I couldnt believe how much they have in their store! The staff is great and very friendly, I look for that at a business. Milo, you were right, this breaker bar is strong American steel. I looked at Harbor Freight, theirs are narrow and would definitely break. Thank you! :)

I just had the pleasure of shopping at Oregon Tool& Supplie. The owner, Milo, helped me with a metal lathe and milling machine purchase. His, and the rest of the staffs customer service was beyond belief. He is super knowledgeable about all the machines and brands. He showed me everything I need to get started in machining and was so pleasantly helpful I thought I had gone back in time to Mayberry USA. I will absolutely be bringing all my machining busines here. Milo is an example of world class customer service. Thank you!!!

Horrible customer service. Sells tools that they wont warranty. Lame excuses on why their distributors are to blame. Personally went to speak with Milo and he handed me off to his daughter. Never again. Buy from harbor freight. They will warranty the tools as advertised. Get it together Oregon Tool. I ordered the part myself from your distributor quicker then you got it. You dont have to lie about being cursed out cause you passed it right along to your kid. I had no conversation with you. As for getting the part for my tool a few days later, another lie. I came in 20 days later and still no part. Danielle told me the distributors are busy and way behind. The last time I came back to see if the part arrived was because I had the replacement part in my pocket and wanted to hear the next set of excuses but finally you got it in after 3 months. You dont have to lie. Harbor Freight probably has taken most of your business away. Ever wonder why? Maybe the over priced items you have that everywhere else has cheaper and your lies

Absolutely wonderful. Today a young man helped me with my portable grinder. Id forgotten how to remove the grinder wheel. He got me the correct tool & another Stone & took the time to show me how to remove & replace. Also explained how to use the different stones so I would be safe. He took his time so I would understand. This business is truely amazing.

If you need a tool... they have it or can get it! They repair equipment and have a vast amount of knowledge at your disposal. Friendly and courteous staff always very helpful!

Have been dealing with Oregon tools since back in the early days of the eighties. The shop is awesome as well they have anything you could need for any job as well as the best mechanics in the business.. Milo is awesome..

Im open to running a store in Eugene. They have what you want and can get what you need. This is a no bullshit tool provider. A bit spendy but you get what you pay for. Man candy!

They have everything, if I was rich I would love to shop at this store. Went there needing a job site magnet figured it would be around $80 nope $140. Went to harbor freight same size and style minus the cool flame decals $39.99. I think I can do without the stickers for a $100.00. And the saw zall they sold me didnt have the hard case or table with it but I had already drove 40 miles back to the jobsite so I wasnt going to waste any more time going back to that shady store. That was the Coos Bay store though not Roseburg.
