Albertsons is one of the best stores in Roseburg. High prices but great quality. Comparable to Winco...same quality BUT cheaper

I needed a birthday cake quick and some ice cream and Albertsons was number one on my list to go get it. Even 20 minutes before they were going to close they had a great selection and I picked the one with the white and chocolate flowers, and the wife loved it.

Store is clean and fresh. Wonderful selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. Lovely service deli. And last but not least they have very courteous cashiers and service people to assist you with your product searches.

I realize its the same umbrella company, but the customer service is 100% better than Safeway. Beth was professional, friendly and just nice. Didnt feel like the cattle chute that Safeway has turned into. Albertsons will be my regular market from now on.

Great people its never too crowded they carry a wide variety of foods yeah students they have a really good coupon system with an app where Where you can save a bunch of money every time you shop And all of the people at work and the pharmacy are wonderful

I would like to see lower food prices. I cant afford to shop there very often. At least they could try to compete with our other supermarkets in town. Best selection of frozen food in town and its never over crowded. In and out fast. I use the pharmacy there.

I wanted a covid shot and had a great deal of trouble getting an appointment. I went to Safeway. com and found the site easy to use. They not only gave me an appointment the next day, but sent me to Albertsons which was closer. Easy paperwork, very pleasant staff and a newly sanitized area to get my shot. No problems at all. A very good experience.

They had the items we needed and didnt need! They had bucatini pasta(huge shopping points), something that has been on my list for the last few months.......Everyone was friendly here and the store is big. Plenty to choose from and great sales on the day we went. Beth is a great asset to this store. Very friendly and a great sense of humor. Customer Service was great, it is always a plus when your cashier can just chat away while checking one out. We need more humor and friendliness considering the world we are living in at the moment. Since this store is local I visit often. Since COVID I havent been able to go anywhere. Cant wait for this to be over.

I used be a Safeway, Walmart, and Grocery Outlet shopper but since the Pandemic they have been awful. I now am an Albertsons shopper for the first time in a year im not aggravated. The store requires mask and everyone is wearing them and properly the shelves are stocked and neat. The employees are awsome and know how to wear thier mask properly. 🤗

Ive always loved B&M original baked beans but, lately the shelves seem to have been taken over by multiple Bush bean products. I could only find the small cans of B&M beans. This store is fairly expensive so it seems like it would be able to stock the shelves with more brands instead of a lot of flavors of one brand.

It is always a good experience to shop at Albertsons in Roseburg. Good people.

Main reason for 5 stars is Barb at the espress checkout lane. Overall store is clean, you can tell the mgr cares about how their store looks. Prices sometimes are higher than other places, however I dont mind paying a little more with associates like Barb, whom has greetings consistent to everyone, shes extremely kind.

Conveniently located directly off of I5. Clean store, friendly staff. The chicken at the service deli is better than any Ive ever had!! Produce is huge, bakery smells like heaven on earth. The meat dept is the only place I get meat. Overall i love this place

Underrated grocery store. They have everything a normal store has, but it has much less foot traffic which causes items to be stocked more often. Employees are very kind and talkative.

I had a very nice shopping experience at Albertsons. I especially like shopping their meat counter and my poor freezer is so full, I even had to take my ice cube trays out to make room.

The store is easy to navigate, the produce is always fresh, theyve remained well stocked through all of the quarantine, and their employees exhibit great customer service.

The meat department has special ordered me beautiful ahi tuna and then I requested a wine and the store manager actually started carrying it they go out of their way to help you out the prices are a little bit higher but the customer service makes it well worth it
