On the way to every where. Always has a good drink I want. This one same as others but has a great decor of local photos. Seems to be close to a college and the VA. Its always fun for me to get ice tea and take a drive.

This place has the worst parking lot ever! Whomever designed this was definitely not thinking about people getting out of their cars and walking inside.The food and drinks we ordered were spot on.

I always order Yukon Blend. They know my voice & my hat,I think, but always ask if grinding is needed. Friendly people with kind voices. Makes you feel good to get a cup for the way home. Best yet....

Stopped by this Starbucks on my cross-state drive. I arrived shortly before they close (this is already the latest closing coffee shop I could find, they close one hour later than the Starbucks a couple blocks away), managed to order a hot drink and used the restroom (thanks for keeping it open to the customers!)Service was pretty friendly and location was good.

Happily it was cool enough inside to enjoy a well-made latte in a comfortable chair !

Nice employees, good coffee, but very slow internet. Sorry wont be back. The main reason we go is to download things since we live out in the country.

When you gotothis Starbucks you are greeted with cheerfulness, friendly service and helpful staff. Plus, you receive great drinks and food!

Associates are friendly and great but half the time my drinks taste like black coffee or milk. I get iced cinnamon lattes, when you pay $6 for coffee some consistency would be nice. If I called every time it tastes bad Id literally be calling every other day, so. When they make it right they are soooo good though thankfully their coffee is good otherwise I would not even drink the really strong ones.

The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly and soft spoken.

They always Close the lobby before the closing time!!! It’s very annoying!! Poor customer service the baristas are extremely rude!! I went in looking for tumblers I asked questions and they seemed to ignore me.. I was pretty disappointed 😞 all I wanted to know was when they get new ones in and nobody could answer the question. They were too busy talking amongst themselves. Mind you they DIDN’T have any customers only a gentleman sitting in the lobby...I understand working with rude customers but at no time was I disrespectful or rude, I don’t think I will be going back I would rather go to another location.. the gentleman and the ladies especially the one with purple hair need to be retrained to smile, and be kind to actually act like they love they’re job I know it’s just coffee but it’s a job nonetheless and service should always be with a smile no need to be discourteous.. you never know what your customers are going through just be nice

The batista is almost always knowledgeable and able to recommend new drinks or food items based on your previous orders. Product is top quality every time without fail. Offer most types coffee, smoothie, tea, whole bean coffees in variety of flavors and including decaf, blonde, medium and dark roast. A variety of food items also available. Gift ideas including tumblers, coffee press, gift cards, etc. The Rewards program has shown recent improve as well. App for ordering ahead and payment management.

What can I say. If you want really good coffee, this Starbucks is the very best. And subsequently the lines are long. Its so worth the long waits

This is about the 20th time I have went around 8:30 on Friday or Saturday when they are supposed to be open until 9 and they are closed. Even the druve thru. Dont answer the phone or anything even though you can see them in there, please just change your hours. I work nights so I like to get it as late as possible.

My husband and I routinely go to Starbucks for coffee and I always make sure to load my card when I travel because just about every moderately sized town has a Starbucks that is easy to find and the quality and choice of products is fairly consistent. London Fog is my drink of choice and not only is Starbucks very accommodating to customizing the drink to my preferences, its also nice to be able to order one without having to explain to the Barista how to make one.I was in Roseburg Oregon over the last few days on a business trip and went by the Starbucks on Garden Valley Rd. twice to get my morning London Fog using their drive through service. The same young man took my order both mornings, I could tell by his friendly demeanor and the way he greeted me and responded when I returned the greeting - he was great! Though my drink was not consistent from one day to the next - it was slightly sweeter one day and I prefer it less sweet, both times the drink was well made so Im not complaining. When I request half the amount of sweetener in a drink that usually gets 3 pumps, it can be hard to be exact.In all, I would go to this Starbucks location again.

I got a moldy cake pop yesterday very upset thank good I took a chunk off before giving it to my daughter.

You know, its really frustrating paying $6, $7 for a coffee and half the time it tates bad. Its gotten worse in the past few months because Ive been drinking cinnamon dulce lattes for years. Half my drinks taste like black coffee with a little cream or they put vanilla in it instead of cinnamon dulce (HUGE difference in taste their vanilla tastes like cheap coffeemate) and then say no we are sure its a cinnamon dulce, it doesnt taste or smell even a little bit like cinnamon. And tastes totally like vanilla. I dont want to call and complain every other day because the employees are always nice and friendly however... consistancy would be nice. When their drinks are made right they are perfect and smooth and not too sweet which is why I started drinking Starbucks instead of dutch bros. That vanilla flavoring they use is VERY sweet though and I know when I get a vanilla, or a chai latte instead of the same thing Ive drank for years.

If you can get over the expected Starbucks prices, this place is a treat. The employees have always been extremely nice, patient, understanding, and helpful. I come here with my kids and never feel uncomfortable, and I can come alone and get some decent quiet time. Good coffee, but I only wish there was a larger tea selection.

What’s the point of offering order ahead on the app when you close your lobby multiple times and I have to wait in the drive thru line? By the time I got my ice coffee... most of the ice was already melted and it was watered down. Not impressed...

Confusing place to get to and tight parking, but did not want to go through the drive-thru, which I realize now with SB, if you dont utilize it, you get looked down on, at least with my experience. It is rushed, pressured and uppity from the blonde girl who kept trying to get my order out of me with and really did not have the time, was so impatient, and could not be bothered today by my perceived lack of fastness...Though I was waiting for my SB app to load and had to hear a nice condescending comment from her suggesting, it would help if you connected to out wifi. Which all SBs now have Google WiFI and it can be slow to sign in, as I have experienced in the past..Boy, it made it wish I had not walked in there. Though the older gentleman who finished up my order and told me my remaining balance was very pleasant and reminded me of what I have come to know about countless experiences at Starbucks in the past...I would not want to be him through, working under such a pretentious and pushy supervisor at that what I witnessed from the woman who initially took my order...I am not from the area, but I would not go back to this Starbucks...To top it off my drink was to sweet and runny and not how I remember how it was done right the last time I went to a SB..

Ordered my free reward drink, very complicated stuff. They did a good job and even asked me about it when they had a question about how many pumps of syrup I wanted. 4/5 because they were out of bananas and I had to add my own when I got home.

Very disappointed in their customer service. Went in to buy ground, not whole bean, coffee for a Christmas gift. They basically told me they were too busy to look for me. Sadly they lost a good sale, and possibly future business from my family.

My son always gets his drinks with coconut milk and decafinated coffee. I forgot when I ordered and thank goodness the young man reminded me by asking me. I really appreciated the fact that he pays attention to his customers and also called me by name.

There are only two coffee places on garden valley road and Starbucks is one. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere typical you might expect from a Starbucks. Great to chill out with your tablet or friends.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this Starbucks for exceeding my expectations of what is good customer service. I bought a coffee today and it was not prepared the way I had asked. This was the second time in the last couple of weeks and I was annoyed. They not only replaced my coffee with one exactly how I had requested, they also gave me a gift card that said your next coffee is on us! Well done Starbucks! Ur Manager rocks!

Great drinks and service

Cant seem to get a dark roast or even have it be hot at 7am. I have been coming here daily for a couple of weeks and there are always shortcomings.Sad that the walk up customer feels the least considered. Drive thru and corporate order dominate so that we are left to feel like an inconvenience.I can relieve you of mine if you like.

Love to go to Starbucks but do not appreciate the fact of not having separate restrooms for Men and Women at the Roseburg one. They say that it is a corporate decision. However when we have visited other Starbucks in other cities they have separate restrooms. I do not feel comfortable going where Men have visited it last. Dirty, dirty.

I am a regular of this local Starbucks. Im not the biggest fan of starbucks drinks but I go there 3-5 times a week because the staff is very nice, very efficient, very customer oriented. I wouldnt go out of my way to get to any other Starbucks but this one, they have a customer for life.Keep it up guys great job!

Ridiculously packed, but yes it does have the WiFi which explains why and therefore its slow. One thing great: the polite service that is among the rare that keeps the flow for those going inside as it appears they are not affected by the drive-thru.

The coffee tastes strange, and has an orange color to it like its dyed.Everything is extremely overpriced and if you say any size in English rather than their hipster name for the sizes (venti, etc) they will surely correct you.Theres never a place to sit because people feel its necessary to get large groups of their friends together to sit in the same spot and not speak to each other whilst playing on their macbooks.Just not really a great vibe and I much rather go to dutch bros for a plain, inexpensive coffee where the employees at least pretend to like their job.

Very disappointed with order and service was really slow, despite only 1 car in front of me. I love Starbucks and after a week of hard work, decider to treat my husband and myself to our favorite drinks.I ordered a simple iced coffee with 5 pumps of classic and a mocha frappicino creme based. I had to repeat my order twice, after a long wait just to get served!!! I verified on the screen and even clarified the sugar in the coffee and the mocha!!!.After waiting again, got my order and headed home. Sadly, both drinks were not to order and was a total waste of time. The coffee had zero sugar and the mocha, if it existed, was not even detectable. So dissapointed that after a hard week and choosing Starbucks over the many other coffee places I could have picked, they couldnt get a simple order correct.

I like it here people are very nice, wifi free, nice cup of coffee, I really recommend it to hag out with friends or just to do homework.

Even better than your average Starbucks, large, spacious and with a lovely garden patio. Although it was almost noon, they still had decaf.

Went in to order drinks, been on road for a couple hours and needed restroom, no TP, so I told someone we need to use restroom and there is no TP, he said thankyou and walked away. We waited for about 5 minutes, the kid continued filling ice buckets, I went up and told a young lady the same thing, she said she would let someone know. After a fe1 minutes we had to leave, ... no ordering here for us and we went down to road to get coffee and use their restroom. We are starbucks snobs as in no better coffee or cleaner restrooms. Likely not going back.
