Do I? NO! Might as well throw away $820 because I can no longer use this phone, and I have to have one for work.

I posted a lengthy negative review a short time ago. This week I started having problems with my IPhone. After reading the so many positive reviews I decided to go back and give another chance for them to help me. Everybody deserves a second chance, I know I been there. The young lady was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I left to run some errands while she ran a diagnostic and replaced the screen. She had it ready and explained possible costs before accepting my phone. When I picked up my phone, the charges were exactly how she had described. Impressed!!

Said couldnt fix my apps on android phone messed up &to go buy another phone. It was a glitch in straight talk and all l had to do was call straight talk and told how to download an update.

Ive had me screen replaced twice at this location and both times they were fast and friendly.

I like to say how CPR of Rome did an exceptional job, after I had an unfortunate experience with them about my cell phone issues. The owner reached out to me through Google post and left his number for me to call him and asked. How could he make the bad experience that I had with his company better. I Applaud him for stepping up taking ownership for the experience I had and wanting to make things right. He was a man of his word I called him, we talked and he told me, that he wasnt quite familiar with the app program that I was using for my text messages. But what he said was that he had been in the industry for 15 or more years and that he would research it and if its a way out there to transfer your old text messages from your old phone to your new phone with the download app. I put on my new phone that he would make it work if any way possible . I can say today Im happy he made it work and I would refer anyone to go see Jeremy at CPR of Rome GA. Hes the owner I believe he will go up and beyond the call of duty for his customers. I dropped my surface at home and broke the glass screen. When I took it to CPR they were very professional They compared the serial number to the model number to ensure they ordered the right parts.When the parts came in (a day earlier then the estimate) they again were very professional asking if I could leave the computer for a few hours to replace the glass screen and test it to make sure it was working correctly.The dropping dinged up the computer a little more than I noticed but the repair person when out of his way to fix the computer in a way that a observer would not notice the dings.Very much appreciated the extra Service at no extra chargeHighly recommend them if you need responsive, professional help.

The staff were very informed and courteous. They took great care of my phone and it works perfectly. They had to order a new screen, totally understandable. I carried the phone back the next day and they had it fixed in a few hours (Google Pixel XL 2) The only problem we had was we also carried my MILs phone to have the screen repaired after itd been dropped and cracked the screen. It was also repaired in the same manner. However, her phone never worked properly again. (Itd no longer ring, to talk on it it had to be on speaker, etc etc etc). Its totally understandable that some things are beyond repair and only the Lord can fix. When I called to ask about it, they told me that sometimes after a damaged phone is opened up to be repaired, it releases some sort of tension or something and you actually start having more problems than just a cracked screen. I get that, but it wouldve been nice to know that prior to paying the money for the repair that it might have been beyond repair so that we couldve put the money on a new phone directly. So we paid to have a not-so awesome top of the line phone fixed and still had to go buy another not so great top of the line phone for her. But after reading some of the other reviews, I guess I got off a little better in that my phone calls were answered promptly.

I cracked my screen saver. Took my phone by on Tuesday, and they ordered part over night. Fixed by 3:10 on Wednesday. Now thats service folks. Absolutely horrible service. Took over 2 weeks to replace an iPad screen after multiple times doing it wrong. During the process, they called me to tell me they had it fixed...I went to pick it up and it still had a bad screen on it. They had not even attempted to fix it, just told me they did and tried to give it back as fixed. When I finally did get it back it was barely operational...at this point I just needed the iPad and was tired of dealing with them. Now, the home button has completely fallen off under the screen. Will NEVER use or recommend this place again.

I had an issue with my speakers, and they weren’t able to fix it right away. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a more Expensive complex issue. But they worked hard on my issue, they were very professional, polite and helpful. Will go back for future problems.

I took them my sons playstation 4 on June 22, 2020 to be repaired. Told them the bottom plastic casing had broke off(it snaps on and off) and when it did the power button had came off and we could no longer cut the game on. Needed it fixed to where he could power on again. Was told it would be $75, but if it needed to be sent to their other location it would be an additional $75. I was fine with that, paid $75 and left it with the for repair. Was called on July 2nd and told it was ready for pick up, it did end up being sent to the other location so it was another $75 fee, which was fine, so in total paid $150. My son was out of town when I picked it up so I took it home and set it on his TV stand so it would be ready once he got back home. Come July 10th he arrives home eager to play his game, so we hook everything up and yet it will not power on, still. I took the game console back the next week(not sure exact date but around July 14th) and was told it would be under warranty so no fees, but they would have it ready asap to call back at the end of the week. Come Friday I did not hear from them so I patiently waited until Monday to call them. I was told that they had already ordered a new power button and that the game would be fixed and ready for pick up by Friday(July 24,2020). It is now August 11, 2020 and we still do not have a working playstation. They are now saying they can not find a power button and do not know when they will be able to. I was told we could pick it back up and take it home but it only powers on if you take it back apart. So pretty much $150 later we still have either A) a broken playstation or B) a playstation at the repair shop with no given estimate on repair. The lady had the nerve to say Well broken playstations go for $100 up anyways so you still are not really out any money!

I just moved here and this place has better reviews than the other places around here, so I went.My phone had dropped in a tiny amount of water and wasn’t charging. I paid an initial $55 fee for labor and left it with them for an hour.The girl who took the phone claimed it just needed a new battery, and it was an easy fix. I thought everything was all good. When I got there, the girl showed me a crack she had managed to get on my screen while working on my phone. I have tempered glass on, so thankfully she didn’t crack my actual screen. I get home, and the phone isn’t charging at all. The battery was also draining like 10% every 5 minutes. I brought it back, and someone else helped me out.He said they definitely put a new battery in, but that they wouldn’t receive any new shipments of batteries for my IPhone until today. He said he would gladly take it back today and put in a new battery if this one is defective (which it is, because I don’t think they even put a new battery in to begin with because it was having the same problems as the original water damaged battery). He fixed it and I picked it up an hour later with no issues. It’s been charging just fine and holds a charge well.Well, I just hopped on my camera to take a picture and it is completely blurry! I have never once had a problem with the camera. I just took it someone else and they say it looks like they messed up the camera or put the back on wrong. So now for the FIFTH time I’m going to have to drive back out and fix my only phone.What the heck is going on at this place?

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE especially if you an I Phone XS. I got my screen repaired because it was cracked and I paid 185 dollars as a college student for a new screen. However, the moment I left the shop, the phone was more broken than when I first dropped it off. My new I Phone XS screen did not respond when I tapped it. I had to tap the screen several times for it to actually turn the phone on. Second, when I played music and tapped the screen to turn on the phone, it would pause the music. It would do this as well when I had music paused and in middle of class if I turned on my phone it would start playing music. Already my new phone was complete trash. I Immediately contacted the shop one hour after I picked up my phone and told them the problem. They told me to come back and they would take a look at it. However because of my schedule I could not make it back (I also do not have a car) until one week later. By that point my phone when completely dead and the screen would not even turn on. When I brought it back to the shop the repair guy looked at my phone and said that there was not physical damage and would repair it for free. However, when he brought it back, there were scratch marks that were obviously not there before and I believe the employees purposely scratched my phone so they would not give me a free repair. They ended up giving me a discounted price on a new screen (which is completely different and a worse screen than Apples) for 95 dollars. So now they want me to spend nearly 300 dollars of my money for them to put on a new broken screen. Regardless, the fact my phone did not work the moment I walked out of the store is reason enough to avoid this repair store. They have zero sympathy and I would again never recommend this store, and just go to Apple and not a third party like this one.

We had a iphone repaired at rome office the staff curse at you and the manager dont have time to deal with you because its hot outside. They dont return your calls or update you on progress.when you call them on it they get mad and call 911 to have you escorted off property.wow how professional is that.

I have used the Shorter Ave location only and have been very pleased with the service. Ive had to take my phones there a few times. Now that being said I normally always get Dominique there to help me. He has always been super friendly, great customer service and best of all he will take the time to explain to me so I can understand the issues. I have gone to AT&T and they say they can not help me and then went to CPR and Dominique was able to help fix my phone issue.

Great job replacing my phone screen but broke my phone case. I have a charging case and the piece that inserts into the phone is completely gone. Phone case wasn’t cheap and I wasn’t told it was broken.

Took an hour to repair my Charging port and have a year warranty on it. Great customer service. Friendly and professional. That sell some cheap Video games there too which was surprising. Great store. 10/10. Will be back if the need ever arises. Thank you!

Service was perfect!! I took a broken IPad to them to be fixed.. It was fixed and ready on the agreed upon date. They even tested it in store to ensure it was working properly. I will definitely be using them again in the near future!! They repair most electronics except televisions.

Paid $80 to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed, it worked for 5 days and then half the screen went black out of nowhere. Took it back to the store and they claimed it was due to “physical damage” I made to the phone (which I obviously didn’t, I only had it for 5 days after getting it fixed) and that they wouldn’t give me my money back but could charge me $55 for them to fix it again. Wish I would have read the reviews before I went here, definitely wouldn’t recommend using them and I definitely won’t be back again.

We took an iPhone 6, told them we dropped in water, they said for $55.00 they could fix it..Then took the money & said that it had too much damage, who couldnt take $55 and then tell somebody they cant fix it who does that but crooks buyer beware..I might open up my own shop because that seems like a racket Id like to be in ...easy money

This is a great place for phone repair to glass protectors to accessories. If they dont haveit,they will order it. Even for older phones, they have or can get what you need.

Do NOT go here!!! Brought my phone in to have the battery replaced. I paid $91 to order the new battery on Thursday. I never received a call to let me know when my phone was ready to pick up and when I came back 2 days later, Saturday, to pick it up, I asked the guy if it was working and he told me yes. I get out to my car and try to turn it on and no change. My phone was STILL broken. I went back inside and tell the guy and he proceeds to tell me he didnt even try to turn it on. Seriously!?!? So I let them keep in 3 MORE days to see if they could figure out what was wrong. When I called back on Tuesday, it was ready but I had to pay $20 more because the motherboard needed replacing. Ok fine, I did that. I get home only to discover that Im unable to make calls because my provider is telling me now that the part they used to fix my phone is STOLEN. I took my phone back immediately, asked that the parts be removed and my money refunded. It is now Saturday, over A WEEK LATER and I just picked up my phone with the stolen parts STILL inside and only $66 of my money refunded because after all this mess they still charged me a service fee. Im still debating if I should call the cops or if its even worth it at this point.
