The nicest big lots in this area. They have better furniture options than others Ive went to. Their prices arent bad either.Update I bought the oakwood one. I suggest buying brackets for extra support. Maybe even some kind of adhesive. Mine started to sag and broke apart. I fixed it but still not happy about it.

I found a lot of great bargains in the clearance section. Great for future presents. Don, one of the managers, is super friendly and courteous. He really cares about his customers shopping experience in the store. Elaina, the cashier, was friendly and professional checking out her customers. She made sure to take extra care wrapping up delicate items. A great place to shop!

I went to the Rome, Ga location to get Christmas decorations & lights bc their sales ad said everything was on sale. There wasnt much of a selection & anything worth buying was too expensive & not worth the price. They didnt have much of a selection for anything holiday or gifts really. They basically have a few select products, like Bluetooth speakers or headphones, but different brands to make it look like theyve got a big selection of gifts. They do, however, have really cute & actually pretty nice gift sets that range from $5 to $15 each. Theyre mainly womans gift sets & there a few good ones for children but I was pleasantly surprised when I found those. I ended up getting one for my daughter, son, & girlfriend! Unfortunately, I didnt find any Christmas decorations but did purchase 2 boxes of outside icicle lights but now Im wondering if they are cheaper at Walmart!! Ill going to stick with my regular Big Lots in Cartersville bc they always have a good selection of merchandise!

I really love shopping at Big Lots! I always manage to find something unusual that I normally cant purchase anywhere else except online. This time I found a really good bargain on bath towels in some wonderfully bright colors to spruce up my dull bathroom. I also ran across a printed t-shirt for only $4.99. I checked when I got home and found the same shirt online for $16.99! I also picked up a new toy for my pup that had all the squeakers she could ever want in it, but at half the cost that I would have paid at the pet store. All-in-all it was a great trip and I highly recommend patronizing this store if you want to save some money. Im going back to pick up a patio umbrella later this week.

Very clean, organized store with a large variety plus furniture (indoor and outdoor). Extremely nice, helpful staff. Pleasant shopping experience and good access for disabled. Standard wheelchairs are available but such a large store could benefit by providing carts for patrons with mobility issues.

This store is well stocked with a broad selection. Place is quite large and busy but never overcrowded. They have a lot of furniture and accessories. Just about anything you want. Prices are not much cheaper than anywhere else but still a good place to shop

I purchased a chair from Big Lots in Rome Ga. about two weeks ago. AT FIRST we loved the chair and everything was fine so I assumed that we would keep it. I tossed the receipt thinking there would be no problem. Just a week later the chair started to fall apart! I called Matt the store manager and told him I didnt have the receipt and that I purchased the most expensive chair there and that I knew all there chairs were made by the same company. I told him I would just like a refund or store credit. He told me all I could do was get the same chair! WHY would I want the same chair...so that it could fall apart too and we could bring it back like the other one? I wanted to purchase a chair from another store! I would have even settled for store credit and purchased something else and bought a chair somewhere else! This place always has dust on everything and the floors are nasty! I was willing to deal with it but now I WILL NEVER shop here again! I will also tell everyone to keep there receipts or you will be stuck with a pile of junk that is not worth the $60 you paid for it!

Prices arent always very good, so shop around first. We have also bought furniture from them and were pleased. We even had to return part of a sectional once and they swapped it out no questions asked.

Disappointed.... they put products on the clearance shelves that are not on clearance. When I ask a clerk why there are ten set of sheets in the clearance area with no discount, she stated; the same ones they are also in the bedding department, so, they are not on clearance. Huh.... ok.... well.... WHY ARE YOU STORING PRODUCTS ON A CLEARANCE AISLE WHEN THEY ARENT ON CLEARANCE? I actually thi k its call false advertising.

Big Lots is a good store if you are looking for a bargain. But dont expect to go back to buy the same thing again because they may have it now and not again for several months and sometimes never have it again.
