I took Brian my dead laptop to fix, but it was to far gone to economical repair. I had years of priceless pictures on the laptop that I could not imagine loosing. I was worried sick. Called Brian on a Saturday morning, 2 hours before hours of operation. My mothers computer was a hot mess...so bogged down with gremlins that she was considering a new one. Brian responded within 15 minutes and told me to bring it on over. Long story short...I picked it up later, got home and hooked it all back up and it runs and performs as good as it did new. Brian Hancock has been my P C repair man for about 5 years, I have always been very satisfied with his service and pricing. Recently I have had serious problems with my WiFi connection due to location of my computer, I was lucky if I got 1 bar on the connection. Brian suggested installing a NETGEAR PowerLINE WiFi adapter. Now my WiFi indicator jumps up to full bars and even up to 12 on my little I pad. I now get fast connections on all my devices. SURE DOES HELP WITH THE NERVES TOO!!!!!!!
