I typically wait to write reviews cause first impressions can be good or bad but over time is when you really see how a dealership operates on a fair and consistent basis. With that being said im very pleased. I recently purchased a Bobcat T590 from a Salesman that no longer works there. Since that point Ive had communication and dealings with Justin (Finance), Chris (Sales), and Walker (GM/Delivery Coordination). I have nothing but great things to say about all three men. Walker took the time when I picked up to go over a few of the controls with me and answered my questions, which was greatly appreciated. He also was there for me to make sure my machine came with what the salesman and myself had agreed upon and when I ran into a minor issue under the used 90 day warranty period and resolved it without hesitation, which was huge for me. Justin answered all my finance questions and was just there for me and willing to help get me to the right person if he wasnt sure of an answer or it was a question for a different department. He even answered the phone on his day off to help me, which was greatly appreciated. Chris also has been very helpful answering my questions. Being in Sales and Customer Service myself, I wish now that Chris wouldve gotten the sale. I want to thank you guys for doing the right thing and being there for us. Been a customer for over 20 yrs. I bought a low hr track Loder after the sale could not get the sales man to return my call had serval problem with the unit that had to fix my self because the sales man will forget about you I will not be back

Walker is a great salesman and he was actually the delivery man. When the delivery guy couldn’t make it when they told us they would deliver the same evening we bought our zero turn mower, Walker stepped up and even delivered it to us. He did exactly what he told us which is a rare thing these days. I highly recommend Rhinehart and Walker was great.

Walker and the folks at Rhinehart do business the old fashioned way. There is no difference in the level of service whether you are buying a new $80,000 machine or whether you need a hydraulic hose to keep your old machine running. I’ve worked with them for 25 years now and there is nowhere else I would go. It is so refreshing to be more than just a number and to truly be a valued customer.

Bought T190 from them stated 2-3 week turn around. Salesman/General Manager Walker stated I would get 30 day warranty. After 7 weeks of waiting on machine and numerous lies of when I would get machine, said he never said warranty on machine. Total lies. Most machines show online 30 day warranty. Just be careful and have things in writing. Screw me once your fault screw me twice my fault.

I purchased a Kubota Z412 zero turn mower on 6/15/21. My salesman Walker was professional and very helpful. Justin in finance was very informative and professional. The delivery driver Shane was very prompt and professional. Rhinehart Rome Ga. is a great place to find what you need. Would definitely deal with them again.

Worst service department ever! Dropped off my rotary cutter for warranty work on 5/22/21 was told 2 weeks. Was told it was ready to be picked up on 8/20/21 when I called them to ask if I would be able to use it again this season.

We were in the market for a used Bobcat and some attachments to use on our farm. Rhinehart is a family owned business thats been around forever with a large selection to choose from. Derek was extremely helpful and patient explaining the differences between models and what would work best for us. I would highly recommend Rhinehart and Derek. We really felt like you could trust them and that we were getting a fair deal. They offer a 90 day warranty on used equipment. They delivered it all to us a couple days later and explained how to use everything.

So many times people receive excellent service and don’t take the time to pass their experience along. I have been guilty of this with Rhinehart Equipment Company. I purchased my first Bobcat skid steer in 2002. Prior to purchasing I called and priced every dealership in the SE. The team at Rhinehart equipment not only convinced me that they had the best price, they also convinced me that I would receive the best service. Since 2002 I’ve purchased 7 bobcats, 2 excavators, 2 tractors, and a zero turn mower from Rhinehart Equipment Company. When it comes time to trade they placed a high value on my trade in and I learned early on that price shopping was a waste of my time. I own a small-midsize business and when my bobcat or excavator go down so does my revenue stream. The Rhinehart team understands this and whether we are on a job 5 minutes away or 100 miles away they make certain we are back up and running. I hope I’m blessed to buy there for another 20 years. Rhinehart Equipment Company does business the old fashioned way, they understand loyalty and customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Awesome place and good prices

These guys answered the phone at 4:40 on a Friday and me a part, I got there at 5:05 the part guy meet me at the gate on his way home, he realized I needed a different part and stayed another 39 minutes to make sure I got what I needed!!!

Didnt have the tractor I reserved two days ago

Very friendly service department. When you can get a hold of them I’ve been trying to get them to give me answer or even answer my calls for weeks now they called said my bobcat was ready only looking at or fixing half my problems they did it would be done over a month ago which is. Not even close to the truth. I was going to trade a bobcat in with them after they went through my tractor and fixed the problems it had there is no way I’d waste my time even buying a free hat from them. Like I said there very friendly if you can either a get there to answer the phone or b return your call. I will most definitely not be doing any more business with them and if you have a business I’d try to see if they were even capable enough to change a air filter before I wasted my time on them there’s no way I would waste my time!

Nice place, unloaded right away...

I dropped my tractor off with some type rear-end problem on May 12, 2020. It is June 25, 2020, and as far as I know, they have not started working on it yet. I have a farm that relies heavily on this machine and I’m also still making payments. The service department cannot answer simple questions and I normally have to wait on hold for half an hour before I get the questions that I have answered. I have got tired of waiting and a eventually hung up multiple times. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered getting a machine/vehicle worked on.

I carried my ZG 327 zero turn mower in for repair and service. Paid $600 . Have had to carry it back twice in less than 6 hours mowing time. It still isnt fixed. I guess Ill carry it somewhere else. Friendly people, but a lot of employee turnover. Something is wrong.

I went to go pickup some Bobcat keys and the staff were friendly and patient while I called my boss to confirm how many we needed.
