Not sure why all the bad reviews? Had a 0900 appointment got there at 815 and was out by 0930, plenty of space to dock. Receiving is on the west side of the building I drove past the entrance Because of a sign that said no trucks but lots of trucks came in and out of the west side entrance. Very nice staff.

I really can’t figure out all the bad reviews. I arrived at 0900 for a 1130 pickup appointment. Was loaded with my paperwork by 0945. And yes it was a full trailer.

Arrived at 1330 for a 1400 pickup. Sign on Shipping door says go to Receiving for pickup. Went to Receiving side the sign on the door said go to shipping for pickup. Got checked in just before 2 and was told to go back around to shipping side and wait for a phone call when they have a door for me, even though there was 9 open doors. While waiting, 6-7 trucks came in behind me and went straight to a door. I finally got a call at 4 with a door. Sat in door until 7, finally started to load me. Good thing there is a truck stop 5 minutes from here for me to pc to. Will probably be late delivery in Pennsylvania tomorrow now. They obviously care as much for their customers as they do for us drivers. First and last time at this dump, if I ever get out of here. 0 stars.

Good place to load but they dont load early no place to park

Easy backing, friendly staff, and overnight parking. Only thing I hated was, I checked in on one side of the building and had to checked out on the other side.

I must have missed the memo everyone else got!!! This place was awesome!!! I arrived at 6:30am for a 18:00 appointment. Check in was a snap! I was immediately given a door. The receptionist in receiving on her A game.. She told me when I get a green light to come back and get my papers. I was unloaded and gone by 8AM!!!!

Pretty interesting. I was late pickin up a load but I heard nothing about it. Which was nice, through no fault of mine. There is parking there and an inside bathroom. Make sure u dont leave a mess behind, drivers.

Nice place to pickup loads. Quick loading sverage 2hrs. Plenty space for docking. Just watch out for trucks parked on side. You can do reset, just dont get in the way for others.Trucks shouldnt be parking front of docks 77 and down to 70 .Where docks being used. Hard for trucks back in.Update : this time i was late to my appointment. Not me but company sent me late pickup. There aas trucks parked alongside the fence and at docks. Dont know whats going on but seems behind there loads. Its almost going on 7hrs and just got the door to dock. Still more trucks coming and some doing reset. Busy and slow. Not good.

DRIVER: Can take a break here. They have 1 unisex bathroom for use and no lounge/vending stuff that drivers can access.The clerks are nice enough. You might get lucky and get loaded early if they have the capacity however, in our experience (Team truck) they only ever load you within 2 hours of getting a door and will only put you in a door at your appointment time.THIS IS A PRODUCTION FACILITY. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE CREATED UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. Thats why it takes so long to get loaded and why you get screwed if you show up late.For the love of everything good in the world. GET HERE ON TIME. If youre going to miss your appointment or be late for whatever the reason you will be left waiting until all other scheduled on time appointments are done. If you think you wont make it on time skip this load, ditch it and go somewhere else.. unless you need a 34 break then by all means show up late!Otherwise as far as loading times, usually in and out of a door pretty fast. Ive never delivered here so cant speak to that.

Overnight parking available I do both pick up and delivery here. both sides are quite reasonable as long as you make your appointment otherwise you become a work in and we will not talk about that.

This place has gotten better over the years. It use to be a snooze-fest when you’d come here. But it’s way quicker now. The parking is still a journey when you come into the parking lot. Like bubba gump said “ you never know what your gonna get”

Small crowded lot drivers coming in block the dock doors and this limits space to turn around and back into dock doors. Staff are extremely slow so you will sit for 2-5 hours to get loaded and then 45 minutes to get your bills. Two stars because if the incoming drivers dont block the doors you do have lots of room.

Overnight parking allowed fast unloading the people who work there are very pleasant to deal with

Dont miss your appointment time or you can expect to be there for the rest of the day because they will not get back to you until all other appointed trucks are loaded which can stretch into midnight or 2am. Also limited space for trucks to dock and truck parking is very limited on space so best to be on-time with loading schedule

Great place for delivering DRY loads, 30 min with missed apt

Heed the warnings- don’t get there early. We delivered here at the right time and they were very quick. However, we had a pickup appt for 6 hours later and they didn’t load us until after the appt time. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they would have told us. Instead the guy in the office kept telling us to call him in an hour and he was going to get us in. Never happened. So we were at this place for a full 24 hours. Next time we will know better and leave after unload and come back later. They did allow parking there.

Long wait for many drivers. I was Lucky done in two hours . They allow overnight parking. Staff is friendly. This is not a well set up parking lot and gets choatic.

Appointment at 10:30, got there at 09:20. Unloaded and had my bills at 10:30.

Need to change the culture here. Could be great but the biasness and favortism kills that idea. Really cold so if anemic not for you.

Even if you on bring a lunch I had a 8:30pm appt. And its the next day Im just getting loaded nice attitude but really slow bring your on toilet they have only one toilet and all these drivers waiting.

Great place for delivery they work by appointment but 8f you get there early and they have a door they can work you inn early and let you park for the night..

Delivering for them was pleasantly easy. They are polite and quick to take care of the drivers.

The shipping and receiving staff at this location are awesome! They work really hard under pressure, and always treat the drivers friendly and with respect.

I use to work here. The work is easy, it is just the fact there is such a huge language barrier. The people in higher positions barely speak English or dont speak it at all leaving those that English is the only language they know to be stuck. They dont train new people. I pretty much learned everything on my own. Also they do not honor FMLA. I called off for ONE week due to repetitious Dr appointments and when I went in and tried to speak to someone about my personal issue I was told my work ethic was poor (which was a LIE and I had a person of authority speak up on my behalf and say that I was one of the best workers there) also was told that my attendance was poor. I had asked previously about calling off and the procedure. Any time I have called off, when I returned I always brought paperwork from my Dr to vouch for my absence. The people in high positions have nasty attitudes, if you are new just expect to learn everything on your own unless the buddies tell you how to do something in particular you are pretty much on your own! This is one of the worse jobs I have ever had when dealing with attitudes and I have worked for McDonalds and been attacked physically by customers there. Id rather be attacked by customers than to be verbally abused or assaulted by my superiors or treated like I am beneath someone!

As a Truck Driver Ive been here 10hrs and still havent gotten loaded this is the WORST place for Truckers to get loaded at and they have no driver lounge here for the drivers no vending machines this place SUCKS!!!! THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!

This warehouse is a effing joke. Make you work long hours in harsh conditions and you dont get much out off working there. And dont bother trying to apply. Their hiring system is a long process and being full time is no better than being a freaking temp. I hope this place gets out of business and gets replaces with a better warehouse

Got here the night before my appointment time they told me they wouldnt be able to unload it until my appointment but told me I was welcome to park here until then. the people were nice. it took 2.5 hours to unload.

2.5 hours behind when I checked in. Showed up 1 hour early no parking. Guys park along the fence and in front of docked trucks. Very tight as far as tractor nose swing. Employees speak very little English. They kept my load bars and gave me two bent broken ones had to argue to get them back.

Getting loaded here in a timely matter is hit or miss. Generally the afternoon appts are good, usually.

A very enjoyable experience showed up early they got me loaded quick and I was gone all within 1.5 hours

Be ready to get some sleep while you are here. So dont come more than 30 mins early. The loading process takes a minimum of 4 hrs. And also make sure to have plenty of reefer fuel to pre-cool your trailer.

This is the kinda shipper your carrier sends drivers to hoping they will quit, because of the obvious disrespect for truck drivers hos rules here.Waaay too long for getting loaded.Been here 4 hours in door and still waiting on these retards to load me.Happens Everytime I come here, guess I better start looking for another carrier to work for, since they keep sending me here so often.lol

I showed up 3 days late to pick my load up had me out of there in under 3 hrs my lucky day. But the signs say check in only 15 mins early.

This place can get really crazy at times so be patient! There have been times were Ive been loaded in 90 minutes and up to 4+ hours.

Its an ok place nothing to really brag about it takes forever to get loaded there almost got an 8 hours split there nothing really around to eat either

Checking in is on Eastside of building at door that is labeled Shipping... Ignore the sign as you pull in, it is wrong! Also told me to back into a door that was already taken.

Wow, From the time we pulled in got loaded & left 50 min. Receiving is right side of the bldg & shipping is on the left side of bldg.

Waited too long to get loaded, came 3 hours before appointment and was given a door 2 hours after appointment... not cool

New name is GREENCORE.use east side for entrance and door 64 for shipping and receiving .forget the sign .too lazy to change it .Gave them 2 stars for allowing overnight parking other than that it is a mess .managers do not answer their phones when getting paged or called by shipping .had load with boxes sitting on a sheet and they thought there was no other way to unload them without a slip sheet puller forklift .so had to wait from 2220 to 0800 .if it was not for a white guy who suggested using a clamp i will be still sitting there the whole day.

They need to be put out of business, this warehouse is one of the worst. Mess up my day.
