Mattress Warehouse is a complete joke! From the moment that we walked into the store until now they have been impossible to work with. From our sales person Sam pretending that he couldnt find our old mattress in the system, then to us trying to cancel our order has been a complete sh*t show. As of today we canceled our bed order 10 days ago in which we have an email that states we will have our refund within 7 to 10 day. Well today is day 10 and guess what? No refund! We did however get an email 2 days ago that stated that they have processed our refund and it may take up to 14 day!!! 14 days??? By that time you will have held our money for 24 days for a bed that was never even delivered. Let alone we tried to process a warranty claim and they make that so impossible that theres no way it will get approved. Needless to say I do not recommend people to go there to purchase a mattress, very shady sales people and terrible customer service.

Awful service. Spent over $2000 here and have had nothing but problems both with the product and with the unhelpful service. All they are willing to do is spout policy over and over. They upsold me on product I didn’t need, then when my mattress was defective told me I had to pay another $115 to get a replacement. Completely unwilling to help a paying customer.I’d highly recommend purchasing your product directly from the manufacturer and not from Mattress Warehouse.Edit: Corporate was able to quickly and easily send me a replacement mattress scheduled for tomorrow. Real shame the location itself couldn’t do anything and it took leaving a review on the corporate website. While it would seem Mattress Warehouse may have resolved my issue, I would still not recommend this location as they did jack all.

Syvanna was GREAT! She helped my wife and I pick the best mattress for our bodies AND our budget. She helped us try out at least 10 different mattresses, helped us figure out the best types for our sleep styles, and even the type of pillows to use based on our sleep styles. We ended up leaving and trying another mattress store and found one we really wanted, but called Syvanna back to see if she could get us the same one online because it wasn’t in stock in store. Not only did she order it for us, but she also got us a better price than the other mattress store! I will definitely recommend her and this location. Sam was a cool dude too!

We walked in with zero intentions to purchase, we were just browsing and wanted to kill time on a Saturday afternoon for maybe a future purchase. Savannah greeted us and was so friendly, it was not forced it was just genuine she listened to what we were looking for and made us take a test to fit us on the best mattress, we then proceed to try every mattress where she went on to explain pricing, warranties, benefits and all she never pushed for a sale even after we told her we were browsing. Then Sam walked into the picture, what a sense of humor! Ive never had so much fun at a place where they sell mattresses. Together they were an amazing team and i walked out with 2 mattresses, this company needs to take note of these two, the level of customer service is something I have never experienced and i am sad that i dont have more rooms to buy more mattresses for. I will forever recommend this store. Thank you Sam and Savannah yall ROCK!

I wont leave one star because the few times that I shopped here in the past I had a great experience, but the last time that I shopped at this location Samuel gave a price and when the young lady working with him sat down to check me out, he changed his mind about the price. He told her to put a higher price. I never met this salesperson before and regret shopping on that day. He made me very uncomfortable as a customer and because of that I will not shop here again. I usually encourage family and friends to shop here, but if they have to experience the level of frustration and confusion that I experienced it would be a bad idea to recommend anyone to shop at this location.

I had a great experience here. I purchased my last bed from here which held up for a good 9 years. I went today to look for a new bed. Antwan greeted us (my grandmother and I) almost right away and helped us the entire process(which took a couple hours because of indecisiveness lol). There was never any pressure or feeling of them just wanting to make a sale. Antwan was very informative on each mattress I looked at and was really looking out for what was best for me. The manager was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great Service, Very Helpful Staff. I was helped by a very nice gentleman by the name of Stephen. He was not pushy on sale tactics and was looking to assist me on getting a bed that fits me and my fiance. We were able to test several beds and found one that we really loved. Once we made our choice, Stephen and John went through the process without hassle answering our questions, providing us with excellent service and a great deal. We recommend that if you need to purchase a great quality bed with a great price, give these guys a chance.

Going in to this place I was expecting the usual pushy sales pitch that one often gets at any furniture/mattress store, however, Sam was nothing but honest and extremely helpful.
