I have not done business with Lithia Dodge in Roseburg for over 25 years due to the service department being so untrustworthy and dishonest. Yesterday my wife convinced me to go look at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Shawn, Shilo and Larry were so concerned about my past experience I feel like they genuinely felt bad for me and did all they could to earn our business. Not only did we purchase a new Cherokee from them im confedent I will receive good service from the service department as well. The sales manager, Shilo, explained the issues they have had with the service department in the years past and told me of the changes made, ie (a new service manager) !!!!! Pretty disappointed in the service team at Lithia. I have purchased many vehicles here and normally have had a great experience. My young son and I are running errands today and #1 on the list was an oil change appointment at Lithia. While sitting and waiting with my son, the employees in the service center were extremely unprofessional and started shouting obscenities in their conversation. I was rather shocked as I have never had this experience here before. PEOPLE- Please show some pride in your professions and maybe a little bit of class, especially in front of kids!!

Went to this business to buy a new jeep.When I parked it was hard to find a spot to park so I thought man this place is busy.When I went inside the place was completely empty less employees.The salesman did his thing and kept me there for 3-4 hrs.The place was completely empty, a Ghost Town, the whole time and cars in lot never moved.I believe they park cars to give the Illusion they are busy. Thats so very sad.After the 3-4 hour time warp of wasted life we got down to price.They wanted an insane amount of money as predicted. I offered the $55,000 for a Jeep.Apparently they dont want to do business because no one has gotten back to me to accept or reject my offer. The dreaded silent treatment. Lol how Childish.I have been a Successful Business Owner for over 35 yrs due to hard work, complete honesty, and mostly The Grace Of God.I have never IGNORED a customer.Never price gouged.Never wasted a customers time.When your Business is Honest, Fair, Time Conscious, Reliable, and Trustworthy YOU WILL NOT NEED TO PERFORM ILLUSIONS OF BEING BUSY BECAUSE U WILL BE BUSY.Why dont we start banning together again and boycott businesses who treat us poorly and price gouge. We enjoyed working with Sean, the salesman who helped us, who was kind, straight-forward, and just a pleasure to work with. Kristopher Taylor was the finance guy who helped us with our loan details and completion. Kristopher had integrity, was engaging and fun to chat with, and took great care of us as we finished the transaction. What Lithia doesnt want you to know. They have instructed their techs to look for extra problems that they can bring to you to add extra cost to your service. I took my truck into Lithia Dodge in Roseburg on Oct 6, 2018 for an oil change which they did. During the servicing I was presented a vehicle inspection. They told me I needed all kinds of fluid changes, including coolant. I had changed my coolant 3 months ago with when I changed the water pump. It seems they just make stuff up without really checking. They did not include telling me they damaged my air conditioning switch, and just let me drive away. When the check engine light came on I took my truck into my mechanic to find out my out what was wrong. When we opened the hood of the truck we found the service techs knife sitting there from the oil change. This is not a tool that is normally used I presented pictures of the knife to Lithia in Roseburg, the service manager verified the knife was the service techs and due to the evidence of the damage. Lithia offered to fix the damage which they did. I had expenses to that I asked to be reimbursed for and Lithia said they would only pay the cost to diagnose the cause. They didnt think it was fair that I ask for anything else because they could have diagnosed my truck. We asked them to mail a check for $137.60 and now we will see if they follow through. Reminder, Make sure to look under your hood before you leave the lot to protect yourself from hidden problems. Kudos to Lithia for protecting their bottom line and not looking out for their customers. Thank- you Lithia.

On 03/11/2021 I had my 2017 Dodge Ram Hemi looked at by the dealership in Roseburg. I was hearing, what appeared to be a zip tie noise, spinning around on the right passenger front side of my engine. I explained he noise and had them look at it, thinking it was under warranty. On 03/12/2021 I was informed by the service advisor that I had and Exhaust Manifold Leak on both sides of my engine and that they needed to replace the seal and the bolts that they said was broken $1256.87. They then proceeded to tell me that it was recommended to have the following: 1.) Fuel Injection Cleaned $219.95 2.) Power Steering Flush $175.95 3.) Brake Flush Flushed $165.95. Coming from the auto world and my father working for Lithia for more than 30 years, I knew that this was added to the quote for upgrades and sales. So, I was not to trusting after this and wanted a second opinion. I paid the $140 for diagnosis and moved my truck to an independent place, given it was out of warranty by about 1K miles.Upon review of my truck and manual, it turns out that my Power Steering is Electronic Steering (No fluids to flush) and my Exhaust Manifold was only needing repairs on the right passenger side and not both sides. Cost was $500 vs theirs and I feel like I was being sold something I did not need. Well I can honestly say, I was happy I had a second opinion.I was told, by a friend, that I should let the sales manager know. So I waited a few days, as I was feeling like they did not even look at my car and do a proper diagnosis, which I paid for. So, I called today 03/17/2021. I spoke with Andrew, Service Manager. I let him know my concerns and that I wanted to be sure it does not happen to anyone else. In addition, I let him know that they are to be the experts with these types of trucks. ASE certified technicians right? I was concerned that if I had my truck fixed that I might be charged for this when it was never needed and did not want this to happen to another customer.Andrew, was nice about conversing but did not offer anything to settle my feelings, as I am feeling and wondering if they even looked at my truck and question their findings now. What did I pay them the $140 diagnosis for? He did verify that it was a recommendation on my paperwork too. One thing he did say is that he would share the information with the team so it does not happen to anyone.I feel like he should have been pro-active and offered some sort of compensation, like a refund of my diagnosis money or even my oil change cost. Due to the distrust, I even had the other independent company look to see that the oil pan was bolted on right and that it had oil in it. LOLI am hoping this share will help people, read your owners manual and get a second opinion. Know that Lithia appears to only care about themselves and will recommend things that are not needed when brining in your truck for repairs at the experts.

Our friends truck broke down at mile post 113 on the way to California.( We were headed to California to move someones things to Washington) So we limped it back to the Roseburg lot. They were super nice let us leave the truck in their employees parking lot for the weekend so we could figure things out and how we would get it back to Washington. Told them we would have it gone by Monday. Well Monday came around and we did what we could to get it going without asking for the help of the lot. Was still unable to get the truck running. Ended up having to leave the truck again in their employees lot and head back to Washington to get a trailer to haul it the truck back to Washington. They were very helpful even tho it was a holiday weekend and their service shop was closed, they still helped us anyway that they could. Just by them letting us leave the truck there until we could get it home made all the difference. Thank you for that. It helped us 2 wives have some ease over the weekend.

I went to the Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Roseburg website and set an appointment to have the oil changed in my Ram truck. I received a confirmation saying the appointment was set and assumed I was all set to go. When I arrived to have the service done the service advisor could not find my name on schedule, so I showed him a copy of my confirmation. As soon as I told him I made the appointment online he said, Oh, unfortunately the online service scheduler doesnt sync with our actual in store schedule. he went on to say that they had advised upper management many times of the issue, but nothing had been done to correct the issue. How does a company as large as Lithia have this big of a glitch, and not even try, or care enough to correct it? I took time off work to have this service done, and now I have to wait until next week and take additional time off. I bet if I was there to purchase a new vehicle, they would have been more than happy to get me in...

My family and I really like Lithia in Roseburg. The attitude of every staff person weve had the pleasure of working with is positive, kind and informative. Weve just bought our second vehicle from them, and will surely return for another purchase when the time comes. The folks at the parts counter are helpful and knowledgeable and their prices are competitive. Whenever weve needed maintenance or service, weve never had to wait long for an appointment.We know that car sales is a for-profit business, but for some reason the atmosphere here at Lithia seems like Im purchasing from friends that arent necessarily trying to get the maximum $$$.

We didn’t have the best experience at Lithia. Their cars are dirty and smell. I don’t think they wash or detail them before they present them on the lot. The young salesman beefed up the sales in both of the cars we were interested in . We were promised “ deals” that were not fulfilled. (Throw in a tow package.)We purchased a vehicle with the false pretense of a tow package then at the table told we would have to pay for it.. We have been charged for it. We since have traded that rig in at Cottage Grove Chrysler and are still waiting for Lithia to rufund us our money for the tow package but the manager won’t return our call. Cottage grove Chrysler is where our future purchases will be. They do what they say they will do.

Jonathan Hagen was the best salesperson I could have hoped to meet. I had never purchased a new vehicle before and to say I was terrified would be an understatement. Females tend to feel like an easy target but he was so kind. He talked me through the process, answered my 800 questions, found the perfect vehicle that fit my ridiculous expectations, and made me feel informed. I was never pressured and felt 100% in control. The process was quick and painless. Im a Lithia customer for life now. I love my car too!Edit 3/3/19 - I just purchased our second vehicle from Mr. Hagen. He was just as wonderful as before. This is my second time coming in with my two kids just for an oil change, it shouldnt take more then an hour at most. The last time I was here for almost 4 hours, super hard to keep 2 toddlers entertained for that long only to get an oil change. Got an oil change and fuel filter on my RAM Cummins 2500. Tech said front fuel filter seal in replacement kit was defective and had to redo. But they gave me back the truck with diesel fuel dripping from the engine compartment and the smell stinking up the cabin. After I complained the Service Writer had the detailer steam it out and it is ok but they never should have returned the vehicle to a customer like that. Smudges on the door handle too. Sloppy.

Called for an appointment to have the Navigation System installed on my new vehicle and I arrived about 15 minutes early. The download was done quickly and I was on my way in approximately 30 minutes. I also called on a Saturday morning to have a hood guard installed that had come in, and was told that they would not be able to fit me in until 1 PM. Arrived at 12:45 and again they installed the part very quickly and I was on my way about 1/2 hour later. Thanks for the quick and courteous service.

Outstanding service on an unscheduled appearance by me at 4 in the afternoon. I had already driven 600+ miles that day when some computer malfunctioning sent me false messages about my tires and my key fob. Right off, one service representative demonstrated keen knowledge of the potential problems that can occur with radio signals in the module and antenna system.Because I was traveling with my Sheltie and had another 350 miles to home, they made an immediate diagnosis, got the system running and sent me confidently on my way in an hour. They also identified a probable source of the problem that my Jeep dealer can explore in a more time consuming troubleshoot.

I am the proud owner of a 14 Ram which I bought in another state. Recently, my baby had some issues - gremlins - so to speak. While having never heard anything good about Lithia here, I ended up (reluctantly) taking it to them for help. Kevin Adams, the service advisor, has been straight up and amazing with me. While it DID take 2 trips to them because of something the selling dealer did, they have been conscientious and tenacious in resolving my issues. While I dont yet know if my gremlins are totally gone (I just got the baby back), I DO have great confidence that Kevin and his tech will do whatever they must to resolve the issues. On top of everything else, hes been exceedingly patient with me. Even Renae (shuttle driver) is a sweetie. Try to NOT sell this dealership short if you need help. Even though I did not end up buying a vehicle from them, we did spend a couple of hours looking at cars and the customer service was great. Not pushy, informative, and patient, with a courtesy follow-up call a few days later. I would consider buying from them in the future.

I purchased a Jeep Rubicon from Lithia in roseburg in September. The salesman was very friendly and did an excellent job selling me the car. Since then my husband and I have had many issues with the dealership service department. The first thing that went wrong was that my drivers side visor lighted mirror light went out and also my back windshield wiper. Then a few weeks later as I was idling in my car with the defrost on my windshield cracked. This happened back in February. When Lithia went to fix my back windshield wiper they were able to replace it but did not offer me a rental car at any time so I could get back and forth to work. There was also a lack of communication which almost made me miss some work time. I am a pharmacist and have to be at my work on time or the pharmacy cannot be open. The back windshield wiper did get fixed but the dealership said they had to order the part for the visor mirror light and they have still not contacted me and its been several months . I have called the dealership numerous times to try and get my windshield fixed. The first thing they told me was that they were going to contact the manufacturer to see if it would be covered. I never received a call from them and after two or three calls later where they never responded back to me I finally was able to reach someone and found out that I needed to take my car to an automotive glass dealership to have the glass inspected for a rock chip. When the car was inspected there was no rock chip found. I submitted this paperwork to Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Roseburg and have called them twelve times since and have received no calls back. I have contacted the lithia corporation 3 times and they say they have contacted the dealership to tell them to fix this issue, but I have still not heard from the dealership. When I asked them to take things a step further they told me that all they could do was contact the dealership and could not make them help me.
