I always have great experience here. Vanessa was incredibly sweet and helpful. I was having a hard time trying to update my phone system and she was so patient and kind enough to assist me. There was a gentleman there that also assisted me. I forgot his name but hes tall and has a really nice fade haircut. I recommend any to stop by here and check out a new phone.

Tanya was super helpful. Great customer service, she helped me really quick with a phone purchase. Knowledgeable and friendly, there was a series of back to back customers, about 4 of us and even when another customer interuppted a transaction with another woman she handled it really well. Rudest girl with worst attitude ever working at this location. She has nothing to offer you, she does nothing to help you, she is one lame excuse after another. Waste of your time and money.

Im Super HAPPY with my New Pretty protective case. I came in for a replacement on the screen cover & Tanya was so kind and Helpful. She took the time to explain all my questions and she didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing my phone. 10 STARS!!!

I ordered an iPhone X’s max from this store with their finance option and it took a long time to get there. I was very patient. Tanya was there for me and she was keeping me updated on everything that was happening. Sergio was great too! But I really wanna point out Tanya for being SUPER GREAT honestly I would not have given this store 5 stars if it wasn’t for her! She made a bad situation good! Thanks Metro for the birthday present! Even if it was 10 days late lol
