I felt that it was a difficult company to communicate with. Calls were sometimes NEVER returned and one time I stopped into the store and nobody was there! The install was good. Although, they didnt clean up very well and it took ALL DAY! They forgot to drop something off the day of install and I was promised 3 different times that it would be dropped off at my house and I finally had to go pick it up myself.

We were not looking to spend an arm and a leg for a new countertop.They have very competitive pricing and a ton of different options, and walked through the entire process with us, and didnt try to force us to buy something we didnt want or need. They arrived on time for the estimate, measurements, and installation. Extremely professional, and did an amazing job! Will definitely use them again, and refer them to everyone we know!

Stone Solutions provided 5 star service with integrity and at very competitive pricing. Chuck was terrific in helping us through the process and Spencer and the other installer (sorry, I forgot his name) were competent, diligent, and thoroughly cleaned up after installation. I never met the slab-cutters, but they did a beautiful job of fabricating the slabs, including some intricate corner work and flawless edging. I highly recommend this group.

We just had our granite kitchen countertops done and Stone Solutions did an amazing job! I called on a Monday and by Tuesday they were at our home with samples and measured. Sent me the contract that afternoon and by the next Tuesday the new counters were done! And all for a very competitive price! Chris was so nice to work with and very polite. I would highly recommend them.

I needed my granite backsplash trimmed a couple of inches to install an over-the-range microwave. Every stone shop and fabricator in Maryland told me it couldnt be done, until I found Stone Solutions. Chris got back to me right away to explain how he could do it, along with a fairly cheap estimate. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. Highly recommend Stone Solutions for any kitchen work.

Used these guys last year for countertops in kitchen remodel. Service was ok but one of the guys who came to measure our countertops left with my husbands $35 tape measure, as he had forgotten to bring one. Called this year for a specific counter project and to discuss stone for TWO bathroom remodels we have started. I have left at least 5 messages for both Chris and Chuck. I cannot tell you how utterly unprofessional it is to not even have my calls acknowledged, much less returned! It must be nice to be so busy and to have so much business that you can just ignore a former and future customer. I have found another company to spend my money with!
