Went here a bit over month ago and cant recommend this place more for any iPhone issues ever! Fixed my issue for way cheaper than I thought it would be and had it done quickly, in front of me so I knew exactly what was going on. Wonderful place!

Professional and fast. Described my problem to him and I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Did all the work in front of me so i knew there was no funny stuff, and even tossed on a screen protector on for free. If you need a quick fix to your phone go here.

If you need an apple device fixed and your going somewhere else than you should probably have your head examined. You will not find a more experienced technician than Charlie at repairing apple devices. His prices are very reasonable and he has a very fast turn around time on repairs.

Excellent service while we waited. My fiancé’s iPhone 6s screen was broken and battery slow. It was fixed like new in less than 10 minutes. I was so impressed, we went right back and had my battery replaced in less time. Using it now to type this review. Highly recommend the great service and reasonable pricing! 5/5 experience. I went to get my charging port fixed on my iPhone 6 and he fixed it for no charge (there was some lint jammed in it that he scooped out). Given that he had charged me nothing I figured I might as get my cracked screen/battery fixed/replaced. The service was very fast (about 20 minutes) and everything works great. Unbeknown to me the store only accepted cash and I only brought my credit card and a little bit of cash. Long story short, the owner was very understanding and accepted less than the designated payment in cash and I cant say enough about how much I appreciated the gesture. Again, 5/5.

My iPhone 6 screen was shattered on Saturday night and I called this repair shop immediately. I had gotten information from another friend that he was good at what he does. He answered right away and was able to get me in on Monday to replace my screen. He replaced it right then and there while I waited and did not mind me asking questions about how all of this works(since I am an engineer, I just had to know!). My phone is like brand new now and he even recommended a new screen protector which I purchased right then and there and he installed it for me. Very friendly and quick!! I would recommend iPhone Hero to all of my friends with cell phones that are in need of assistance!

My husband’s iPhone 5C had a smashed screen. This place was recommended by AT&T, but I usually go to Utica, so I checked with Staples first. That would have been a send out job... not happening with a business phone. So I called iPhone Hero and he said he could do it same day. Had to wait a bit because he was busy when we walked in, but my repair was ready in 10-15 min, and cheaper than Staples. Thanks!!! The phone looks great. He took extra time to be sure that all the glass was out of the inside of the phone and cleaned it too.

Like everyone else, I dropped my Iphone 6 and shattered the screen, it was Saturday morning. I called at 9:45am and was sitting in their shop by 10am the same morning. He fixed it while I watched, price was more than fair for the service provided. Thanks for the repair and the great customer service.

Took my wifes work phone in last year with a broken screen to see what he would charge to replace it, picked the phone an hour later, top of the line service at a good price, knowledgeable, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Does not take credit cards, very odd.
