In the department of Printing and all that there was a gentleman named Edwin. He was very helpful, respectful, fast and very courteous. My boyfriend and I greatly appreciate him and his help.

Waited in line for over five minutes for help to make copies. I was the only person in line. There were five employees standing behind the counter talking to each other. They did not offer to help so I attempted to help myself. Then I had to get a refund on some of the copies because I didnt know how to use the machine.

I love this store! Ive always received great customer service, whether I do curbside pickup or actually venture inside. My husband prefers I use the curbside pickup because I always find way more inside than I was supposed to buy.

I really like the Rome Staples. The associates are very helpful. The IT department is very friendly and patient.

I shop here for work and have printed things at their copy center. They move a little slow, but all the staff are very kind. The cashier always greets me when I walk in the doors. Ive always found the supplies Im looking for, some times on sale.

The copy and print center guy was not very helpful. There is no one in the store and it appears he was not working on any projects. I ask if the job I had put in online could be printed today rather than tomorrow and he said there was no guarantee. He is just sitting there. He hits a button and the project is done. This is poor customer service. Or just a jerk they hired.

Ive been here many times but my today was the Worst Staples Experience EVER. The young boy that worked in the print shop this evening was beyond rude and abrasive. The coworker with me just stood there truly amazed at how rude he was. He had the worst manners and should not be working with the public. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I will NEVER shop there or use their printing services again. Stay far away!!!!

I went into the store to buy a computer, but they didnt have it in stock. They were going to order for me, but they couldnt figure out how to run my card as credit. I ordered it online and it was supposed to arrive on the 21st. Turns out they cancelled my order without alerting me because the store kept my order in the system. When I called customer service they promised it would arrive on the 21st. Didnt happen. They are not people of their word and they could care less. I will never shop at Staples again. You guys lost a customer, but Im sure you dont care.

Staples Copy Center is staffed by highly professional and courteous individuals. I have trusted the most precious of personal material and photographs to them. I have trusted them with professional materials for over a decade. Without a single hitch, they have always delivered 100% in customer service, products, and assistance. Even when Im at my Cartersville office, Ill drive to Rome because I trust this Copy Center entirely. This applies to ALL the work I have entrusted to them since they opened (and I am very picky!) Im about to have materials prepared for hand delivery to Pres. George W. Bush and I KNOW they will turn out fabulously.
