This is my favorite Harbor Freight out of all the ones Ive been to, as its always stocked very well.I tend to only buy certain tools and items from Harbor Freight.I recently found a great deal on a toolbox, it was normally $900+ but since I joined their email rewards program which is free, I got toolbox for less than $300, and its a nice one.I try to stay away from their power tools as sometimes the quality is iffy, but their prices are beyond comparison.They dont do military discount but if you join their email program you can get even better deals.

Bought a smaller grinder and a set of bits the air grinder still works but wont cut off but I only gave $11 for it and the bits I gave $65 for and theyre great

Staff is generally helpful and even on the weekends the lines seem to move fast at the registers. I have been very impressed with the Atlas line of 40 & 80 Volt Battery operated Power Tools; I have the blower, limb saw, and chainsaw with several batteries.

I had never been to a Harbor Freight, but I am so glad I did. I was using an old-fashioned (read: ancient) method of sawing tree branches, with a plain saw and sweat - and I found the greatest electric tools for unbelievably affordable prices. It has saved me so much time, money, and hacksaw wounds, of which Ive had to stitch a time or two.

My first time to shop at the Rome, GA. store. I couldnt find what I wanted. Misty checked the warehouse for me, she answered my questions and found the other products I needed. (Im not a tool person) When I needed help carrying my things to the car, she offered to help. I couldnt have asked for better service! Misty, great customer service!

Absolutely LOVE this place. So many deals to be had. Staff were very pleasant and I never felt rushed to make a selection and leave. I meandered for about an hour and ended up spending quite a bit of money. I will be returning once my credit card recovers from this most recent trip.

I was like a kid in a candy store when I first one in to Harbor Freight. I could not believe the assortment of tools and accessories that they stock. The prices are more than fair, because you were buying knock off and most likely foreign made products. The quality is not there on most of the parts, but they will exchange your parts and tools if they are defective. I wish I lived closer to the store, because my first trip at nearly $500 still didnt scratch that itch I had when I walked in and seen the variety of tools and such. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Harbor Freight. I bought one of their heavy duty jacks to work on my cars and it is fantastic. It is a low profile Jack that will get my car in the air with just for full on the handle period easy to control and gets the job done. Everybody should buy one of these.

One of the best place to get and buy tools and great price and good people.

Some good bargains if you look around but some of the stuff is cheap made thats why it cost less. Some of their stuff will work good for occasional use but not what you need for everyday use unless you plan on replacing it often. You get what you pay for most of the time. Good place to buy wire ties, tarps and stuff like that.

Got a great deal on a primo air compressor. (29 gallon 150 psi). Staff was very helpful and provided much needed loading (189 pounds). Cant wait to see it running. I am replacing a 20 year old Coleman 11 gallon, 100 psi, oil-less.

I can always find something in Harbor Freight...Just ask my wife. You just have to be choosey with what you buy. Some things are really good, other things not so much. Would I spend a lot here if I was a professional mechanic? Other than tool boxes, probably not. But for tools that get used a few times a month, this place is awesome.

Worst experience ever in a harbor freight. I have literally spend thousand of dollars at other locations and new to the area. Was treated very rudly by the store manager who said her name was Tina my purchase was over $200.00 and she was very rude and condescending to myself and the person that was with me. I now feel very disappointed in a company I once sung praises about and recommended to many friends and acquantinces. I guess at this point I will have to start exploring other options at least until things change at this location.

They usually have a large selection of tools. Their coupons are virtually worthless because they arent good on their more costly items which are the things one would want to save money on.

Not alot of stock on the things that we were looking for but the employees are nice.

For selection and prices, theyre great. But if you have an issue with a purchase or a tool they are very rude and refuse to stand behind theyre products to provide customer satisfaction. We had a saw that broke due to a known factory defect but because we were a couple weeks outside the 90 day warranty they refused to exchange it....even though Chicago Electric has changed the design due to so many of this particular product breaking. Very disappointing. Especially at the rudeness of the management at the Rome, GA store.

Love this place!! Tools great! Would be 5 stars but everytime I go there i get profiledbecause of my tattoos and the staff treats me like im stealing until i go to the register and i spend hundrnds of dollars 😆 my wife says that it is rude but im used to it.

Great prices on a wide variety of tools. I love to go here and just look at the things they have. If it is a tool you can probably get it here. At a great price too. They have a line if tools for the DIY individual up to the Professional Craftsman and the prices cant be beat.

I would not recommend going to this store. They consistently put up going out of business signs to get people in the door, but seasonal stuff (like gardening supplies in the spring) isnt discounted. And guess what? They never actually go out of business. They do not sell good quality items, either. I would recommend spending the money at home depot or tractor supply and getting tools that really last.

HFT is factory direct tools. Most are imported and not quite professional quality but do well for the average DIYer that doesnt try to make a living with their tools. Some tools are the exact same that you buy elsewhere but possibly a little cheaper. Use the coupons to get your best deal and go online to read reviews for the particular product that you are thinking of buying.
