Good afternoon, my name Paula Flores. I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Ritchie Hwy store. As I am a returning customer and I definitely was not given a deal that was clearly displayed in their sales flyer. Upon receiving the items to my home, I realized that it was not the same as displayed in the advertisement. I immediately asked the drivers to leave the items at the door until I called and was able to contact a rep for help. The rep advised that I come into the store to get assistance. I told the rep that I will not touch any items that were delivered until I get further assistance. These same items are still sitting inside my home at the door untouched. Still with no help. Once I got into the store, the salesman that helped me was quite friendly and eager to help me yet, a manager denied my request to simply honor what was in their sales flyer and pretty much brushed my needs off. So, it is clear that anything written in the paper WILL NOT BE HONORED. Even if you are a returning client. I have a bunch of dressers and nothing to sleep on. I was offered $50 store credit for discomfort. Why would I ever shop in a place like this? Why would I want any credit knowing that I will never be helped even with history? This is clearly a disappointing experience and I will try my best to go as far as I can to get this cleared up. Also, I will add the photos of my exact purchase so that you all can see. I DONOT SUGGEST SHOPPING HERE. As I no longer will myself. I’m hoping that someone sees this and tries to help as I am left with no other choice but, we will see how that goes as they claim that….(no managers are in stores) clearly you can see the photo vs what I paid for…disgusting

He made the process smooth, even assisting with comparing pricing on my behalf. I definitely will recommend this location and Preston to my family/friends for their next furniture buying needs.

Unbelievable! A couple of years ago I purchased furniture from the Franklin AVE location in Baltimore MD. when I say the experience was horrible I had a sales person tell me meet her outside. I, at that moment decided I would not purchase anything from them again. Today I gave it another try but with the Glen Burnie location where I spoke to Mia first she was understanding, professional and very helpful. She then had me finish my transaction with Chelsey, she was so much help and we did everything over the phone she went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. I just moved into my first house...and was desperate for furniture and found Price Busters. The salesman, Preston, made everything so seamless for me, right from home. I had already browsed the website and knew what I wanted. Then I spoke with Preston on the phone who FaceTimed me to show me what the furniture looked like before I purchased it. He also made very helpful recommendations, and answered ALL...and I do mean ALL of my questions in a very patient and knowledgeable manner while being ready to answer more (I am very inquisitive). Professionalism was on 1000%, and customer service was also on 1000%. I will definitely use this store again for my future furniture needs. Thanks Preston!

I had a wonderful experience ordering with Asia over the phone shes kind, upbeat and bubbly. She successfully secured my order within minutes and was very detailed orientated. Very good customer service.

I ordered via phone due to the pandemic. The initial young lady was very helpful in placing my order and finding the best price.The delivery team was respectfully masked and efficient.My dresser arrived with buckling and poorly inserted nails. The back is completely unstable and poorly assembled.The bottom of the dresser arrived detached from the dresser and broken. The legs to the dresser were packed into the back of a drawer behind some Styrofoam and I couldnt find them. I cant go back to put them on because the dresser is too heavy. I dont even know if I can attach them safely anyway since the bottom of the dresser arrived DETACHED FROM THE DRESSER.My bed came with no directions and it took me three hours to assemble it.I attempted to seek assistance, I was advised to send an email and attach pictures.I finally spoke to someone and they were completely unhelpful. After spending over $1000 I dont think its too much to ask for items to arrive intact and how they should. I was told to enjoy my pieces DESPITE the damage, there was no offer to compensate or refund any amount or even store credit. I expressed my frustration and I asked to speak with someone else and instead, I was not listened to and I was hung up on.I have never experienced anything like it in my life. Im going to make due with my purchase but Im not pleased and Im tremendously disappointed. I never leave public reviews --- yet, here I am.Pricebusters are independently owned. There are dozens of them. Choose a different location. Do not give your money or your business to the Ritchie Highway location. That was some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. I cant imagine they care because of how their employees behaved. Save yourself the headache.

I never heard of Price Buster before to be honest, however during this week I came across an add. I am moving at the end of this month and been super stressed. I sent my information in for the finance option and Preston was so awesome!!! I work from home and we were able to select furniture via facetime ! Thanks so much Preston! This is the most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I have had with a furniture outfit in my life. First off they totally bungled my order, not providing a mattress, a table. a desk, and chair...like almost half the order. Im told the remaining items will be delivered the next day, which did not happen. Now they have totally ghosted me, will not answer my calls, etc. Save yourself a headache at my expense.

I had the craziest but best experience! I went to the Price Busters in Golden Ring, and the sales people were nice until I realized they were price gouging. After initial approval Asia from the Brooklyn Park Store reach out. She has been a blessing. Not only did she give us the (Online) price, she saved us almost $1,000 because the other store was ripping us off and she gave us the Honest review. She made me feel very comfortable for my husband and I to make the purchase. I highly recommend you guys call this store for all of your purchases because not only is she very patient, she went above and beyond to meet our expectations.

Ive used price busters service before but today it was nothing short of amazing!! I was was approved this morning & I received a call from Myia who helped me pick out some beautiful furniture & helped my move in feel really special. Id definitely recommend shopping here ... I was robbed, I’m still trying to get my $1,918.00 back DO NOT USE PRICEBUSTERS EVER. I NEVER received me or my daughter’s furniture and there still is no date or time when I will receive it. I use my debit card no payment plan or anything and I was treated horribly. I’m currently out of town but when I do I arrive I’m filing a police report along with a fraud report through my bank. I went to the Glen burnie Richie Highway branch I spoke with Anna who stated I would be refunded once I talked to the big boss James. I spoke with James he told me there’s nothing they can do, I asked for the corporate phone number and he said all they have is an email. I sent an email and still no response. James still do not have a date for the items to arrive, he said 2 weeks or so. Like what do that even mean???? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I was given a date when I first purchased the items, I ended up throwing all my old furniture away the day the new items was supposed to be delivered. I received a call in the afternoon on the day of delivery from someone telling me my furniture set was broken and they have to order a new one and they don’t have a date when I will get it. Me and my daughter are currently sleeping on the floor with nothing at all, and no where to put clothes. This has been beyond stressful and unacceptable. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I never write reviews, ever, but this has been the worst experience ever, we have been sleeping on the floor since 4/8. I just want my money back I don’t have the merchandise that was purchased. I even tried to find a different set they didn’t have anything that I wanted. This is beyond me at this point.

Went to the Brooklyn park store intending to buy furniture worth 3000 plus the ugliness of personality outshined every piece of furniture in the place, no people skills. I felt like I was worth not no more than one cent to them I took my money to Bob’s furniture and even thou I had to wait for a month to receive my furniture it was worth the wait than to receive the attitude from you store. Yours is the example of how an ugly attitude can destroy your store P.S the sales person stated while she was helping me she got an headache may be she needs to find another job, thousands lost to Bob’s furniture.

I went there today, what a mess! Food everywhere employees was eating at tables and sofas! When i tried to purchase a dinner table they tell me that i cant buy if i dont choose delivery (120$ more) i did have my own truck n they tell me that i couldnt do it pick up, only delivery! I went there because of reviews but is just a mess. They will make u to pay 120 for delivery even if u live cross street

Purchased furniture from a different location (Franklin Street) during colleges and prior. Its affordable discount and lasted as expected. 1st time at this location. All I will say is Im thankful for Mr. Law because he saved me time and effort with my bank to avoid a reversal of charge due to a miss on a delivery miscommunication. If hes not a manager he should be.

Was told could not pick up but they would deliver it for $90.00. How is that any safer?The sales person I think her name was Lakiesha has No people skills.Will never go to this store again.

Not worth shopping here. I got a love seat from here and when it was delivered today, I had no idea it would come unassembled. Had I know before I bought it that I would have to put it together, I wouldnt have bought it.

At first it was pretty nice, as this was my 2nd time time at this store. My last visit was in 2010 and it rained the nite my furniture was delivered, the furniture was wrapped very tightly. Now as soon as I came in I saw the set I wanted. So I applied for the credit, I had to return with my checking information. So that was done, my furniture was TOO be delivered the following week. The nite before I received a call telling me there was a flood at the warehouse and it would be late, the daytday before we had paid a remover $100.00 to take our old furniture away. So we had a chair and a recliner left. So we had to wait, we receive a call that that our furniture would be delivered the following week. Ok great. Now this would be when the tropical storm hit. Yes they delivered in the rain. The love seat was fully wrapped now I was prepared for wet with old blankets, now when it came to the sofa here comes the helper running In with 2 pillows NO plastic, then the cushions NO plastic. Now Im waiting for the sofa, so here they come out with the sofa, now only half was covered with plastic, now its pouring down raining, I was screaming again WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING. I preceded to call the store, I spoke with the Manager, I explained what they did, he then said if I sent it back that it would take 2 to 3 more weeks to get another sofa, I said what are you serious, I told him I was not going to pay for shipping. He stated I had to. That I could only send it back. I know it took me awhile. I dont think you could read it with the language I wouldve used. Also when I purchased the set I was paying it off in 90 days, which would be started after 30 days after receiving. Now I saw on my bank account that the credit dept has already put through a payment on my acct. Using theothe credit you I pay 2 times the amount. Now I need to make another call to them. I will NEVER go to PRICE BUSTERS again. I am also calling CORPORATE office.

Sent the wrong color furniture. Then their management tells me I cant return it because thats what their associate wrote up so thats what I get. Not only was it the wrong color but it was defective once I assembled it. I wanted to do business with them and do an exchange and I was even willing to box it back up and bring it to them. They refused to work with me. They are completely unreasonable and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. RUNNNN DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS!

No worries! Great Customer Service!During this Pandemic and waiting for restrictions to loosen up. I planned for 2 months on going to the store to purchase a living room set and a dining set. I set my mind to visit on Tuesday but called the Friday before. I spoke to Jake and he was well informed and within 3 minutes, he assured me that I did not have to wait to come to the store and I was able to order both sets of furniture over the phone! He eased my mind right away and took care of all worries! I gave him all the information that was needed and my furniture was delivered the next Tuesday as promised! Received a bedroom SET this morning, Driver communicated a day prior to delivering the next morning witch is always a PLUS!Neither one of the gentlemen arrived with a MASKwe are in a middle of a PANDEMIC why would you want to come inside of someone house without a mask ?They both attempted to have me sign papers without inspecting my furniture...... Besides that my kids bedroom set did not have any problems !

We were looking for a couch to replace our old one and decided to try Price Busters. I regret ever going to this store it was a total waste of an 1 hour and a half. We looked around first and found a couch that we wanted. The first gentleman that helped was assembling furniture and was very helpful. The second man gave us more information about the couch and I asked to see if there were any financing options. He has me fill out an application on a computer and he was very kind to us. Now here is were things turn, there was another couple at a table filling out an application and had been at that table for a while and no one helped them. We were told to wait until the salesman got back to us,however; we saw several other people just sitting around. Some eating on the display furniture and there was a young woman yelling and cursing throughout the store. Very unprofessional and the salesman men never acknowledge us and the man had to tell him several times that we were there. He looked annoyed that he had to help us. After waiting for over an hour, we decided to leave. I felt ignored and unappreciated. I would not advise going to this location!!!! It is a shame because we were really interested and just felt really neglected.

They brought me the wrong bed which I paid for. I paid almost $800 for a bed and they delivered a $400 bed. The store manager/employees decided to pocket the rest of the money. If you love your money and piece of mind take your business else where. Criminal incompetent crop of employees in that store. To give an update, the store manager came to my and was very helpful. He gave us an exchange which was better than what we initially paid for. Thank you

The absolute most horrendous furniture buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I purchased $3300.00 worth of furniture from this place and was scheduled to have it all delivered within two weeks. We get a call the night before the furniture was suppose to be delivered, that the dresser was damaged in the rain, and we would have to choose another dresser. From what Ive seen in other reviews, people are given the same lame excuse every time, which says to me that they are lying. We chose another dresser, just for the furniture to be delivered, and the wrong mirror was sent. I called to let them know that we were sent the wrong mirror, and they had no sense of urgency whatsoever, and quite frankly acted as though they could careless. In the middle of mw trying to get to the bottom of being sent the wrong mirror, they literally hang up on me. I immediately drive their and the man who goes by the name Avi(thats who hung up on me) acted as though he had no idea what happened. So we are then promised that our mirror would be delivered in two weeks. It has now been three weeks, and you guessed it right.......NO MIRROR! Needless to say, we will never patronize this so called business again, and if I could give them 0 stars I most certainly would.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE!!! I bought a $2000 (not including financing charges) reclining 3 seat sofa and a love seat from this store 2 years ago and they are literally falling apart because they’re so cheaply made. I’m so mad that I’m going to have to buy another couch soon. With spending that kind of money, you’d expect to get several years use out of it. :(

Be aware that most of the positive reviews ONLY ADDRESS the actual in-store purchase experience. I hope you all notice how most of the positive reviews never talk about the actual delivery experience and quality of furniture once recieved! Also, it seems as if the store associates pressure customers into leaving positive 5-star reviews when in reality they have a horrible delivery system. Many customers from multiple locations complain about recieving incorrect, incomplete or damaged furniture and this made me soooo nervous due to the fact that I ordered my furniture with an ongoing pandemic but was having it delivered a month later at the time. Luckily when my furniture arrived, it was not damaged, it was the correct order, and I had all of the pieces. Thank goodness! So I am very thankful to have nice, new furniture with no incident AND it was delivered on time within a reasonable time window. I feel like I was one of the lucky ones but please proceed with caution. They do not except refunds so pay with a credit card so in case you have any issues, its easier to dispute to get a refund. I give this company 3 stars because even though my experience was great, I feel like they have poor customer service and they have very unfair practices. Their purchase contract is literally worded in such a way to absolve them of any and all responsibility EVEN WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT...and thats not ethical.

Attitude: horrible! We tried to make a deal with them and the guy making DISGUSTING faces at us. With attitude and everything, another woman in the back laughing all the time every time we tried to say something. Attitude, attitude, attitude. They think they are better than us. Never. We were this close to leaving and clearly say we’re going to Big Lots. But we got what we wanted. Still though, if you want customers, if you want money, be professional and stop giving attitude like a kid. Thank you!

Where to begin...I purchase a bed set 3 weeks in advance and the day before the scheduled delivery, they call to say one of the pieces got damaged by the rain?!?! (That was very concerning..is there a leak in the warehouse? did my stuff get left outside?) I had called several times prior to ensure that everything was everything and was met with extreme rudeness and extreme inconsideration about the matter from 3 separate individuals (your responses make the customer MORE upset when you show absolutely no regard or care in addressing the situation) and ultimately was assured that everything was fine, my stuff would be delivered on-time etc.. As we wanted all the pieces, we were forced to choose another option..Here I would like to give a very big and very special shoutout to Law who remained professional at all times, was extremely helpful & empathetic concerning the matter, & tried continuously to help us pick another set..unfortunately nothing was quite right & alot of the sets were missing one or tow crucial components through no fault of his own. I could tell that Law was very seasoned & experienced in handling frustrating, upset, or otherwise unsatisfactory matters. Sadly, I would not recommend this furniture store due to horrendous customer care, apathy, and items missing from sets - the only good thing I CAN say about the experience was Laws help & professionalism - other than that look elsewhere for your furniture needs!!

Great selections and even better pricing on good quality furniture all packaged with great customer service. Dont let the name, location and shop aesthetics fool ya. That is why they are able to offer such good prices. Where other stores spend all their money on shop rent, look and feel these guys save money and pay it forward to the customer on the shape of huge discounts.The only minor con is that their $120 delivery service does not include furniture assembly and/or setup. Which, other furniture stores offer for the same $120 charge. So just wish they would fix that and if they will I will never buy furniture from anywhere else. Ever.
