The staff are extremely patient and helpful even with how busy the checkouts can be. Everytime Ive asked if they had something the employee actually goes and looks for it instead of just saying no or theyre out. I love shopping here.

Today one of the female workers was walking from the parking lot to the store. I was not aware that the carts did not leave the store, the carts in Winston & Sutherlin do. I am deaf so I could not hear her bellow from the parking lot but my daughter was out by the cars & said the woman bellowed out “ it won’t leave the store”. At that time my daughter signed to me what she yelled. When the worker came up to me she was even more rude about it, very belittling. Most clerks usually will assist me with my cart but I was just a subhuman to this person maybe because of my deafness or maybe because I’m a senior citizen. My daughter & I will not be back.

I went into the store with my handicapped Grandson about an hour before they closed. My Grandson kept putting stuff into my cart. I told him I do not have any more room in my cart. So he took it appon him self to get his own cart and went around and put what ever he wanted into his cart. The Manager of the store took my cart and started to ring it up. I told her and Jonathan that I was not buying the stuff in this cart . She told us that he had to put everything away before we could leave even though the store was technically closed. I told Jonathan to put the stuff away and he did not do it.Jonathan told the manager that he was really sorry about 15-20 times and she refused to accept his apology and took her cell phone out and took our pictures and said that we were banded from the store.I had just spent $194 in your store and now the store manager says that I am permenantly band from the store and she is posting our pictures on the wall so everyone will know. She did not talk to us in private. She opt to making it a public announcement and my Grandson has been crying ever sense it happened. My grandson does not understand that why the store manager was so mad at him since he repeatedly apologized so many times.

This store is always friendly to us. Store is neat and very easy to find what I need.

Wont let customers use the bathroom had it blocked off with laundry baskets and no sign. When I asked an employee if you could use the bathroom. She was more upset she had to remove her airpod to answer me which was just a rude no. Sorry I live an hour away from your store and might need to pee while there.

The Dollar Tree is a great store for many good at cheap prices. A $1!!!! They dont necessarily have brand names but the next best things. Can spend $20 and come out with a bunch. Friendly cashiers.

The girls were talking at a register talking, felt unnoticed. When I did get helped the chick that rang me up was a real snot not very helpful

Not really the kind of store I normally shop at, but I go there with my wife now and then. The store is pretty clean and well stocked with a wide variety of products. My only complaint is that some of the staff can be pretty unfriendly.

I love this location! The staff is always friendly and everything is always neat clean and stocked. They always open up a register when the line gets long. Unfortunately its not always possible to do that at my store as a manager (like if Im expecting a visit from the DM) so I understand and greatly appreciate when they do it at the Dollar Tree... Especially when Im on a lunch break. I can generally depend on getting in and out in a few minutes. Theyre pin pads ask a billion questions but you can get cash back.I visit this store multiple times a week and I love when they get in random quality name brand items that normally cost way more than a dollar. I recently stocked up on 2lb bags of natural raw pure cane sugar! I should have taken the picture before I emptied the bag but its the unbleached non-GMO type that is a very light brown color with larger crystals. If you were smart you would visit the Dollar Tree before you go to the grocery store. A lot of things you can get the same brand or comparable for less. Flosspicks, toothbrushes, gift bags and greeting cards, picture frames, air freshener, bleach, sponges, iburofin, Tapatio, eggs, tortillas, ketchup, mustard and other condiments, top ramon, cake mix, coconut milk, cooking spray, Chef Boyarde. Any of these sound familiar?? You can even order online and pick up in store!

Just what it meant to say. Dollar Store.Cant buy much for a dollar these days except at this store. Honestly. Check it out. Youll be amazed what you can buy for a $ buck 🐴

Large variety of items for the nice price of $1. The quality is is actually not too bad. I mean it is not going to match the 30-50 price range of higher end products, but it also holds up pretty well.

Its a Dollar store. First of all, you get what you pay for, but, every time I go in I find surprises for a dollar. Lots of times my first stop shopping. I really appreciate this store. BTW I worked on the warehouse @ Kelly point park, in Portland #huge!!!

I just left the store empty-handed. Theyre having an after Christmas sale, with xmas items 50% off. I selected 5 toys from the Christmas section, all were even in a red and green Toyland display box. At the register, they rang up at full price and the manager wouldnt honor the 50% off. I was told theyre still trying to organize the Christmas section.Youd think theyd honor the half price for their mistake, but they didnt. $2.50 cost them a customer. I will stick with the Sutherlin Dollar Tree.

Good eats and great gor quick pick-me up. Most of the non-food items are of good quality. I would be cautious about the crayons. The princess ones wax isnt as smooth as Crayolas.

The customer service isnt always the best and quality is hit or miss. Its great for party supplies and storage containers. They get some pretty decent books occasionally too.

Terrible, not even worth one star. People that work there so sense of service for care of there customers. Had one item to check out and it took over 25 min for someone to come and help me check out, who only seemed to care about being slow and having fun with it. Lazy as can be employee named Dana. Again just awful I get its a dollar tree but come on.

I go here almost daily on my lunch break. The employees are all very nice and they are quick to open a checkstand whenever there is a line developing. The store is always neat and organized. I feel sorry that their AC rarely works. Deplorable working and shopping conditions when its 100 degrees out but they dont let it effect their attitude.

Greeted at the door, NICE, I shop there cause they have so much stuff compared to the one in Cottage Grove. One thing u have too watch what u buy, not everything is good quality. I will shop there everytime I go to Roseburg.

The Dllar Tree is all right because everythings a dollar. personally I go there for the $1 rock stars, but I generally steer clear the store because everybody on their mother shops there. Sure its a big store but its always crowded. Thats the one in Roseburg not the one in Winston so much. Anymore I refrain from going here because back in the day when it first started you were getting bags of candy and it was a hook up because it was a regular bag if candy that was only a dollar. But thats no more instead of getting a good deal on candy instead you get Dollar Store package candy, granted its name brand, but you only get a dollars worth. And same with the batteries sure you can go by budget batteries for a dollar at the dollar store but quality isnt there. And as far as the electronics go I would never buy set of headphones from there. Well it is nice to only pay a dollar for things but I know places around the town that you can go spend $2 and get four times the amount that you can get at Dollar Store. I think they pulled a bait-and-switch on. First you make people thinking theyre getting killer deals by only paying $2 for Stuff, and then as soon as you got them all coming and theyre hooked you slowly stiffed out all the bargain deals and you start regulating and restricting how much people get. I think you save a lot more money by going to the Dollar General than the Dollar Tree any day.

Fast checkout on a busy day. Everything is $1! Cant beat that.

What can I say, it is dollar tree. Has a lot of selections, love this store! They really should be oprn later though, so many times I have gone there nust as they closed and as we sit therr to figure out where to go next, I will see a dozen other people walk up to the door to also find it closed.

Employees were outside the door, less than 10 away, while smoking. I have nothing against smokers just think that its unprofessional to do it within customer view. Maybe a designated location would help.
