Ive been to a lot more friendly stores. Needs work on customer relations. Im sure over stretched staff however, it costs nothing to be nice and the same amount as friendly

Great selection of great priced tools, at some times if the day lots of staff to help find things other times no staff anywhere but at register. Some of the tools are very good quality and will last a long time. They also offer a warranty for some electronics which is cool.

Nearly took a cheese burger and coke to motivate 3 out of the 4 employees I encountered during a single purchase. They had 24 of the items listed. None of them on the sales floor. Id only driven 3.5hrs to get there. The item was pulled from the back after a length of time. I couldnt imagine a more torn and damaged box. Ive yet to open it, as I feel the nuts and bolts sack may have escaped through the rear rat and boot sized holes in the box. Fingers crossed.

Two employees both a check out stands the lady would not look or offer me any assistants when I asked for help locating something but the gentleman was helpful but would not leave the register. No one else working the floor.

Hit and miss as to whether they have what you want. Their prices are decent but their customer service stinks. Cant find what youre looking for, you wont find help for that either.Young people need jobs but they also need training as to treating customers like they are glad they came and actually knowing what they sell in the store.

I was happy to see a nice clean place. Most of the items were a very good value. I was able to buy many items I needed for a while at a discount price. I would for sure shop again. Glad to have one close. Make sure you watch for the coupons in the mail for a good deal. Even has a percent off for items not in sale.

Its somewhat of a larger store and they have a pretty good selection on products to choose from, although it feels like alot pf products are over priced for the quality of product

Always whatever it is they have it from tools, security cameras, rock tumblers, hammers to if you need one stop by priced right !

So small compared to what Im used to. Positive note employees very very nice and good greeters. Negative: Always ask customers if theyre finding everything alright. Only had one ask..

Seems like the Customer experience is going down hill here.. They are out of stock on lots of big ticket items on the weekends more often than not..And what with the 2 month long cashier excuse of ohh we are out of bags just be honest with the consumer, & tell them that the company does not want to spend the money on bags...Going to have a hard time going back even for little stuff in the future...

Great place, great prices and ok selection. Give stars if they had more checkout lines open and offered bags. I bought a bucket to put my stuff in because, a bucket is always useful.

Staff was curt with each other. But they loaded our items and the store was clean.

We came in to town to pick up stuff we ordered online at various stores in Roseburg. It was a terrible time to come really as the fires just started and the town was full of smoke. So I am really sure the smoke was getting to the staff! Kelly was working the front end and her customer service skills were really off and non existent. When I inquired about the coupons I got a very direct and dry NO and no explanation or by the way you can use the app for that! When asking where a certain product was she told us where it was at but didnt once take us there or quit doing what she was doing. The store was NOT busy at all. We found after we made the drive back home and was unloading everything we noticed we forgot our sawhorses. We called the store about them and the manager made sure he went through the video to see if we were telling the truth or not. Maybe he should run his inventory against the sales! Funny how none of the employees remember putting any sawhorses back. Will be back to this store long enough to get our forgotten items. Usually we love Harbor Freight, but this is one location we wont be frequenting while in Roseburg. They have a lot of great deals and I do have to agree it is misleading with the prices you pay and the insider prices(paid membership required)! The 20% coupon at this store is a rip off, it doesnt take it off the highest price paid. Lesson Learned!

Like to give people the benefit of the doubt, because you never know what someone is going through...but I was treated rudely by the manager, very dry and rude...just like a previous reviewer said. Two of the female cashier employees were rude, smirking and condescending...and joined in. What the heck!?!?!! It is depressing that this is tolerated towards customers. But perhaps the employees are lead by example from the manager? I usually try to forgive and forget, but this went beyond repair. I will NEVER shop at the Roseburg Harbor Freight AGAIN and will be sharing my experience with others in Roseburg.

I really have no complaints about the employees or store except for the fact that my husband bought a pressure washer there, and when I needed parts for the washer I went over there and they literally have NOT ONE replacement part or accessories for the washer. So I ended up having to go to walmart ( I really dislike walmart) to buy something to replace my defective part. But then my wand wasnt compatible. So I had to drive 40 min one way to get a new wand from another walmart in another town.Not a real big deal to do any of these things, but I abhore walmart and prefer to NOT to have to go there for anything.So, although I like this store im seriously considering going to MADE IN AMERICA only because honestly the products are made better. 3/5 stars for NOT having parts to service products they sell .....

Nomatter WHAT I go there for, its NEVER on the shelf. Not once or twice... 10 minimum. And coupons not honored 4 times...nothing like Eugenes store.

They dont have any big ticket items in the store, you have to order it or you just have to wait for the next delivery and hope to get it. A real bummer.

They use too have pretty good discounts on stuff that had missing components, but not they almost want full price. Guess the covid has tightened their belts..

We always go to Harbor freight for inexpensive tools. They arent top quality, but the price is unbeatable! I dont feel bad buying a tool there that Ill probably never need again. But I have it in case I do. Lol. Definitely would recommend to others.

Love this store! Have bought a lot of good things there and really helpful people. I miss Harbor Freight as there is no store in my area without a several hour drive!

Poor guys used to get a bad rap. However they have a very American success story. And they have REALLY stepped up there game. They sell some very high quality tools. I personally buy there sockets wrenches and now with the Doyle pliers for work. They hold up to hard use. And other tradesmen are giving great reviews.

People are friendly and helpful, the store is well arranged, and has a good share of room. It is also well stocked with all the products would would want to find. Go see for yourself and you will be glad you did plus save money on quality products.

Sorry to say I just shopped here for the last time.. items ring up several dollars more than the prices on the tags. When I ask why she said I have to pay a membership fee to get those prices. Pure Insanity! I get loyalty cards like Safeway, fred Myers, ECT. But this is redicilous if they want to be Costco they should carry a higher quality of inventory. When it comes to quality they compare to the dollar store, everything breaks the first day.

Okay prices, professional clerks always polite. But products are getting lower in quality.

I usually go by you get what you pay for. At Harbor Freight theyve got some good quality items for a very good deal. There are certain items here that I dont rely on her purchase but there are some items that I wouldnt buy anywhere else but here. With that being said this location was short on some of the merchandise I was looking for but other than that everything was stocked well very clean store. I will definitely plan on coming back here again.
