I will be changing pharmacies, This is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered one medication 3 days ago, came here yesterday and was told it wasn’t ready and it would be ready in about an hour, went back 3 hours later and was told it still wasn’t ready. Came back the next day and was told it still wasn’t ready, when asked why they told me they were just really backed up. I understand short staffing and what not but I can count out 30 pills in about 10 seconds. Why am I waiting 4 days for a medication I need. Absolutely unacceptable

Always has good service. pick up my prescriptions and usually some grocery items, too. so convenient and now with shopping online and pickup in store even more convenient for those of us with mobility issues. thank you so much.

The prices are a bit higher then I usually find considering the fact that membership is required I would think better deals would be easier to spot here.

I found information about Flu and Shingles vaccines. Early September I will return. great variety and products there.

In addition to my shopping, I needed a new Bi-Mart card after years of use. Sol at the customer service desk was a great help. I love this branch.

I have always appreciated the Bi-Mart employee-owned business model. Customer service at the Roseburg branch could use some improvement but I will still take my business here rather than any of the big chain store chains when I can as I like to support local/regional where I can. One of the things I have noticed with the Roseburg branch is there is almost never a line or a wait(I think they would like to have lines but I like getting through quickly). Dropping a star at this location for the lack of consistently good customer service.

Dirty grounds, homeless person panhandling at exit. Food gave us stomach upsets. Will never stop there again.

Kids and old men hawk ammo at associated Buyer pawn shop.Called main office and told to bad.Good prices. 2x boxes of ammo but no limited on how many per box.100 round boxes 2x wipes out all ammo.Pawn shop keeps for new weapon sales.Ammo for weapons bought.Roseburg needs ammo.Not excuses from main office.

Love going in on Tuesday. Being a member, you can check your number and see if your a winner! There is one grand prize, several medium type prizes, and a ton of smaller prizes if youre last number of your membership card matches the number they have for that day. Ive won the smallest prize twice. The employees greet with a smile, and are happy to help.

I get my reasonable priced prescriptions... always ready when the text me!! I appreciate that. Treat you great too.

They always have a great selection during the summer, tons of plants and flowers. Lots of garden items like pots and decor.Large area of home decor and goods like kitchen gadgets and small appliances. Clothes, guns, food, you name it!Ive had great luck with nice people working there. Store is clean and well put together.

Prices are too high, usually out of what I went in to buy, some clerks have an attitude problem. Every store is over stocked with petite womens jeans. Very rarely find a long length. Rarely find womens athletic shoes in anything other than a wide width. Why stock these odd sizes if everyone else buys out the normal sizes. Waste of retail space.

I love the fact that they actually have quite a variety of things and quite a lot of small trailer fifth wheel merchandise. Theyre very helpful theyre always handy very pleasant. Things I didnt think of that they have there. The fact that they are definitely customer-oriented and the place is owned by everyone the is employed there oh, I really like that a lot.

I was impressed by Bi-Marts webpage, specifically their employment section. Not only does it tell you if they have job openings available at their stores, they specifically state which position @ which store is currently available. This makes it easier for someone looking for a specific career path locate an appropriate position in a geographical location of interest.

Great place to shop. It had the lawnmower battery that Walmart didnt have. Staff was very courteous and great sense of humor. I really like Bi-Mart wish they had one closer to Myrtle Creek.

Excellent variety and prices. You can always find a value at these stores. Aisles are full but never uncomfortable. The stores are not huge but they have some of everything, including fishing worms. Wish I had one closer to my home.

Bi-Mart is an exceptional place to shop. They have a substantial electronics department with excellent prices. They have a pharmacy so you can fill your scripts as you shop. They are set up with just about anything you might need.

Great price on hard shell wading pools. Customer service is great, the cashier was patient while he looked up items numbers of the 3 x3 raised bed kit. They loaded the items into my truck.

Bi-Mart is one of those stores if youre looking for something you will find it there. Often times I will go to other stores such as Walmart or Fred Meyer Etc oh, and when I cannot find an item I always will find it at Bi-Mart. The only downfall that Bi-Mart has is they follow sometimes the political Spectrum. In 2018 they decided to violate civil rights of individuals here in Oregon by denying the access to purchase a firearm unless you were under the age 21. If we have people going overseas fighting in our military and at age 18 oh, it is ridiculous to say a person here cannot purchase a firearm when they are a legal adult. Bi-Mart is a great store however they should leave the politics to the politicians and stay out of it unless its necessary. Stripping civil rights simply because there is a liberal majority here in Oregon is a bad move a civil right is a civil right it shouldnt matter

Perhaps the best department store prices in the area and its employee owned so I know Im not supporting some corporate monster.

We chose to come here to spend our money local but when we walk in they call security & an employee follows us around with his arms crossed making us uncomfortable until we leave... we wont be back. I feel so horrible right now.

You can also pick up a hunting license, dog food and get a good deal on a outdoor apparel.Most importantly, its local! Shop Bi-Mart first, and skip the big box stores.
