My Family and I were traveling through the West and my 2018 GMC Sierra Duramax Diesel threw a code. Repairs are rarely convenient and this one was no exception. A few days prior, I exchanged phone calls with Mallory who was able to help me limp along for a couple of days to try and work the problem out. The parts/service team there were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to order the part (which turned out to be under warranty) and repair our truck to get us back on the road within a couple of days. Excellent service overall. We are very thankful for Mallory and the team.

They worked on my Truck - oil change. (1st time customer) im new to Roseburg My vehicles are a new truck is 2020 and The Kia is a 2021 the truck work went well but they refused to do the kia because it required to make one phonecall to the Kia dealer to get a credit card number to get paid as the Kia is brand new and kia dealer is paying for the oil changes. Well The service manager refused to work on the kia because they didnt want to make ONE CALL! ONE GOSHDARNED CALL! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? If he would have at least tried once i would gave them 5 stars. but did not even attempt to make the call. That is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. The cashier girl is very helpful and has excellent manners and great PR. 👍

I recently had my 2019 Chevy Colorado repaired at the body shop at Clint Newell, Brad took care of all of the paperwork from the insurance claim very proficiently. He informed me not to go through the car wash for 30 days so the fresh paint could cure. I got a small smudge on the fender that had fresh paint on it so I called him and he told me to come by and he gently buffed it out at no charge. Great customer service all they way around.

The worst service department I have ever dealt with. 2017 GMC Acadia check engine light once again. It has been come on an off for about 20,000 miles. I’ve taken into this service department numerous times and they have not even checked the codes to figure out what it might be. Yes still under Factory warranty.I had the privilege to talk to Allison fox she is the product consultant for Clint Newell. Absolutely wonderful, She’s not a mechanic, she doesn’t work in the service department, but really knowledgeable of the gmc products. She was able to show me how to use my onstar button an have them run an onboard diagnostic on my vehicle. They were able to give me the codes and tell me if it was still ok to drive my vehicle.I do not recommend taking your vehicle to the service department. If you need help with anything with your vehicle just go talk to a product consultant.Thank you Allison Fox
Amazing help from the service department last weekend. They helped to save our vacation and made moms 80th birthday run smoothly. Rebecca went above and beyond when we called going 10mph down i-5 after no help from our home dealership. Having no availabile service techs, she diagnosed the truck herself, called car rentals, etc. When Chevy was only going to cover the defective part, she held them to paying for the labor as well ( something she didnt have to do). Great customer service. They could teach our local service department a thing or two.

Had recall work to be done warranty work needed done and I bought a under coat spray for the truck left truck for 3days so they could get all done the biggest thing I needed done was under coat since Im leaving for east coast soon wife went picked up my truck for me I looked at it when she got home they didnt do the spray the reason it went everything else was to be done once that was done worst sevice dep I have ever seen I will never by another truck from dealer since there service is so bad youd think if you by a truck from them they would do what they say

I was experiencing transmission problems pulling my trailer with my Chevy truck... Called ahead twice with no reply... then limbed on in the last 18 miles only to be told they might be able to help but don’t count on it... Fortunately Nappa across the street took the 2 minutes to read the error code then sent me to Midas who in a few minutes diagnosed the problem all at no cost... I’m a Chevy guy but this Chevy dealership totally dropped the ball... my rating is zero stars but the program requires one in order to give a review...
