Took our bush hog there early March 2021, went by in June, went back in July they said they didn’t know what we wanted done to it or who it belong to 🤯. Checked and we are in their computer and there was a tag on the bush hog that said who it belong to ans what needed to be done! Worst place ever! Will go anywhere else in the future!!!

Great people to deal with on John Deere

I needed some parts for a very old planter and Chris was able to find everything I needed. There was a small problem and he resolved that as well. He is one of the best parts managers I have ever dealt with. A small box of parts was over $400 but he cannot help that. While there, I also bought an $800 chainsaw. All good people to deal with.

I took my riding mower to this place because the belt wouldnt stay on. I could see the support bar to the idler pulley was week and allowed the pulley to ride up to one side causing the belt to slip off. They replaced the pulley and tried to tighten it. Got home cut about 100 ft. and it came off again. Will not go back will not recommend to anyone

When this location charged $99.50 to put grease on deck adjustment knob, then another $99.50 (rate per hour) to adjust a switch contact...both of which I personally could have done in less than an hour... I decided I will never have them work on another mower for me. The employee working on mowers will set a timer to charge you, but will work on multiple mowers and charge all with the same hour of work. VERY unprofessional.

I decided to use Ag-Pro Rome to work on an old Ford tractor instead of the closest New Holland dealer in Cartersville. Im glad I did. Steve in service and his technician were absolutely great to work with. Ive finally found that elusive good tractor mechanic Ive been looking for!
