PROSThey have a great selection and pretty good pricing. Their e-commerce website is very intuitive. Perfect if you are looking to order a case or 2 of bottles online.CONSHowever their customer service could use some improvements. I have a $5000 order with them and I have waited on hold for over 10 hours on the phone in the last 2 weeks. I have also sent them several emails with no response. Looking for an alternative!

Entrance is the little cul-de-sac after RR Donnelley right before the Berlin Packaging building. They dont have signs. But its back where the PODS are. If you go past the cul-de-sac then youre going to have to do a big circle back around. Loaded up quickly.

If you are Owner Operator don’t ever book a load with delivery for Berlin Packaging, they gonna waisted your day waiting for hours to get you unloaded.Even if you check in on time for your appointment doesn’t make any change.Skip this place!
