We arrived before the store opened and were able to rent the truck we needed and buy the drywall for our project.

My favorite place to visit. Certain areas could use more assistance during certain busy hours. Customer satisfaction is Key. Still a great experience especially when you know what youre doing. 💙

They had what I wanted and I was in and out quickly. Bought rose bushes, some other flowers and pea gravel. Checkout was quick and painless.

Home depot is really a nice place to shop for home as its name suggests.... however some of the employees just need to stay home so others who Are in dire need of employment can be employed to care for themselves and there families, stop coming to work disgruntled so when customers like myself need assistance in the store you can be of some use

Do not I repeat DO NOT use home depot for door installation. We had a storm door installed and it wasnt installed properly. It wasnt locking properly. They came out to fix the problem and cut corners and put a piece of wood on the door and left in less than 10 minutes! This door installation was $257! Completely unprofessional and not satisfied with the service. Filed a complaint with the BBB.

I went to home depot to purchase a storm door for my home. The store clerk was very friendly along with her manger. I will definitely made more purchase at this store in white marsh. Nice doing business with them.

This store is a bit more expensive than other hardware shops I have been to however I really like their extended hours and quality selection of tools. During my last several visits to this store I have been able to get everything I needed.

I needed a replacement part for a 65 year old bi-fold door. One of the staff members listened to my problem, asked relevant questions and suggested two potential solutions. Top marks for the helpful employee.

I dont like the shopping center this home depot is in. Because it is the closest to my home i had to go there. Dreading it i made my purchase online and did curbside delivery. I was so happy i got what i needed and sisnt have to go inside. The guy that brought my stuff out was very efficient. Only the 5 minutes total

Worst customer service. My mum ordered a fridge from this location (delivery) store called my 55 year old mum to come pick up fridge when it was ready; I called customer service and made a complain but was told that one had to walk in to make changes. Mum walked in and fridge was finally delivered but she was told they can’t deliver it into the store, so it was dropped off outside her store. She had to pay yet another delivery fee to have someone deliver it, into the store.

I didnt even have to go ask for help. The man that was working that area walked up to me and asked if he could help me. Awesome

The paint lady was very patient with me. I wish I got a name cause I would I will let everybody know to go to her. She was also training someone to blend paint and still had a patient with her customers. Thank you Paint Lady

Employees standing around talking and a group of three to each other instead of helping customers cant find anybody on the floor to help. Pulling into the parking lot one employee stops the car to go to another employee and talk with him blocking a parking place. Will travel a far distance to get away from that store

Staff is nice, they need more department help, one person helping in such a big section, we had to wait until they were free to help us . Other than that its a nice store.

Crowded, un-educated staff, horrible organization, and if you need to get anything off top shelf..forget it. Itll take an hour. Then get to check out and cashier struggles to ring up multiple customers before its your turn. GO TO SELF CHECKOUT!

Home Depot on Petrie WayI have just had the worst customer service experience of Any Home Depot. My visit started off great. I found everything I needed. The I made it to the lumber department. After picking my selection, I then had to hunt someone down to cut my boards. After 10min, I finally found someone wandering the lumber isles. I asked him to cut the boards (2) or if he knew who could. The response was a barely audible “That would be me”. I told him my measurements, we double checked them and the he proceeded to measure and cut each board one at a time. It was the slowest I have ever seen someone 2 boards. I felt like doing it myself! Once everything was finally cut, he laid the boards to the side, shut down the machine and walked away. I don’t mind putting my stuff in my cart but I have NEVER had to do this in the lumber section. It was a complete opposite experience than the one I had at Dundalk yesterday. I’ll never come back to this one. I’ve had other disappointments at this location. This one happens to be the worst.If it wasn’t for the cashier & finding my other items this review would -3 stars.

Ive seen city alleys in better shape than their parking lot. The inside of the store isnt much better.

Well stocked, well organized, well staffed. Whenever I visit a Home Depot, I have a positive experience. The prices are competitive and they generally have what I need. The only product I cannot find there is Lysol Wipes--not unusual during these days of COVID-19.

Ciri was a huge help in rugs and carpets. Gave me tips on how to fix my issue and showed me what I needed to buy to fix it. Easily the best help I’ve ever had in a Home Depot. I live closer to another Home Depot but I’ll come to this one just because of the staff.

Went to Home Depot to get a grill. When you look at grills, the first thing you do is lift the lid up and look inside.The attached picture is the Weber display. The grills are on a shelf thats 5 feet high making it impossible to look inside them. Other brand grills were conveniently displayed on the floor.This is one of the most absurd things I have ever seen. We asked for assistance and someone came over and said they will get someone to help. That person never arrived.We finally made our decision by googling the difference between the models because you couldnt really tell the difference from looking at the bottom of them.Ridiculous grill display and no one helpful arrived even after asking for assistance and being told they will be right over.

I order a grill to assemble the same, a few hours later I received an email and text message at 2:14 pm stating that my order was ready for pick up at the customer service desk. Literally, at 7:30 pm that same day I receive a phone call stating that my grill did not assemble and that I had to do it myself. I asked to speak to a manager and said there is nothing that we can do. I later said then when 1) why are you still offering a service that you can not provide? 2) Why did I receive an email and text message saying that my order was ready for pick and already assembled? I also asked David did they sell my grill because I was there to pick it up and said no we just didnt have it and I told my employee to call everyone that requested for an assemble grill it wasnt available. I then asked David why are you now calling 5 hours later after I was already informed that my order was ready and assemble. He could not provide me an answer. I later ask what am I suppose to do because I was told it was ready and I need to for tomorrow. He simply said nothing and did not provide me with any other solutions. This was a horrible customer service experience and I wish Home Depot do an investigation to what happened to my order, I am a 10-year customer and I purchased thousands of products from them for my real estate business.
